It's an observational study. Purpose of the study: To evaluate the neuromotor development of scaphocephaly cases. 21 infants diagnosed with scaphocephaly aged 2-17 months were included. * Is there any delay in the neuromotor development of scaphocephaly cases? * If delay is observed, in which area is it most common? Denver-II Developmental Screening Test and Alberta Motor Infant Scale were applied to the participants.

Overall, this observational cohort study aims to: 1. Improve our understanding of the genetic architecture of childhood focal epilepsies. 2. Develop a liquid biopsy of cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) and assess feasibility to detect cerebral mosaicism using cell-free DNA (cfDNA) analysis and evaluate its performance against brain tissue on the panel testing. 3. Develop a methodology to use trace tissue from Stereoelectroencephalography (SEEG) DNA and assess feasibility to detect cerebral mosaicism and evaluate its performance against brain tissue on the panel testing. 3\. Validate the use of the liquid biopsy and SEEG trace tissue for use in the English National Health Service clinical services and share with other Genomic Laboratory Hubs.

Communication problems are frequently encountered in quadriparetic cerebral palsy. Additionally, motor impairments often accompany this condition. Communication problems can also reduce the benefits gained from treatments, which in turn negatively affects individuals functional independence as motor impairments persist. In this study, the researchers aimed to examine the relationship between communication function, gross motor function and functional independence level.
