NCT00992459
This was a randomized, active-controlled, double-blind, cross-over study designed to enroll subjects with UCDs who are being treated with NaPBA.
NCT04066374
The purpose of this study is to conduct an early clinical evaluation of safety and feasibility of peripheral nerve stimulation (PNS) of the intercostal nerves using an electrical lead placed in the thoracic cavity as a safe and effective method of pain control after cardiothoracic surgery.
NCT06484946
Children with sensory processing challenges participated in an 8-week play-based aquatic program addressing goals on behavior, sensory, and participation. It is expected that after the 8-week group, the child's goals will improve demonstrating an effective intervention to address sensory difficulties.
NCT02914600
The primary objective of this study is to observe the long-term safety of filgotinib in adults who have completed or met protocol specified efficacy discontinuation criteria in a prior filgotinib treatment study in Crohn's disease (CD).
NCT05077969
This study is designed to test the efficacy and safety of combinations of two well-understood agents - famotidine and celecoxib. Each of these agents separately demonstrate clinical activity in mitigating COVID-19 disease symptoms or severity, and each of which appear to have separate and complementary mechanisms of action.
NCT03599622
The purpose of this study is to assess the safety and effectiveness of BMS-986165 compared to placebo in participants with moderately to severely active Crohn's Disease.
NCT02615002
This study is a Phase 2, randomized, placebo-controlled, dose-ranging study of piromelatine (5, 20, and 50 mg daily for 6 months) versus placebo to determine an effective dose based on efficacy (cognitive performance), safety, and tolerability in patients with mild dementia due to Alzheimer's Disease (AD).
NCT04093024
The main objective of the study is to evaluate dose-exposure and safety of nintedanib in children and adolescents with fibrosing Interstitial Lung Disease (ILD).
NCT04216316
This phase Ib/II trial studies the best dose of carboplatin when given together with berzosertib, gemcitabine and pembrolizumab and to see how well it works in treating patients with stage IV squamous cell non-small cell lung cancer that has spared to other placed in the body (advanced). Berzosertib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Chemotherapy drugs, such as carboplatin and gemcitabine, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as pembrolizumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Giving berzosertib together with carboplatin, gemcitabine, and pembrolizumab may work better in treating patients with squamous cell non-small cell lung cancer compared to carboplatin, gemcitabine, and pembrolizumab alone.
NCT04702373
This is a Phase III randomized controlled trial of a passive ROM exercise program that will be performed in infants with HLHS and other single right ventricle anomalies following the Norwood procedure at PHN and Auxiliary Centers.
NCT02384954
This is a Phase I/II, open-label, multi-center, competitive enrollment and dose escalation study of N-803 in patients with relapse/refractory indolent B cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma in conjunction with rituximab.
NCT01010542
The purpose of this research study is to evaluate the safety and tolerability of ILV-095 when it is given to individuals with moderate to severe chronic plaque psoriasis. Another purpose of the study is to observe how the drug enters the blood and tissues over time, how the body breaks down the drug and whether or not the body will develop an immune reaction (sensitivity) to the drug.
NCT03382834
This study evaluated the effects of tamoxifen exposure in combination with vorinostat on viral reactivation among HIV-1 infected post-menopausal women with virologic suppression on antiretroviral therapy (ART), when compared to vorinostat alone.
NCT02742090
The main objective of this study is to determine the progression free survival of umbralisib in participants who were intolerant to prior BTK (Bruton Tyrosine Kinase) inhibitors (ibrutinib, ACP-196, other) or prior PI3K-delta inhibitors (idelalisib, duvelisib, other).
NCT04662151
The purpose of this study is to determine if an investigational drug, AT-100, can reduce the occurrence of Bronchopulmonary Dysplasia (BPD) in babies born premature, as compared to babies born premature who receive an air-sham alone.
NCT02968355
This study will evaluate the clinical sensitivity and specificity of the FilmArray Global Fever (GF) Panel.
NCT05491525
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety, efficacy, and PK of vibegron in pediatric participants with NDO who are regularly using CIC
NCT04047303
CC-90010-GBM-001 is a multi-center, open-label study to assess the pharmacokinetics (PK), pharmacodynamics (PD) and CNS penetration of CC-90010 following short-term interval therapy (4 daily doses ) prior to surgery, in subjects with progressive or recurrent WHO Grade II Diffuse Astrocytoma, Grade III Anaplastic Astrocytoma and recurrent Glioblastoma who have failed radiation and chemotherapy, and who are candidates for surgical tumor resection as part of their salvage regimen (planned salvage resection).
