This is a research study of erectile dysfunction (ED) in men diagnosed with prostate cancer. 144 patients and partners will participate in the study. The purpose of this study is to test a new treatment that combines a cognitive-behavioral intervention with medication and a vacuum constrictive device to treat ED. This new treatment consists of multiple therapeutic elements that enhance compliance with medical treatment and increase sexual activity through enhancement of the sensual pleasure of sex and partner support.

Participants are asked to participate in a research study of the effect of a sleep intervention on improving sleep habits and reducing their risk of breast cancer. Participants are asked to participate in this research study because they have been identified as being at higher than average risk of developing breast cancer. The purpose of this study is to compare women who get a sleep intervention to women who do not get a sleep intervention. This study team will compare these two groups of women to see if the sleep intervention improves their sleep and if it lowers markers of inflammation that have been associated with an increased risk of breast cancer.

The purpose of this pilot study is to investigate the effects of a 6-session music therapy protocol on the pain, mood, quality of life, coping skills, and self-efficacy of adult patients with sickle cell disease (SCD) as compared to adult patients with SCD who receive standard care alone. The investigators will also determine the feasibility (delivery, acceptability, and usefulness) of the music therapy intervention for pain management and quality of life.

Type 2 diabetes mellitus is a complex, chronic disease that requires a comprehensive treatment plan aimed at meeting multitude therapeutic targets associated with micro- and macro-vascular risk reduction. There is evidence that patient support in various forms can have a significant positive impact on adherence to treatment and the meeting of targets in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. The purpose of this study is to evaluate if the use of a digital disease management tool (Smart phone- web portal-based tool), in addition to Standard of Care for T2DM, will improve glycemic control. Other variables important in T2DM (such as weight, blood pressure, and lipid levels), will also be evaluated along with patient-reported outcomes, such as satisfaction with treatment and adherence to their antihyperglycemic treatment. The subject's broken humerus (arm) is suitable for treatment with a fracture brace or operative fixation with plate and screws. Both of these types of treatments are often used by doctors to fix broken bones. If the subject agrees to participate in this study, the subject will be assigned by the treating surgeon to one of the following groups: Group B: Non-operative treatment with a fracture brace Group P: a plate \& screws - a metal device placed on top of the bone. The investigators will collect information about the subject's arm fracture as it is treated with examinations and X-rays. X-rays will be obtained often in the first several months, depending on how the fracture is healing. This is determined by the doctor and will not be determined by the subject's participation in this research study. Both treatments are routinely used and this study hopes to provide information regarding each type of treatment on the subject's functional outcome. A subject's treatment will not be affected whether they choose to participate in this research study or not. The treatment of these subjects is no different because of this study. The treating surgeon will discuss with the patient their preferred treatment for the isolated humeral shaft fracture. If they meet the inclusion/exclusion criteria, they will be approached for participation in one of two treatment groups depending on a previous decision by the patient and the treating surgeon. Hypotheses: 1. Patients with an isolated humeral shaft fracture that are plated will have a more rapid return to ADL's, work and full functional capacity than patients treated conservatively. 2. Patients treated with plate technique will have a more rapid improvement in functional outcome scores, decreased pain scores and patient satisfaction than those managed conservatively. 3. Complication rates of infection and iatrogenic neurologic injury will be higher in patients treated operatively. 4. Nonunion and malunion will be higher in patients managed conservatively.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of Fenzian™ treatment on symptoms (such as shortness of breath), lung function (how well the lungs work), and albuterol/salbutamol (rescue medication) use in people with asthma. This will be done by comparing the effects of Fenzian™ treatment to the effects of a sham treatment, which looks the same as the Fenzian™ device but doesn't do anything. The Fenzian™ device is an electrical instrument that the investigators hope will help reduce airway inflammation associated with asthma symptoms by stimulating the nerves with very low electrical currents. The study device will be applied directly to the skin on the back, working along the ribs toward the spine, alternating between left and right sides, and on your face.
