Toe transfers are perceived to have changed the landscape of the injured hand over the last half century, yet there are limited validated data that unequivocally support the functional role of toe transfers after traumatic digital amputation. There also remain unanswered questions about what factors critically influence functional outcomes, be it sensory recovery, grip strength or other modality. Furthermore, the use of validated patient reported outcome measures (PROMs) in large series of toe transfers with long term follow up, is lacking.

The primary objective of this study is to compare the efficacy of the 3-month formulation and 1-month formulation of triptorelin and to assess the short-term effects of the 3-month formulation of triptorelin on glucose and lipid metabolism, body composition, and bone density in Chinese ICPP patients.

The relevance of Left Bundle Branch Pacing (LBBP) lies in its potential as a promising treatment option for patients with heart failure and left bundle branch block. LBBP aims to restore the normal physiological activation of the heart by delivering electrical impulses to the anatomical area of the left bundle branch, which may lead to more effective and synchronized ventricular contractions. Compared to traditional cardiac resynchronization therapy (CRT), this can result in a more physiological correction of dyssynchrony, improvement in left ventricular pump function, reduction in left ventricular volumes, and a decrease in mitral regurgitation. A crucial criterion is the reduction of heart failure symptoms and the enhancement of the patients quality of life.
