NCT00381680
This randomized phase III trial is studying low-dose vincristine to see how well it works compared with high-dose vincristine when given together with different combination chemotherapy regimens in treating young patients with intermediate-risk relapsed B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia. Drugs used in chemotherapy work in different ways to stop the growth of cancer cells, either by killing the cells or by stopping them from dividing. Giving more than one drug (combination chemotherapy) and giving the drugs in different ways and different doses may kill more cancer cells..
NCT04682431
This is an open-label, multicenter, First-In-Human (FIH), Phase 1a/1b study of PY159 in subjects with locally advanced (unresectable) and/or metastatic solid tumors that are refractory or relapsed to Standard Of Care (including Checkpoint Inhibitors, if approved for that indication).
NCT00003782
RATIONALE: Drugs used in chemotherapy use different ways to stop tumor cells from dividing so they stop growing or die. Giving combination chemotherapy after surgery may kill any tumor cells remaining following surgery. It is not yet known which regimen of combination chemotherapy is more effective in treating breast cancer with positive axillary lymph nodes. PURPOSE: Randomized phase III trial to compare the effectiveness of different regimens of combination chemotherapy in treating women who have undergone surgery for stage I, stage II, or stage IIIA breast cancer with positive axillary lymph nodes.
NCT03738397
This study will evaluate upadacitinib compared to dupilumab (Dupixent®) in adults with moderate to severe atopic dermatitis (AD) who are candidates for systemic therapy.
NCT02022215
The purpose of the study is to determine the safety and efficacy of high and low strength of ME1111 solutions compared to the vehicle in the treatment of onychomycosis of the toenail.
NCT03571828
Evaluate the safety and tolerability of AMG 562 in adult subjects with DLBCL, MCL, or FL. Estimate the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) and/or a biologically active dose (e.g., recommended phase 2 dose \[RP2D\])
NCT02797171
This study will evaluate the safety, pharmacokinetics, and antiviral activity of VRC-HIVMAB060-00-AB (VRC01) and VRC-HIVMAB080-00-AB (VRC01LS) in the serum and mucosa of healthy, HIV-uninfected adults.
NCT04333433
This prospective, concurrent controlled, open-label, multicenter study is designed to collect additional safety data through 5 years of follow-up for subjects randomized to either the treatment arm (PRESERFLO® MicroShunt with MMC) or the control arm (Trabeculectomy with MMC) of the INN-005 clinical study.
NCT05472506
This is a phase 1b study in adult patients diagnosed with resistant or recurrent head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC) designed to assess the safety and tolerability of IK-175 in combination with nivolumab. Disease response, pharmacokinetics (PK), pharmacodynamics, and response biomarkers will also be assessed.
NCT05844293
The purpose of this study is to evaluate safety, tolerability, PK, and PD of SAD of FXI-GalNAc-siRNA administered SC to healthy subjects.
NCT04431258
A Phase I open label followed by a Phase II randomized, controlled study to assess the efficacy and safety of ABTL0812 in combination with FOLFIRINOX for first-line treatment of metastatic pancreatic. Funded by: FDA OOPD (Grant #FD-R-006817-01), H2020 EIC Accelerator (Grant #954825) and Ability Pharmaceuticals SL.
NCT05321602
This is a randomized, single-dose, open-label, parallel-group study. Patients will undergo the screening evaluations to determine eligibility within 28 days prior to study drug administration. Approximately 80 eligible patients will be randomized in a 1:1:1:1 ratio to 1 of 4 treatment groups.
NCT04222322
The effect of Epitomee Capsule on body weight in patients with overweight and obesity with and without Prediabetes
NCT01006798
The purpose of this study is to compare the safety and immunogenicity over a 9-month period of five different dosages of Ad4-H5-Vtn in volunteers (Vaccinees) who receive three doses of the study vaccine or placebo. In addition, transmission of Ad4-H5-Vtn will be evaluated in all Household Contacts residing with the vaccinated volunteers. Vaccinees also may participate in a substudy in which they receive a booster vaccination with the licensed Influenza Virus Vaccine, H5N1 (Sanofi Pasteur).
NCT02802033
Details regarding the degenerative spine disorders will be collected with a specific focus on the use of osteobiologics in treating degenerative conditions and their impact on fusion, as well as patient-reported outcomes for these conditions.
NCT03810352
Patients with severe immune thrombocytopenia (ITP) present with similarly low platelet counts but varying bleeding symptoms, making it difficult to predict the disease course and to decide on an appropriate treatment plan. In a single-center study, platelet parameters including the immature platelet fraction, the absolute immature platelet count , and functional response markers were found to be significantly associated with patient bleeding severity, independent of platelet count. This study aims to confirm and replicate these findings in a multi-center patient population and to investigate the use of these parameters to better predict disease severity and bleeding events.
NCT04333732
The objective of CROWN CORONATION is the prevention of symptomatic COVID-19 by using combinations of approved and safe repurposed interventions, with complementary mechanisms of action.
NCT05212077
The purpose of this study is to compare two care delivery models that are currently being implemented in routine practice settings. The findings from this study will inform future clinical decision making, such as which patients might be more suited for which care delivery model.
NCT05067257
This Phase 2 study assesses the safety and efficacy of a single injection of Resiniferatoxin versus placebo for the treatment of intractable advanced cancer pain.
NCT04678193
Researchers are creating real-time epidemiology registry to evaluate the efficacy of COVID-19 subject risk assessment scores based on recording of symptoms, biomarkers, chronic illness and mental health assessments with digital technology using wearables and mobile app tools. Researchers aim to study in Phase 1, epidemiological variations in COVID-19 presentation in both PCR positive and negative subjects in the registry. Assessment of variables, predictive modeling of variables that impact severity of COVID-19 positive and negative subjects and assessment of predictors for post COVID-19 complications. In Phase 2, 2700 subjects with COVID-19 positive test will be studied in the intervention group comparing ECL-19 vs placebo with primary end point of hospital admission assessment. Treatment strategy for PCR positive COVID-19 subjects in the registry who are in Stage I of the disease process with ECL-19 drug compared to placebo in reducing hospital admissions
