NCT06238622
This study is open to people with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF) or progressive pulmonary fibrosis (PPF). They can only take part if they have completed treatment in a previous study with a medicine called nerandomilast or BI 1015550. The goal of this study is to find out how well people with pulmonary fibrosis tolerate long- term treatment with nerandomilast. The study also tests whether nerandomilast improves lung function and prolongs the time until symptoms get worse, participants need to go to the hospital, or die. Every participant takes nerandomilast as tablets for up to 1 year and 10 months. The participants may also continue their regular treatment for pulmonary fibrosis during the study. Participants visit their doctors regularly. During these visits, the doctors collect information on any health problems of the participants. Participants also regularly do lung function tests.
NCT07310901
This study will assess the safety of the investigational drug CRB-913 and how it is processed in the body. The study has two parts: Part 1 will measure drug levels in healthy adults after taking CRB-913 tablets, and Part 2 will compare three doses of CRB-913 with placebo to evaluate safety, effects on body weight, and drug levels in the blood. Part 2 is blinded, meaning participants, study doctors, and the sponsor will not know which treatment is given. Participants in Part 2 will take study treatment for 12 weeks and will be followed for 28 days after treatment ends.
NCT04423029
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety, tolerability, drug-levels, drug-effects and preliminary anti-tumor activity of DF6002 alone and in combination with Nivolumab in participants with advanced solid tumors.
NCT06590857
Phase 1b/2 open-label trial of 225Ac-DOTATATE (RYZ101) in subjects with ER+, HER2-negative unresectable or metastatic breast cancer expressing SSTRs.
NCT02973789
The study is a prospective, randomized controlled phase III trial aimed to test the efficacy and safety of TTFields, using the NovoTTF-200T device, concurrent with standard therapies for stage 4 NSCLC patients, following progression while on or after platinum based treatment. The device is an experimental, portable, battery operated device for chronic administration of alternating electric fields (termed TTFields or TTF) to the region of the malignant tumor, by means of surface, insulated electrode arrays.
NCT05006716
Study consists of two main parts to explore BGB-16673 recommended dosing, a Phase 1 monotherapy dose finding comprised of monotherapy dose escalation and monotherapy safety expansion of selected doses, and a Phase 2 (expansion cohorts)
NCT04077099
This study will evaluate REGN5093 for the treatment of Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC) with MET alteration. The main purpose of this study is to determine the safety, tolerability, and effectiveness of REGN5093. The study has two phases. The main goal of Phase 1 is to determine a safe dose(s) of REGN5093. The main goal of phase 2 of the study is to use the REGN5093 drug dose(s) found in Phase 1 to see how well REGN5093 works to shrink tumors. The study is looking at several other research questions, including: * Side effects that may be experienced by people taking REGN5093 * How REGN5093 works in the body * How much REGN5093 is present in the blood * To see if REGN5093 works to reduce or delay the progression of cancer * How long it takes REGN5093 to work in the body
NCT05492500
The primary purpose of this clinical trial is to compare the effects of study medicine (Ponsegromab/PF-06946860) with a placebo (an injection that looks like the study medicine but does not contain the active medicine) to find out if the study medicine is better than the placebo (an injection that looks like the study medicine but does not contain the active medicine) for treatment of symptoms related to heart failure. Participants will not know which treatment group they are assigned to. Most participants in this study will receive the study medicine or placebo by shots under the skin every four weeks. People may be able to participate in this study if they have heart failure. Participants will take part in this study for about 9 months. During this time participants will visit the study clinic once a month. A separate PK cohort within this clinical trial will receive open-label study medicine (Ponsegromab/PF-06946860) only. Participants in this open-label, PK cohort will not receive placebo. These participants will receive the study medicine by shots under the skin every four weeks. People may be able to participate in this study cohort if they also have heart failure. Participants will take part in the open-label, PK cohort for about 7 months.
NCT05198804
This is a Phase 1/2 study to evaluate the safety, clinical activity, pharmacokinetics (PK), and pharmacodynamics (PD) of ZN-c3 in combination with niraparib and of ZN-c3 Monotherapy in subjects with platinum-resistant ovarian cancer.
NCT05126277
This trial will evaluate efficacy, safety, and tolerability of subcutaneous (s.c.) ianalumab given every 4 weeks (q4w) or every 12 weeks (q12w) compared to placebo, in combination with SoC, in adult participants with active LN
NCT05147792
The CLAAS® device will be evaluated for safety and efficacy by establishing its performance is non-inferior to the commercially available WATCHMAN® and Amulet™ left atrial appendage closure devices in patients with non-valvular atrial fibrillation. Patients who are eligible for the trial will be randomized to receive either the CLAAS device or the WATCHMAN or Amulet™ devices and will be followed for 5 years after device implant.
NCT05504070
A Post-Market, Multi-Center, Prospective, Interventional Study for Treatment of Chronic Venous Disease of the Great and Small Saphenous Veins and Incompetent Perforator Veins.
NCT07073820
The purpose of this study is to learn about the long-term safety, tolerability and effects of the study medicine (PF-07868489) for the possible treatment of PAH. PAH is a condition in which there is high blood pressure in the arteries that carry blood from the heart to the lungs. This high pressure makes it harder for the heart to pump blood through those lungs, potentially damaging the right side of the heart. This is an open-label study. Which means that both the healthcare providers and the study participants are aware of the medicine being given. This study is also an extension study with study medicine (PF-07868489). An extension study allows patients from an earlier clinical study (also called as qualifying study) to continue participating to assess long-term benefits and safety of the medicine.
NCT06137742
The purpose of the study is to learn how the study medicine called PF-07868489 is tolerated and acts in healthy adult people and people with pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH). Part A: An investigator- and participant-blind, sponsor-open, placebo-controlled, single ascending dose study to assess the safety, tolerability, and pharmacokinetics (PK) of PF-07868489 in healthy adult participants. Part B: A 24-week, randomized, double blind, placebo-controlled study to assess the safety, tolerability, PK, and pharmacodynamics (PD) of PF-07868489 in adult participants with PAH.
NCT05275439

NCT07410117
This study is researching an experimental drug called REGN7508 (called "study drug"). The study is focused on the prevention of Cancer-Associated Thrombosis (CAT) in participants. The aim of the study is to see how effective the study drug is in preventing blood clots in participants with solid tumors who are currently receiving anticancer treatment or planning to start anticancer treatment within a month of being assigned to a study treatment, or recovering from surgery, and how the study drug compares to placebo for CAT. The study is looking at several other research questions, including: * What side effects may happen from taking the study drug * How much study drug is in the blood at different times * Whether the body makes antibodies against the study drug (which could make the study drug less effective or could lead to side effects)
