NCT04265261
The study's main purpose is to asses the safety, tolerability, and effect of oral administration of RG7774 on the severity of diabetic retinopathy (DR) in participants with moderately severe to severe non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy (NPDR) and good vision.
NCT04909450
This study will enroll subjects with stage 2 or 3 neurotrophic keratitis. Subjects will be randomized in a 1:1 ratio to the CSB-001 investigational treatment arm or vehicle control arm. All subjects will dose with the randomized treatment four times daily for 8 weeks (controlled treatment phase). During the controlled treatment phase, subjects will return to the clinic weekly from Day 0 to Week 8, and again at Week 10. Subjects randomized to the vehicle arm who are not healed will have the opportunity to participate in an open-label uncontrolled treatment phase.
NCT04308395
This is a multicenter, open label extension study evaluating the safety of Patidegib Topical Gel, 2%, applied topically twice daily to the face of adult subjects with Gorlin syndrome.
NCT05004337
The purpose of this study is to collect blood samples from women carrying a vanishing twin pregnancy to further develop Natera's non-invasive prenatal screening test to provide information about possible chromosomal conditions for the living twin
NCT03828747
This Phase II, multicenter, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, parallel-group study will evaluate the clinical efficacy, safety, pharmacokinetics, and pharmacodynamics of semorinemab in patients with moderate AD. The study consists of a screening period, a double-blind treatment period, an optional open-label extension (OLE) period, and a safety follow-up period. There may be up to two study cohorts.
NCT03124160
This will be a multi-site, participant-blinded, randomized clinical trial. The investigators will randomize 1000 eligible participants in a 4:1 ratio to two different copper IUDs: 800 to Mona Lisa NT Cu380 Mini and 200 to ParaGard.
NCT03955146
This is a Phase 3 trial to evaluate the efficacy and safety of 30 milligrams (mg)/kilogram (kg) intravenous (IV) infusions of pamrevlumab administered every 3 weeks as compared to placebo in participants with IPF.
NCT01724346
An Open-label Extension Study in Patients 65 Years or Older with Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia (CLL) or Small Lymphocytic Lymphoma (SLL) Who Participated in Study PCYC-1115-CA (Ibrutinib versus Chlorambucil)
NCT04376684
OSCAR (Otilimab in Severe COVID-19 Related Disease) is a multi-center, double-blind, randomized, placebo-controlled trial to assess the efficacy and safety of otilimab for the treatment of severe pulmonary COVID-19 related disease. The study is being conducted in 2 parts (Part 1 and Part 2). Otilimab is a human monoclonal anti-granulocyte macrophage colony stimulating factor (GM-CSF) antibody that has not previously been tested in participants with severe pulmonary COVID-19 related disease in Part 1. The aim of this study is to evaluate the benefit-risk of a single infusion of otilimab in the treatment of hospitalized participants with severe COVID-19 related pulmonary disease with new onset hypoxia requiring significant oxygen support or requiring early invasive mechanical ventilation (less than or equal to \[\<=\] 48 hours before dosing). Participants will be randomized to receive a single intravenous (IV) infusion of otilimab or placebo, in addition to standard of care.
NCT03783403
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety, tolerability, and preliminary clinical activity of CC-95251 as a single agent and in combination with cetuximab and rituximab in participants with advanced solid and hematologic cancers.
NCT02855125
This is a randomized, open-label, Phase 2 study of TAS-114 administered in combination with S-1, to investigate the efficacy, safety and tolerability of the TAS-114/S-1 regimen in patients with advanced or metastatic NSCLC. The study will be conducted internationally in 2 regions: Asian \[Japan\] and Western \[Europe and US\]. Patients will be randomized into TAS-114/S-1 arm versus S-1 control arm in a 1:1 ratio.
NCT04983017
This is a decentralized, double-blind, randomized, placebo-controlled study to assess the effectiveness of different dietary supplements in decreasing systemic chronic inflammation (SCI) and lowering inflammatory age (iAge®). iAge® is a metric for age-related chronic inflammation and immune function decline calculated from a standard blood draw utilizing immune phenotyping and artificial intelligence algorithms. SCI is a natural process that occurs within the body. It is believed to accelerate the process of biological aging. As opposed to acute inflammation, iAge® is not a reflection of illness, infection, trauma or injury. It naturally occurs in the ambulatory healthy population as we age as a function of the body. This study will use immunotype specific dietary supplement formulations to improve a participant's Inflammatory Age® (iAge®).
NCT04235140
This is a Phase 3, multicenter, open-label and roll-over study in participants who are 12 to \<24 months of age at initiation of Lumacaftor/Ivacaftor (LUM/IVA) treatment.
NCT04530981
Evaluate the Effect of Ripretinib on the Pharmacokinetics of a CYP2C8 Substrate
NCT03447314
GSK1795091 is being developed for administration in combination with other immune system modulators for the treatment of cancers. The study will be conducted in two parts. In Part 1, dose escalation will be performed to identify combination dose levels comprising GSK1795091 with either 24 milligrams (mg) GSK3174998 (Part 1a), 80 mg GSK3359609 (Part 1b), or 200 mg pembrolizumab (Part 1c). One dose level of GSK3174998, GSK3359609, or pembrolizumab with up to 5 dose levels of GSK1795091 are planned for evaluation. In Part 2 (dose-expansion), subjects will receive a single dose level of GSK1795091 as identified based on data from Part 1, in combination with either GSK3174998, GSK3359609, or pembrolizumab.
NCT04754542
The Main Hypothesis of this extension trial is that among those who have successfully discontinued their DMT as part of the DISCOMS trial (i.e. did not have a new MS relapse or brain MRI lesion) and remain off DMT after DISCOMS are at no greater risk of new or worsened MS disease activity compared to those who successfully continued their DMT as part of DISCOMS and remain on DMT, each assessed at least one year after termination of the primary DISCOMS study.
NCT05829694
This project will determine the health impact of parenthood on people with cystic fibrosis (CF). The study team will use retrospective data to provide relatively immediate evidence on parenthood's effect on pulmonary health.
