The purpose of this study is to determine the efficacy of light treatment and laser treatment for melasma. These treatment options have not been thoroughly explored in the treatment of melasma. By studying the effect of different treatments, a better treatment plan may be developed for people with melasma.

The purpose of this study is to assess whether brief use of an externally implantable tissue expansion device following excisional skin cancer surgery will significantly reduce the diameter of the final wound defect, and hence the length of the final linear primary closure. The secondary objective is to assess the functional benefits, if any, associated with use of the tissue expander.

The objective of this study is to determine whether the use of botulinum toxin (Dysport ®) in conjunction with a hyaluronic acid filler (Restylane®) will improve the appearance of wrinkles on the forehead and glabella (area between the eyebrows) better than botulinum toxin alone. These two products have been FDA approved to improve the appearance of facial wrinkles.
