This is an open-label, multicenter, non-randomized, Phase 2 study to determine the safety, tolerability and efficacy of encorafenib given in combination with binimetinib in patients with BRAFV600E-mutant metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Patients who are either treatment-naïve, OR who have received 1) first-line treatment with standard platinum-based chemotherapy, OR 2) first-line treatment with an anti-programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1)/programmed cell death protein ligand 1 (PD-L1) inhibitor given alone or in combination with platinum-based chemotherapy will be enrolled.

This research aims to answer the question: does a group training program specifically for teens with chronic sickle cell disease (SCD) pain that teaches skills to strengthen the mind and body help improve everyday functioning and reduce pain symptoms? The program will be tailored to address challenges related to frequent or chronic sickle cell pain and may improve participants' physical and emotional health. The program, called I-STRONG for SCD (Integrative Strong Body and Mind Training for Sickle Cell Disease), may help improve everyday functioning and pain symptoms in teens with chronic pain related to SCD. The research team aims to determine how participants (teens and parents) respond to this program.

The HEMERA-1 Extension (Part III) is a prospective, open-label, multicenter study to evaluate safety of two doses of PP-007 in Acute Ischemic Stroke (AIS) subjects receiving Intravenous Thrombolysis (IVT) or mechanical thrombectomy (MT) or IVT+MT as standard of care (SOC). Subjects will receive two doses of PP-007 infusion 24 ± 6 hours apart in addition to the site-specific SOC protocol. PP-007 is PEGylated bovine carboxyhemoglobin and will be administered via IV infusion. The effects on collateral flow, infarct size and functional outcomes will be evaluated.

This study will evaluate the safety and efficacy of an oral treatment, BCX4161, in preventing acute attacks in participants with hereditary angioedema (HAE). Eligible participants will be randomized to receive one of two doses of BCX4161 or placebo for 12 weeks. The study will compare the number of acute attacks in each treatment group, as well as a number of other clinical outcomes, and the safety and tolerability of each dose of BCX4161 compared to placebo.

The primary purpose of this study is to measure the effect of different daily doses of AZD0780 on Low-Density Lipoprotein (LDL-C) levels compared with placebo in participants with dyslipidemia. The effect of AZD0780 versus placebo on other lipid parameters and inflammatory markers is also investigated. The concentration of AZD0780 in blood at specific timepoints is measured, and the safety and tolerability of AZD0780 will be evaluated. There is a follow-up after end of treatment, but expanded access is not available. The primary hypothesis is that at least one of the investigated doses of AZD0780 is superior to placebo in lowering LDL-C level, in percent change from baseline up to week 12.

The main goals of this study are to: * Find the recommended dose(s) of BT5528 that can be given safely to participants alone and in combination with nivolumab * Learn more about the side effects of BT5528 * Learn about how effective BT5528 is for the treatment of ovarian cancer, urothelial/bladder cancer, lung cancer (NSCLC), triple-negative breast cancer, head and neck cancer (HNSCC), and gastric/upper gastrointestinal cancer. * Learn more about BT5528 therapy alone and in combination with nivolumab.

Gene therapy is a paradigm-shifting treatment for hemophilia B patients, particularly in resource-limited countries where factor availability remains low. Transparent and culturally sensitive communication around gene therapy is vital to the success of a high-quality consenting process. Current literature on knowledge, beliefs and attitudes about gene therapy in resource-limited countries is inadequate. In addition, few educational resources to explain basic gene therapy concepts exist in languages other than English. This study aims to address these gaps in knowledge and aid for the development of educational resources to assist the informed consent processes for gene therapy in resource-limited countries. Primary Objective: To assess baseline knowledge, beliefs, and attitudes about gene therapy held by hemophilia B patients globally Secondary Objectives: 1. To explore healthcare workers' (i.e., physicians, nurses, social workers, educators/academic coordinators) perspectives regarding the education needs of hemophilia B patients globally 2. To explore healthcare workers beliefs and attitudes about gene therapy 3. To identify preferences of patients with hemophilia B and their healthcare workers on how/by what method or pathway educational content should be provided.

This study is open to adults with hidradenitis suppurativa who took part in a previous clinical study of a medicine called spesolimab. Participants who completed treatment can join this study. The purpose of this study is to find out how safe spesolimab is and whether it helps people with hidradenitis suppurativa in the long-term. Participants are in this study for about 2 years and 4 months. For 2 years, participants visit the study site every 2 weeks to get spesolimab injections under the skin. At study visits, doctors check the severity of participants' hidradenitis suppurativa and collect information on any health problems of the participants.

The Innovative Support for Patients with SARS COV-2 Infections Registry (INSPIRE) study is a CDC-funded COVID-19 project to understand the long-term health outcomes in recently tested adults, both negative and positive, who have suspected COVID symptoms at the time of their test. Participants will complete short online surveys every 3 months for 18 months, share information about their health using a secure web-based platform, and are compensated for their time.
