The purpose of the study is to determine the optimal surgical approach (ventral vs dorsal) for patients with multi-level cervical spondylotic myelopathy (CSM). There are no established guidelines for the management of patients with CSM, which represents the most common cause of spinal cord injury and dysfunction in the US and in the world. This study aims to test the hypothesis that ventral surgery is associated with superior Short Form-36 physical component Score (SF-36 PCS) outcome at one year follow-up compared to dorsal approaches and that both ventral and dorsal surgery improve symptoms of spinal cord dysfunction measured using the modified Japanese Orthopedic Association Score (mJOA). A secondary hypothesis is that health resource utilization for ventral surgery, dorsal fusion, and laminoplasty surgery are different. A third hypothesis is that cervical sagittal balance post-operatively is a significant predictor of SF-36 PCS outcome.

The purpose of this study is to determine the clinical benefit and characterize the safety profile of tabelecleucel for the treatment of Epstein-Barr virus-associated post-transplant lymphoproliferative disease (EBV+ PTLD) in the setting of (1) solid organ transplant (SOT) after failure of rituximab (SOT-R) and rituximab plus chemotherapy (SOT-R+C) or (2) allogeneic hematopoietic cell transplant (HCT) after failure of rituximab.

This study is for people who have a paralyzed arm and hand from a spinal cord injury, who have also received a recording electrode array in the brain as part of the BrainGate study. The study will look at the ability of these participants to control different grasping patterns of the hand, both in virtual reality and in his/her actual hand. Movement of the participant's hand is controlled by a functional electrical stimulation (FES) system, which involves small electrodes implanted in the arm, shoulder and hand that use small electrical currents to activate the appropriate muscles.

The purpose of this study is to discover the potential convenience and ease of using a Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) technique, named Magnetic Resonance Fingerprinting (or MRF), to achieve high-quality images within a short scan time of 5 min for viewing the entire brain. This is an advanced quantitative assessment of brain tissues. This method is being applied with IVIM MRI to be able to tell the difference between a brain with radiation necrosis and a brain with tumor recurrence. Participants will consist of individuals who have received radiation therapy in the past and were diagnosed with radiation necrosis, individuals with recurrent tumors, individuals with previously untreated tumors, and healthy individuals who have no brain diseases and have not had radiation treatment to the brain. Participants will undergo an MRI scan at a one-time research study visit; no extra tests or procedures will be required for this research study. The primary objectives of this study are: * To demonstrate the clinical feasibility of combining MRF with state-of-the-art parallel imaging techniques to achieve high-resolution quantitative imaging within a reasonable scan time of 5 min for whole brain coverage. * To apply the developed quantitative approach in combination with IVIM MRI for differentiation of tumor recurrence and radiation necrosis. * To investigate the effect of radiation dose on the development of radiation necrosis and tumor recurrence.

This research study is a Phase II clinical trial. Phase II clinical trials test the effectiveness of an investigational drug to learn whether the drug works in treating a specific cancer. "Investigational" means that the drug is still being studied and that research doctors are trying to find out more about it-such as the safest dose to use, the side effects it may cause, and if the drug is effective for treating different types of cancer. It also means that the FDA has not approved this drug for use patients undergoing adjuvant treatment for HER2+ breast cancer. Trastuzumab emtansine (T-DM1) is a drug that may stop cancer cells from growing. This drug has been used in other research studies and information from those other research studies suggests that this drug may help to prevent the recurrence of breast cancer in this research study. The use of T-DM1 in this research study is experimental, which means it is not approved by any regulatory authority for the adjuvant treatment of HER2-positive breast cancer. However, it FDA-approved for metastatic HER2-positive breast cancer. T-DM1 has caused cancer cells to die in laboratory studies. In preclinical studies, this drug has prevented or slowed the growth of breast cancer. The breast cancer treatments (paclitaxel and Trastuzumab) used in this study are considered part of standard-of-care regimens in early breast cancer. A standard treatment means that this is a treatment that would be accepted by the majority of the medical community as a suitable treatment for your type of breast cancer. In this research study, the investigators are looking to see if the study drug T-DM1 will have less side effects than traditional HER2-positive breast cancer treatment of trastuzumab and paclitaxel. The investigators are also hoping to learn about the long term benefits and disease-free survival of participants who take the study drug T-DM1 in comparison to those participants to take the combination of trastuzumab and paclitaxel.

The purpose of this study is to assess the safety and efficacy of pembrolizumab (MK-3475) combined with lenvatinib (MK-7902/E7080) compared to pembrolizumab alone (with placebo for lenvatinib) in treatment-naïve adults with no prior systemic therapy for their metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) whose tumors have a programmed cell death-ligand 1 (PD-L1) Tumor Proportion Score (TPS) greater than or equal to 1%. The primary study hypotheses are that: 1) the combination of pembrolizumab and lenvatinib is superior to pembrolizumab alone as assessed by Progression-free Survival (PFS) per Response Evaluation Criteria in Solid Tumors version 1.1 (RECIST 1.1); and 2) the combination of pembrolizumab and lenvatinib is superior to pembrolizumab alone as assessed by Overall Survival (OS).

The purpose of this study is to demonstrate the superior efficacy of Xevinapant (Debio 1143) versus placebo when added to radiotherapy in the treatment of high-risk participants with resected locally advanced squamous cell carcinoma of the head and neck (LA SCCHN) who are ineligible to receive cisplatin-based chemoradiation concurrently. Study details include: Study duration: Participants will be followed until the last on-study participant reaches his/her 60-month post-randomization visit, a decision to end the study has been triggered, or until premature discontinuation from study, whichever occurs first. Treatment duration: 18 weeks, consisting of six 3-week cycles. Health measurement/observation: Improved Disease-Free Survival. Visit frequency: Weekly visit during combination therapy period, once every 3 weeks during monotherapy period, and every 3, 4, or 6 months during the Disease-Free Survival Follow-up period in Year 1, 2 and 3, or 4 and 5 (with telephone contact in between), respectively, and every 3 months (telephone visits allowed) during the Overall Survival Follow-up period.

Infections of the pleural space are common, and patients require antibiotics and chest drain placement to evacuate the chest from the infected fluid. Chest drains can get blocked by the drainage fluid and material. For this reason, it is thought that flushing the chest drain with saline solution, can help maintain the patency of the tube. This proposed study will evaluate the impact of regular chest drain flushing on the length of time to chest tube removal and total hospitalization as well as improvement in chest imaging and the need for additional interventions on the infected space.

APX005M can trigger activation of B cells, monocytes, and dendritic cells and stimulate cytokine release from lymphocytes and monocytes. APX005M can mediate a direct cytotoxic effect on CD40+ tumor cells.

Researchers are looking for new ways to treat people with metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) that is PD-L1 positive. * Metastatic means cancer that has spread to other parts of the body. * PD-L1 positive means that PD-L1 is found on the cancer cells. PD-L1 is a protein that can help the cancer hide from the body's immune system. The goal of this study is to learn if people who receive vibostolimab and pembrolizumab live longer overall and without the cancer getting worse than people who receive pembrolizumab alone.

Background: \- Knowing one s family medical history is a part of staying healthy. Some health risks run in families, and knowing these risks can promote more healthy behavior. Different social and cultural factors may affect how family members share this information. Genetic risk information that is shared in one family may not be shared in the same way in another. This information may also be shared differently between spouses, siblings, or parents and children. It may even be shared with more distant relatives. Knowing the information that family members share and how they share it may help researchers improve genetic disease treatment and support plans. Family surveys of people who have genetic health risks may help provide this information. Objectives: \- To study how family members affected by genetic-related diseases share health information with each other. Eligibility: * Individuals at least 18 years of age who can read English or Spanish. * Participants affected by a genetic disease or be related or married to someone who has the disease. Design: * Participants will be screened with an initial questionnaire. They will identify their genetic disease and provide a basic health history. * Participants who have the disease will complete an online survey or participate in a personal interview. The questions will take about 45 minutes to 1 hour to answer. The survey will ask about family health history and family support. Participants will also provide referrals to a spouse or relatives who will participate in the study. * The spouse or relative will answer a similar survey. The survey will ask about health history and support for the spouse/relative with the disease. * A gift card will be given as thanks for participating in the study.

The purpose of this study is to assess the safety and effects of PF-07265028 as monotherapy and in combination with sasanlimab. The study aims to identify the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) of PF-07265028 as monotherapy; evaluate the clinical activity of monotherapy and combination; and select the recommended dose of PF-07265028 monotherapy and in combination for potential further studies and development. The study contains 2 parts, Dose Escalation (Part 1) to determine the recommended dose of PF-07265028 as single agent and in combination, followed by Dose Expansion (Part 2) in selected tumor types at the recommended dose. It is expected that most participants will take part in this study for up to 1 year with six on-site visits in the first month and then at least twice every subsequent month while they are on treatment.

Premature babies often need help immediately after birth to open their lungs to air, start breathing and keep their hearts beating. Opening their lungs can be difficult, and once open the under-developed lungs of premature babies will often collapse again between each breath. To prevent this nearly all premature babies receive some form of mechanical respiratory support to aid breathing. Common to all types of respiratory support is the delivery of a treatment called positive end-expiratory pressure, or PEEP. PEEP gives air, or a mixture of air and oxygen, to the lung between each breath to keep the lungs open and stop them collapsing. Currently, clinicians do not have enough evidence on the right amount, or level, of PEEP to give at birth. As a result, doctors around the world give different amounts (or levels) of PEEP to premature babies at birth. In this study, the Investigators will look at 2 different approaches to PEEP to help premature babies during their first breaths at birth. At the moment, the Investigators do not know if one is better than the other. One is to give the same PEEP level to the lungs. The others is to give a high PEEP level at birth when the lungs are hardest to open and then decrease the PEEP later once the lungs are opened and the baby is breathing. Very premature babies have a risk of long-term lung disease (chronic lung disease). The more breathing support a premature baby needs, the more likely the risk of developing chronic lung disease. The Investigators want to find out whether one method of opening the baby's lungs at birth results in them needing less breathing support. This research has been initiated by a group of doctors from Australia, the Netherlands and the USA, all who look after premature babies.

The purpose of this study is to see if the Zio® monitor device can be worn by children for up to 14-days and to determine if the skin preparation process will provide good adherence to the skin and clear signal quality. The Zio® monitor (Study Device) is an adhesive patch that is worn on the upper left chest for a specified period of time and is similar to a band aid. The Study Device contains a battery-powered heart monitor and will look at the heart rhythm and rate.
