NCT07073547
This is an interventional, modular, open-label, multicenter study to primarily evaluate the safety and tolerability of AZD0120 in adult participants with multiple myeloma (MM).
NCT06120075
The primary purpose of this study is to assess the safety and tolerability of AB801 in participants with advanced malignancies, and to determine a recommended AB801 dose for expansion.
NCT06113471
This study is being conducted to determine the efficacy and safety of povorcitinib in participants with nonsegmental vitiligo.
NCT01064648
This randomized phase I/II trial is studying the side effects and best dose of cediranib maleate when given together with pemetrexed disodium and cisplatin and to see how well it works in treating patients with malignant pleural mesothelioma. Drugs used in chemotherapy, pemetrexed disodium and cisplatin, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Cediranib maleate may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth and by blocking blood flow to the tumor. Giving pemetrexed disodium and cisplatin together with cediranib maleate may kill more tumor cells.
NCT01522976
This randomized phase II/III trial studies how well azacitidine works with or without lenalidomide or vorinostat in treating patients with higher-risk myelodysplastic syndromes or chronic myelomonocytic leukemia. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as azacitidine, work in different ways to stop the growth of cancer cells, either by killing the cells, stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Lenalidomide may stop the growth of cancer cells by stopping blood flow to the cancer. Vorinostat may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. It is not yet known whether azacitidine is more effective with or without lenalidomide or vorinostat in treating myelodysplastic syndromes or chronic myelomonocytic leukemia.
NCT07187973
This is an open-label, multicenter, within-participant dose-escalation study examining up to 3 dose levels of DISC-3405 and will assess the safety, tolerability, PK, and PD of DISC 3405 in participants with sickle cell disease.
NCT04691154
This Phase 3, 2-part, open-label, multicenter study aims to demonstrate the safety and tolerability of L606 in patients with PAH or PH-ILD. The study will determine the short-term and long-term safety and tolerability of L606 in this patient population.
NCT04129931
The primary objective of this study is to evaluate several interventions given to participants with severe asthma. Interventions are administered in a crossover manner with 16-week treatment periods followed by 8 to 16 week washout.
NCT04930094
This is a phase III study of efficacy and safety of secukinumab versus placebo, in combination with glucocorticoid taper regimen, in patients with giant cell arteritis (GCA)
NCT03961815
The purpose of Study D5271C00002 (Legacy #3150-303-008) is to permit participants in D5271C00001 (Legacy #3150-301-008) to receive open-label brazikumab in Study D5271C00002 (Legacy #3150-303-008). This will permit long-term observation of safety in these participants with brazikumab.
NCT03614949
The purpose of this study is to see if treatment with atezolizumab and stereotactic body radiation therapy (SBRT) will improve the objective response rate (ORR) compared with atezolizumab alone in patients with recurrent, persistent, or metastatic cervical cancer.
NCT05080946
The purpose of the study is to evaluate the effectiveness of aspirin with neoadjuvant chemotherapy for decreasing markers of immune suppression in the tumor at interval debulking surgery, in women with diagnosed ovarian, fallopian tube, or peritoneal carcinoma
NCT06698042
Researchers are looking for new ways to treat non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) that is metastatic, which means cancer has spread to other parts of the body. Some people with metastatic NSCLC are treated with pembrolizumab, an immunotherapy treatment that is given into a vein as an intravenous (IV) infusion. Pembrolizumab (+) Berahyaluronidase alfa is pembrolizumab that is given under the skin as a subcutaneous (SC) injection. The goal of this study is to learn what happens to pembrolizumab in a person's body over time when it is given as an IV infusion or SC injection.
NCT07213817
This study aims to find the right dosage and evaluate the safety and effectiveness of the drug IPN60300 in adults with advanced solid tumours, which are cancers that have spread to other parts of the body from their original location. All participants will receive the drug by injection. Study Phases: * Phase Ia: Participants with certain types of tumours will be treated in cohorts of increasingly higher doses of the drug to determine the safe and effective dose range (a high and a low dose). * Phase Ib: Participants with a specific tumour type will receive one of the two doses identified in phase Ia. The dose level will be assigned randomly (by chance). Study Periods: Screening: Up to 28 days before first IPN60300 injection to determine eligibility. Treatment: Starts with the first dose of IPN60300 and continues until it needs to be stopped due to harmful effects, the disease getting worse, or if the participant decides to stop taking part in the study, the investigator's decision to stop treatment, death or the study is terminated early by the sponsor. Participants will undergo blood tests, urine collections, physical examinations, and clinical evaluations.
NCT05639933
The goal of this clinical trial is to learn about HT-001 Topical Gel for treatment of EGFR inhibitor-induced skin toxicities. The main questions it aims to answer are: * Determine the therapeutic effect of HT-001 for treatment of patients who develop acneiform rash undergoing Epidermal Growth Factor inhibitor (EGFRI) therapy using the acneiform rash investigator's global assessment scale \[ARIGA\] * Evaluate the safety of HT-001 during treatment Participants will apply HT-001 Gel once per day for 6 weeks, during which the effect on treating acneiform rash or other skin disorders induced by EGFRI therapy will be evaluated using different assessment tools to measure severity of rash, pain, and itching (pruritus), as well as the change in quality of life. The study will be completed in 2 periods: the first period is open-label (unblinded) and all patients will receive HT-001 topical gel with the active ingredient; the second period is blinded and patients will be randomized to receive one of three concentrations of HT-001 or placebo. Researchers will compare HT-001 to the placebo in the second period to see if HT-001 provides a significant treatment effect.
NCT02216227
The goals of this project are 1) to assess the effectiveness and cost-effectiveness of the checklist to prevent MRSA SSIs among Veterans undergoing TJA or cardiac surgery, and 2) to assess barriers and facilitators to checklist implementation. Hypotheses: 1. The SSI checklist will be effective at reducing MRSA SSIs among total joint arthroplasty and cardiac surgery patients. 2. Implementation of the checklist will be associated with an overall reduction in SSIs caused by all pathogens. 3. The SSI Checklist will be cost-saving since it will prevent many expensive SSIs. 4. Preoperative MRSA testing will be a modifiable barrier to implementing the SSI checklist.
NCT07126262
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and efficacy of daily administration of vosoritide in participants with HCH aged 0 to \< 36 months over a 52-week period.
