The primary purpose of this study is to evaluate the tolerability and safety profile of ASP1951 when administered as a single agent and in combination with pembrolizumab in participants with locally advanced (unresectable) or metastatic solid tumors; characterize the pharmacokinetic profile of ASP1951 when administered as a single agent and in combination with pembrolizumab; and determine the recommended phase 2 dose (RP2D) of ASP1951 and/or maximum tolerated dose (MTD) when administered as a single agent and in combination with pembrolizumab. This study will also evaluate the anti-tumor effect of ASP1951 when administered as a single agent and in combination with pembrolizumab.

This phase I trial studies the side effects and best dose of venetoclax when given together with ixazomib citrate and dexamethasone and to see how well they work in treating patients with multiple myeloma that has come back. Venetoclax and ixazomib citrate may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as dexamethasone, work in different ways to stop the growth of cancer cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Giving venetoclax together with ixazomib citrate and dexamethasone may work better in treating patients with multiple myeloma.

Adalimumab, a treatment which blocks tumor necrosis factor (TNF), was tested to see if it changed levels of urine biomarker levels, tissue inhibitor of metalloprotease-1 (TIMP1), and monocyte chemoattractant protein-1 (MCP1). Results may help develop individualized treatment options for future patients with TNF-driven focal segmental glomerulosclerosis (FSGS) or minimal change disease (MCD).

The ability to find one's way in the world is known as wayfinding. Many older adults who live in senior communities, such as independent living and assisted living residences, find wayfinding very challenging. Often times, these communities are not designed in a way that helps people find their way very easily. When people cannot find their way, they can get lost, be dependent upon others for getting out and about, or even be afraid to leave their rooms. The purpose of this study is to find out if distinctive signs and decorative elements, along with a special type of education called Spaced-Retrieval education, help residents in these communities find their way more effectively. Twelve senior communities will be assigned by chance to one of three conditions, including: 1) control - no change (the community stays the same); 2) signs and decorative elements enhanced; and 3) signs, decorative elements, and special education added. After agreeing to be in the study, the participants will be asked to find their way to certain places in their community four times over a year. Some people will be asked to participate in educational sessions on wayfinding. In addition, some people will be asked to wear a location tracker, (like a fitness tracker), for four weeks during the year. How well people find their way, along with how much they travel about within the communities, will be compared between the three groups. It is hypothesized that those in the communities with special signs and decorative elements will find their way more effectively than those in the control communities. It is also hypothesized that participants in the communities with the special education intervention will find their way better than those without the education. Finally, it is hypothesized that participants in the communities with signs and cues and education will travel about further distances than those in the control communities. The results of the study can help people who have a tendency to get lost find their way more effectively in their community, and this could result in more independence.

Solifenacin succinate as a tablet formulation is already on the market for the treatment of symptoms of overactive bladder in adults. For the use in children and adolescent patients a new formulation of solifenacin has been developed. This study investigated the effect and safety of solifenacin succinate liquid suspension compared to a non-active drug (placebo) over a 12-week period. The 2 weeks prior to the double blind period was a single-blind placebo run-in period in combination with behavioral urotherapy (Non-interventional diary assisted urotherapy consisting of overactive bladder (OAB) information, awareness, instruction, life-style advice and documentation of voiding habits and symptoms for OAB), followed by a 12 week daily treatment period. The study also investigated how well solifenacin succinate suspension is taken-up by the body and how long it stays in the body during this time.

This study will also assess the effects of CK-2127107 on physical performance via a short physical performance battery (SPPB), stair-climb test and 6 minute walk test.

This is a multicenter, multinational trial to evaluate advanced MRI techniques for improved detection of clinically significant prostate cancer (csPCa). The study will enroll 500 participants at 5 clinical centers (100 participants per center). The current standard MRI technique for prostate cancer screening is multiparametric MRI (mpMRI), but two drawbacks include need for intravenous (IV) contrast and dependence on radiologist expertise. The investigators expect that the combination of two other techniques, biparametric MRI (bpMRI) and Restriction Spectrum Imaging restriction score (RSIrs), will help non-expert radiologists achieve similar performance to expert radiologists using bpMRI or mpMRI for detection of csPCa, while avoiding the drawbacks that are present when using mpMRI.

Radiologically isolated syndrome (RIS) often precedes Multiple Sclerosis (MS) but some patients have no symptoms. This study aims to use biological samples and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) data from four large cohorts of patients with MS in the United States, Europe and France, to stratify the chances of RIS developing into MS. Identifying early biomarkers to predict greater disease severity would have a significant impact, not only on RIS but also on the entire clinical spectrum of multiple sclerosis.

This is a Phase 2 study with an initial 24-week Treatment Period and an Extension Phase. The primary objectives of this Phase 2 study are to determine the safety, tolerability, and dose selection of mavorixafor in participants with WHIM syndrome. Participants may continue treatment in an Extension Phase, if regionally applicable, until mavorixafor becomes available via an alternative mechanism (for example, drug is commercially available, an expanded access program, etc.) or until the study is terminated by the Sponsor for any reason.

This is a study consisting of four cohorts in this setting. In Cohort 1, the safety and efficacy of ipatasertib (ipat) in combination with atezolizumab (atezo) and paclitaxel (pac) or nab-paclitaxel will be evaluated for participants with locally advanced or metastatic triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) who have not previously received chemotherapy. In Cohort 2, ipatasertib and atezolizumab (with no chemotherapy), will be administered to participants with locally advanced or metastatic TNBC. In Cohort 3, the safety and efficacy of neoadjuvant ipatasertib, atezolizumab, doxorubicin and cyclophosphamide (AC) (Ipat + Atezo + AC) followed by Ipat + Atezo + Pac will be evaluated in participants with locally advanced Type 2-4 (T2-4) TNBC. In Cohort 4, the safety and efficacy of Ipat + Atezo + Pac will be evaluated in participants with PD-L1 (Programmed Death-Ligand-1) positive locally advanced or metastatic TNBC that is not amenable to resection and who have not previously received chemotherapy in the advanced setting.
