NCT07205718
TAK-188 is a new medicine that targets a protein called CCR8, which is found on the surface of certain cells (Tregs) inside tumors. These cells can weaken the body's ability to fight cancer. TAK-188 may help to remove these Tregs. Removing these Tregs may allow more cancer-fighting cells (CD8+ T cells) to attack the tumor and potentially stop tumors from growing. In this study, researchers want to learn if TAK-188 can help the body's immune system better fight cancer in adults with advanced cancers which have not gotten better with regular treatments. The main aims of this study are to check if TAK-188 is safe in adults with advanced or spreading (metastatic) solid tumors, if participants tolerate the treatment with TAK-188 and to learn if TAK-188 works well in adults with certain advanced cancers after their previous treatments didn't work. Participants may receive TAK-188 for up to 1 year. Their health will be monitored after the treatment has ended for up to another year.
NCT06507306
The goal of this clinical trial is to learn if KQB198 works to treat advanced solid tumor cancer in adults. It will also learn about the safety of KQB198. The main questions it aims to answer are: * What is the safe dose of KQB198 by itself or in combination with other anti-cancer drugs? * Does KQB198 alone or in combination with other anti-cancer drugs decrease the size of the tumor? * What happens to KQB198 in the body? Participants will: * Take KQB198 daily, alone or in combination with another anti-cancer drug * Visit the clinic about 8 times in the first 8 weeks, and then once every 4 weeks after that
NCT00066690
RATIONALE: Estrogen can stimulate the growth of breast tumor cells. Ovarian function suppression combined with hormone therapy using tamoxifen or exemestane may fight breast cancer by reducing the production of estrogen. It is not yet known whether suppression of ovarian function plus either tamoxifen or exemestane is more effective than tamoxifen alone in preventing the recurrence of hormone-responsive breast cancer. PURPOSE: This randomized phase III trial studies ovarian suppression with either tamoxifen or exemestane to see how well they work compared to tamoxifen alone in treating premenopausal women who have undergone surgery for hormone-responsive breast cancer.
NCT06071468

The International CRDS registry has been designed to facilitate large-scale evaluation of CRDS, including its phenotypic spectrum, approaches to risk stratification, and optimal treatment strategies.
NCT06131437
This study will look at how well CagriSema compared to Tirzepatide helps people lower their body weight. CagriSema is a new investigational medicine developed by Novo Nordisk that combines Cagrilintide and Semaglutide. CagriSema is not yet being prescribed by doctors. Participant will get injections once a week throughout the treatment period. Participant will inject the study medicine under the skin with a pen injector in the thigh, stomach, or upper arm. After a first low dose, the study medicine will be gradually increased until reaching the planned dose (2.4 mg CagriSema or 15 mg Tirzepatide). The study will last for about one and a half year for each participant.
NCT05134012
This a Phase 3, prospective, open-label, multicenter study of \[15-O\]-H2O injection for PET imaging of subjects with suspected CAD. Approximately 182 evaluable participants with suspected CAD referred for testing will be included in the study at approximately 10 study sites in the United States and Europe. Approximately 215 participants will be enrolled to account for an estimated 15% drop-out rate. Screening assessments will occur prior to enrollment to confirm eligibility. All participants will receive two doses of \[15-O\]-H2O as part of a single PET imaging session (one dose at rest and one during pharmacological stress with adenosine). A safety follow-up phone call will occur 24 ± 8 hrs after completion of the \[15-O\]-H2O scan.
NCT05998018
This prospective, multi-center, randomized, controlled clinical trial is being conducted to evaluate the safety and efficacy of the pdSTIM System to facilitate weaning from mechanical ventilation through phrenic nerve stimulation. Potential subjects who are on mechanical ventilation for at least four days and have failed at least one weaning attempt will be considered for the study. Those enrolled will be randomized in a 1:1 manner between the treatment group that is standard of care with the pdSTIM System and a Control group, which is standard of care alone.
NCT04003272
The objective of this retrospective/prospective consecutives series PMCF study is to collect data confirming safety, performance and clinical benefits of the Comprehensive Versa-Dial Reverse Ti Glenosphere when used for primary total shoulder arthroplasty (implants and instrumentation) at a 1,2,3,5,7, and 10- year follow-up\* to meet EU Medical Device and other Regulatory Requirements for Post-Market Surveillance. Because Comprehensive Versa-Dial Reverse Ti Glenospheres have only been on the market since 2009, a prospective aspect to the study will be utilized as well to collect long-term data. \*The most recent available data will be used. If any of the listed time points are not available, data will be used from last available time point and follow-up will move forward at the closest available time point.

NCT06659549
Age-related macular degeneration (AMD) affects millions of elderly patients. When advanced, there is Geographic Atrophy (GA) in the retina. This means that there is an area with a loss of light-sensitive cells, called photoreceptors. That part of the retina can no longer see. Atrophy begins as a small spot in the retina distant from the fovea which is the part of the retina responsible for sharp central vision. The GA grows, and when it reaches the fovea, vision is severely diminished, and details cannot be seen anymore. The purpose of the eDREAM study is to understand if GAL-101 can slow the growth of GA and prevent it from reaching the fovea. GAL-101 is given as eyedrops. eDREAM patients will administer study eyedrops every day. Patients will be assigned by chance (randomly) to receive either eye-drops that contain the new medication, GAL-101, or eyedrops without the active drug (Placebo). Neither patients nor doctors will know which treatment was assigned to each patient until the end of the study.
NCT04403204
The focus of this prospective observational study is to (1) establish the range and variation associated with bone/soft tissue perfusion in fracture patients, using ICG fluorescence imaging; (2) examine the relationship between perfusion and complications such as surgical site infection (SSI), persistent SSI, and fracture nonunion; (3) to determine whether the quantitative ICG fluorescence can be used to guide bony debridement in the setting of infected fracture to minimize complications.
