NCT05932615
The objective of ENVISION is to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of the Navitor Transcatheter Aortic Valve Implantation (TAVI) System for treating patients with symptomatic, severe native aortic stenosis who are considered intermediate or low risk for surgical mortality. The trial will also evaluate the safety and effectiveness of the Navitor TAVI System in a valve-in-valve (ViV) application in patients with symptomatic heart disease due to failure of a surgical or transcatheter bioprosthetic aortic valve who are at high or greater surgical risk.
NCT05612035
Researchers are looking for ways to treat pulmonary hypertension (PH) caused by chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). The goal of the study is to learn if people who take frespaciguat can walk farther in 6 minutes at Week 24 compared to people who take placebo.
NCT05024695
Evaluate the safety and effectiveness of iSTAR Medical's MINIject™ implant for lowering intraocular pressure (IOP) in subjects with primary open-angle glaucoma.
NCT06831136
The purpose of this study is to perform a pilot phase II trial to evaluate the safety and efficacy of combined EUS-RFA, chemotherapy, and systemic immunotherapy (pembrolizumab) for the treatment of locally advanced unresectable and metastatic Pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (mPDAC).
NCT06878144
To collect data and samples from participants with cancer who also have invasive mucormycosis, invasive aspergillosis, bacterial pneumonia, or a risk for fungal infection.
NCT04853017
This is a Phase 1 study to assess the safety and efficacy of ELI-002 immunotherapy (a lipid-conjugated immune-stimulatory oligonucleotide \[Amph-CpG-7909\] plus a mixture of lipid-conjugated peptide-based antigens \[Amph-Peptides\]) as adjuvant treatment of minimal residual disease (MRD) in subjects with KRAS/neuroblastoma ras viral oncogene homolog (NRAS) mutated PDAC or other solid tumors.
NCT06040541
This study is to evaluate the safety and tolerability of RMC-9805 as monotherapy and in combination with RMC-6236 in adults with KRAS G12D-mutant solid tumors.
NCT06369298
This is a Phase 2, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, multiple dose study to assess the safety, tolerability, and efficacy of JK07 in participants aged 18-85 with heart failure. There will be 2 cohorts in this study: Cohort 1: Heart failure (HF) participants with left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) of ≤ 40%. Cohort 2: Heart failure (HF) participants with left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) \> 40% and ≤ 65%.
NCT04053634
Phase 3 study to evaluate the efficacy and safety of a benralizumab in patients with moderate to very severe COPD with a history of frequent COPD exacerbations and elevated peripheral blood eosinophils (≥300/μL). Eligible patients must have a history of ≥2 moderate and/or severe COPD exacerbations in the previous year despite receiving triple (ICS/LABA/LAMA) background therapy for at least 3 months and ICS-based dual inhaled treatment for the remainder of the year. Eligible patients must also have an elevated blood eosinophil count. The treatment period will be of variable duration and will continue until the last patient has the opportunity to complete a minimum of 56 weeks, at which point all patients will complete the study. The primary endpoint will be analyzed at Week 56.
NCT04979793
The target population for our study is healthy nulliparous pregnant women (first pregnancy) between the 12-16 week of pregnancy. If a subject is eligible, written consent will be obtained by person to person contact. Eligible participants will be randomized to receive either daily L-citrulline supplementation or placebo.
NCT03850782
This study evaluates the duration of intraocular pressure (IOP)-lowering effect and safety of as needed administrations of Bimatoprost sustained release (SR) in participants with open-angle glaucoma (OAG) or ocular hypertension (OHT) who are not adequately managed with topical IOP-lowering medication for reasons other than medication efficacy.
NCT06859970
The purpose of this early feasibility study is to evaluate the safety and feasibility of the device for percutaneous shunting of the interatrial septum and improvement of heart failure related symptoms. The primary goal is to determine if the device is safe to use. The findings from this study may be used to refine the intended patient population, the design of the device, or develop a subsequent randomized study.
NCT04098146
Prospective will be collected in a minimum of 300 patients presenting with an acquired segmental mandibular defect ≥ 2 cm secondary to OSSC removal and drugs-induced osteonecrosis, and who require mandibular reconstruction.
NCT04549545
The purpose of this study is to compare the Vivaer procedure with radiofrequency (RF) energy to sham procedure for treatment of nasal airway obstruction (NAO).
NCT03244020
Aspirin and low molecular weight heparin (LMWH) are both commonly employed pharmacologic methods of venous thromboembolism (VTE) prophylaxis after orthopaedic surgery. Data comparing these two methods of VTE prophylaxis in patients undergoing pelvic/lower extremity orthopaedic surgery for malignancy are lacking, however, as compared to the data and guidelines present for VTE chemoprophylaxis after joint arthroplasty and hip fracture surgery. In this clinical trial, our specific aim is to compare the post operative incidence of VTE between patients receiving aspirin and LMWH after pelvic/lower extremity orthopaedic oncology procedures.
NCT05605522
