This post-market registry for the GORE® TAG® Conformable Thoracic Stent Graft with ACTIVE CONTROL System (CTAG w/AC) is intended to demonstrate that thoracic endovascular aortic repair (TEVAR) for lesions of the descending thoracic aorta continues to be a suitable treatment option for appropriately selected patients.

This randomized phase III trial studies sunitinib malate to see how well it works when given as maintenance therapy (meaning it is approved for treatment after chemotherapy) in patients with stage IIIB-IV non-small cell lung cancer who have responded to prior treatment with combination chemotherapy. Sunitinib malate may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth and by blocking the growth of new blood vessels necessary for tumor growth. It is not yet known whether sunitinib malate is effective in helping tumors continue to shrink or stop growing.

The main purpose of this study is to show whether in these individuals, treatment with both mirikizumab and tirzepatide, compared with treatment with mirikizumab and placebo, leads to decrease or disappearance of UC symptoms, and loss of at least one-tenth of the overall body weight. This study is researching 2 different experimental drugs called REGN7508 and REGN9933 (called "study drugs"). The study is focused on people who have atrial fibrillation, which means that the heart beats too fast and unevenly. When this happens, blood cannot move smoothly through the heart; it can slow down or pool in one spot, which can lead to the formation of blood clots. REGN7508 and REGN9933 are designed to help stop blood clots forming in patients with atrial fibrillation. The aim of the study is to see how effective and safe REGN7508 and REGN9933, individually, are in preventing ischemic stroke or systemic embolism in people with atrial fibrillation who cannot or may choose to not take blood thinners. The study is looking at several other research questions, including: * What side effects may happen from taking REGN7508 or REGN9933 * How well does REGN7508 or REGN9933 lower the risk of having an ischemic stroke and/or systemic embolism compared to the placebo * How well does REGN7508 or REGN9933 lower the risk of having a major health problem affecting heart and blood circulation compared to placebo * How well does REGN7508 or REGN9933 lower the risk of death compared to placebo * How much REGN7508 or REGN9933 is in the blood at different times * Whether the body makes antibodies against REGN7508 or REGN9933 (which could make the study drugs less effective or could lead to side effects)

Researchers are looking for new ways to treat metastatic nonsquamous non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) that has been treated before. Metastatic means the cancer has spread to other parts of the body. Nonsquamous means the cancer did not start in squamous cells, which are flat cells that line the inside of the lungs. Standard treatment (usual treatment) for NSCLC is surgery, then immunotherapy with or without chemotherapy after surgery. Immunotherapy is a treatment that helps the immune system fight cancer. Chemotherapy is a medicine that works to destroy cancer cells or stop them from growing. However, standard treatment may not work or may stop working for some people. Researchers want to know if 2 antibody drug conjugates (ADCs) can help treat metastatic nonsquamous NSCLC that did not respond (get smaller or go away) to treatment. An ADC attaches to specific targets on cancers cells and delivers treatment to destroy those cells. Researchers will compare 2 different ADCs (the study treatments) to chemotherapy in this study. The goals of this study are to learn: * About the safety of the study treatments and if people tolerate them * How many people have the cancer respond to the study treatments

Researchers are looking for new ways to treat Psoriatic Arthritis (PsA). This study will help find out if a study medicine called tulisokibart (MK-7240) can treat symptoms of active PsA. This study assesses the efficacy, safety, and tolerability of tulisokibart in adult participants with active PsA. In this study, researchers will look at different doses of tulisokibart. Researchers want to learn if at least one of the study doses of tulisokibart works better than a placebo to lessen PsA symptoms. A placebo looks like the study medicine but has no study medicine in it. Using a placebo helps researchers better understand the effects of the study medicine.

The purpose of this clinical study is to learn about the effects and safety of berobenatide (PF-08653944). This may help people with overweight or obesity lose weight. People in this study may also have type 2 diabetes. About 950 adults will be in this study. Berobenatide will be compared to a placebo. A placebo does not have any medicine in it but looks just like the medicine being studied. Berobenatide or placebo is given by a shot under the skin in the belly area. The objective of the study is to compare the experiences of people receiving berobenatide to those of the people who do not to assess if the study medicine is effective and safe. People will take part in this study for about 20 months. During this time, they will have about 15 study visits at the site. They will also have 2 study visits over the phone.

Orca-T is an allogeneic stem cell and T-cell immunotherapy biologic manufactured for each patient (transplant recipient) from the mobilized peripheral blood of a specific, unique donor. The purpose of this phase Ib/II study is to (a) in Phase Ib evaluate the safety, tolerability, and pharmacokinetics (PK) of AMO959 when given in combination with lutetium (177Lu) vipivotide tetraxetan (also known as \[177Lu\]Lu-PSMA-617 or 177Lu-PSMA-617 and hereafter referred to as AAA617) with an androgen receptor pathway inhibitor (ARPI) in participants with metastatic castration resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC) who have failed one prior ARPI and with or without prior taxane exposure, and (b) in Phase II evaluate the preliminary efficacy of AMO959 in combination with AAA617 and ARPI in participants with mCRPC who have failed one prior ARPI, but who have not yet been exposed to taxane treatment.
