NCT04492722
The purpose of the study is to evaluate the dose-response efficacy, safety, and pharmacokinetics (PK) of AZD5718 in participants with proteinuric chronic kidney disease.
NCT04771897
This study will evaluate the safety of BXQ-350 and determine the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) in children with newly diagnosed DIPG or DMG. All patients will receive BXQ-350 by intravenous (IV) infusion and radiation therapy. The study is divided into two parts: Part 1 will enroll patients at increasing dose levels of BXQ-350 in order to determine the MTD. Part 2 will enroll patients requiring a biopsy in order to assess BXQ-350 concentrations in the biopsied tumor.
NCT05683392
The goal of this clinical trial is to assess safety of and explore glycemic outcomes with Control-IQ technology 2.0 in adults, children and preschoolers with type 1 diabetes.
NCT04600323
This is a pilot, randomized, double-blinded, placebo-controlled, 12-month trial of 50 patients with CKD stage 3b-4 with metabolic acidosis to examine the effect of sodium bicarbonate therapy on cognitive and cerebrovascular function.
NCT05175352
The purpose of this study to evaluate the potential for disease-mediated drug-drug interactions between cendakimab and selected substrates of metabolic enzymes in eosinophilic esophagitis participants.
NCT05468736
This is a Phase 2/3 randomized, observer-blinded, placebo-controlled, age de-escalation trial to evaluate the safety and immunogenicity of 2 primary doses of SARS-CoV-2 rS with Matrix-M™ adjuvant (NVX-CoV2373) given 21 days apart and NVX CoV2373 or a variant-based vaccine given as a booster dose or at crossover in pediatric participants (3 age cohorts; 6 to \< 12 years, 2 to \< 6 years, and 6 to \< 24 months of age). Each age cohort will be conducted in 2 parts starting with the oldest age cohort (6 to \< 12 years of age).
NCT02525692
This was a Phase 2, open-label, 6-arm, multi-center study of dordaviprone (ONC201) in patients with recurrent glioblastoma (Arms A, B, and C), H3 K27M-mutant diffuse glioma (Arm D), or diffuse midline glioma (Arms E and F). The primary objective of this study was the assessment of dordaivprone (ONC201) anti-tumor activity through progression-free survival at 6 months using Response Assessment in Neuro-Oncology (RANO) criteria for high-grade glioma (HGG).
NCT04947735
This is an open-label, controlled, multisite, two-arm parallel group clinical trial of 36-month duration to evaluate the continued safety and efficacy of SightGlass Vision Diffusion Optics Technology (DOT) Spectacles in reducing the progression of juvenile myopia.
NCT04364048
Single arm study of induction durvalumab (1500 mg IV) for 1 cycle (every 4 weeks), administered prior to starting concurrent definitive chemoradiation, followed by consolidation durvalumab (1500 mg IV every 4 weeks) for up to 12 cycles. The study will include an initial safety run-in portion. Patients in the safety run-in will be monitored through completion of induction durvalumab, chemoradiation, and 2 cycles of consolidation durvalumab for assessment of safety prior to completion of enrollment.
NCT05184335
This study is to evaluate the effect and safety of Brilaroxazine in patients with acute schizophrenia compared to the placebo short and long-term. Brilaroxazine will be given at fixed doses of 15 mg or 50 mg once daily over 4 weeks, then in the long-term flexible doses 15-50mg daily over a period of 52 weeks.
NCT03623321
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the long-term safety and tolerability of pimavanserin in adult and elderly subjects with neuropsychiatric symptoms related to neurodegenerative disease exposed to open-label pimavanserin for up to 52 weeks.
NCT05500508
A Phase 1B/2A study will be conducted to establish safety and dose level of AMXT 1501 dicaprate in combination with IV DFMO, in cancer patients.
NCT03634540
This is an open-label Phase 2 study which will evaluate the efficacy and safety of belzutifan in combination with cabozantinib in participants with advanced ccRCC. Belzutifan and cabozantinib will be administered orally once daily.
NCT04252573
Prospective, multi-center, non-randomized study with consecutive, eligible subject enrollment at each site, for the evaluation of the ChEVAS System for Endovascular Repair of Complex Abdominal Aortic Aneurysms.
NCT05322590
The study will assess the safety and efficacy of BXQ-350 plus modified FOLFOX7 (mFOLFOX7) and bevacizumab in participants who have newly diagnosed metastatic adenocarcinoma of the colon/rectum. The study will also evaluate if the administration of BXQ-350 with mFOLFOX7 and bevacizumab may diminish oxaliplatin induced sensory neurotoxicity, enabling participants to receive the total and planned doses of mFOLFOX7. All participants will receive BXQ-350 by intravenous (IV) infusion along with standard of care doses of mFOLFOX and bevacizumab. The study is divided into two stages: Stage 1 will be open label and will enroll participants at increasing dose levels of BXQ-350 in order to determine the Stage 2 dose. Stage 2 will be blinded; participants will receive BXQ-350 at the established Stage 1 dose or placebo.
