Chronic kidney disease (CKD) is a serious and growing public health problem. The purpose of this study is to find out if an educational worksheet, called the Encounter Decision Intervention (EDI), combined with health coaching helps CKD patients improve their blood pressure and other health outcomes. The research team hypothesizes that the intervention group will have greater improvement in CKD outcomes than the control group.

Study CP-MGC018-03 is an open-label, two-part, Phase 2 study. Part 1 of the study will enroll participants with metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC) previously treated with one prior androgen receptor axis-targeted therapy (ARAT). ARAT includes abiraterone, enzalutamide, or apalutamide. Participants may have received up to 1 prior docetaxel-containing regimen, but no other chemotherapy agents. This part of the study will assess the efficacy and tolerability of vobramitamab duocarmazine (MGC018) in two experimental arms (2.0 mg/kg every 4 weeks \[Q4W\] and 2.7 mg/kg Q4W) . Approximately 100 participants will be randomized 1:1. Part 2 of the study will enroll participants with locally advanced or metastatic solid tumors. Participants must have progressive following at least 1 prior line of standard chemotherapy for advanced or metastatic disease. Participants will receive vobramitamab duocarmazine at a dose of 2.7 mg/kg every 4 weeks. Up to 200 participants may be enrolled in Part 2. In both parts, vobramitamab duocarmazine will be administered intravenously (IV) in clinic on Day 1 of each 4-week cycle. Vobramitamab duocarmazine will be administered until criteria for treatment discontinuation are met. Participants will undergo regular testing for signs of disease progression using computed tomography (CT) scans, magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), bone scans, and prostate-specific antigen (PSA) blood tests. Routine examinations and blood tests will be performed and evaluated by the study doctor.

The main purpose of the study is to evaluate the efficacy of vixarelimab compared with placebo on lung function in participants with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF) and in participants with systemic sclerosis-associated interstitial lung disease (SSc-ILD). Participants who complete 52-weeks of treatment in the Double-blind Treatment (DBT) period can choose to enroll in the optional Open-label Extension (OLE) period to receive treatment with vixarelimab for another 52 weeks. Cohort 1 has completed enrollment and has been closed for further enrollment. Cohort 2 is enrolling participants.

The best available evidence suggests that pregnancy after breast cancer does not increase a woman's risk of developing a recurrence from her breast cancer. In particular, the most recent data suggest that this is the case also in women with a hormone receptor-positive breast cancer. There is also no indication of increased risk for delivery complications or for the newborn. The aim of the study is to investigate if temporary interruption of endocrine therapy, with the goal to permit pregnancy, is associated with a higher risk of breast cancer recurrence.The study aims also to evaluate different specific indicators related to fertility, pregnancy and breast cancer biology in young women. A psycho-oncological companion study on fertility concerns, psychological well-being and decisional conflicts will be conducted in interested Centers.

This study will test a consumer health light therapy device (Re-Timer) for women with postpartum depression to better understand how it affects mood and the body clock (also called the circadian clock). Eligible participants will be enrolled and randomized after baseline assessments. In addition to using the Re-Timer light for 5 weeks participants will complete questionnaires at various timepoints, record sleep information, wear an actigraph watch, and provide saliva samples. Additionally, the sleep of the participants' infants will also be monitored using an ankle-worn device (actigraph) and sleep diary at certain time-points as this may influence the mother's mood/sleep, and in turn affect the results. The hypotheses regarding the bright light versus the placebo dim light of the study are: * morning bright light therapy will produce greater improvement from pre- to post-treatment on the Hamilton Rating Scale for Depression * morning bright light therapy will lengthen the Phase angle difference (PAD) and this will mediate change in depression symptoms. * morning bright light therapy will produce greater improvements on self-reported depression symptoms, excessive daytime sleepiness, maternal-infant bonding, social functioning, and sleep-related impairment from pre- to post-treatment.

This study is researching an experimental drug called REGN3767, also known as fianlimab (R3767), when combined with another medication called cemiplimab (each individually called a "study drug" or called "study drugs" when combined) compared with cemiplimab alone. These types of immunotherapy study drugs are collectively known as immune checkpoint inhibitors. Immunotherapies are treatments that use the immune system to recognize and kill cancer cells. The study is focused on participants with a type of skin cancer known as melanoma. The objective of this study is to see if the combination of fianlimab and cemiplimab is an effective treatment compared to cemiplimab in participants with high-risk, resectable melanoma. Participants will receive treatment before surgery, undergo resection, and then will have the option to continue treatment after resection. The study is looking at several other research questions, including: * What side effects may happen from receiving the study drug(s). * How much study drug(s) is in the blood at different times. * Whether the body makes antibodies against the study drug(s) (which could make the drug less effective or could lead to side effects). Antibodies are proteins that are naturally found in the blood stream that fight infections. * How administering the study drugs might improve quality of life.

Long-term, multicenter, multinational, observational, registry of patients with AQP4+ NMOSD that is designed to collect data on clinical outcomes and safety in patients prescribed Alexion C5 inhibitor therapies (C5IT). During the first 26 weeks of the trial, participants were randomly assigned to one of two groups: one group received TransCon PTH and one group received placebo. All participants started with study drug at a dose of 18 mcg/day and were individually and progressively titrated to an optimal dose in dose increments of 3 mcg/day. TransCon PTH or placebo were administered as a subcutaneous injection using a pre-filled injection pen. Neither trial participants nor their doctors knew who had been assigned to each group. After the 26 weeks, participants continued in the trial as part of a long-term extension study. During the extension, all participants received TransCon PTH, with the dose adjusted to their individual needs. This was a global trial that was conducted in the United States, Canada, Germany, Denmark, Norway, Italy, and Hungary.

Juvenile Idiopathic Arthritis (JIA) is the most common type of arthritis that affects children. The term "idiopathic" means "of unknown origin". It is a chronic (long-lasting) disease that causes swelling, warmth, and pain of one or more small joints. Systemic JIA ia a rare and serious form of JIA. Systemic" means it may affect not only the joints but other parts of the body, including the liver, lungs and heart. sJIA is more severe and can be more challenging to diagnose and treat than other types of juvenile idiopathic arthritis. It is a lifelong disease for many patients and can continue into adulthood. This study will assess how safe and effective upadacitinib is in treating pediatric and adolescent participants aged 1 to \< 18 with systemic juvenile idiopathic arthritis (sJIA) and will include a tocilizumab treatment arm for reference. Adverse events and change in the disease activity will be assessed. Upadacitinib is an investigational drug being developed for the treatment of sJIA. Participants are assigned to 1 of 2 cohorts. In cohort 1, participants will receive upadacitinib or tocilizumab reference. In cohort 2, participants will receive upadacitinib. Approximately 90 participants with sJIA will be enrolled in approximately 45 sites worldwide. Participants will receive upadacitinib oral tablets once daily or oral solution twice daily or tocilizumab subcutaneous injection or intravenous infusion as per local label for 52 weeks and followed for approximately 30 days. There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. Participants will attend regular visits/calls during the study at a hospital or clinic. The effect of the treatment will be checked by medical assessments, checking for side effects and completing questionnaires.

This phase II trials studies how well acalabrutinib with or without obinutuzumab works in treating patients with early-stage chronic lymphocytic leukemia or small lymphocytic lymphoma. Acalabrutinib may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as obinutuzumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. It is not yet known whether giving acalabrutinib with or without obinutuzumab will work better in treating patients with early-stage chronic lymphocytic leukemia or small lymphocytic lymphoma.
