BLaDE cohort will evaluate overall survival (OS), real world progression-free survival (PFS), best response and duration of treatment in patients with advanced, metastatic Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC) harboring BRAF V600E or non E mutation who received dabrafeninb-trametinib combination or not. Subsequent or previous treatments (treatments delivered after or before dabrafeninb-trametinib combination will be recorded). Those outcomes will be correlated to clinical, pathological, and radiological characteristics of patients.

This study aims to investigate if the combination of metamizole and paracetamol is superior in reducing post-operative pain on day 1 after ambulatory shoulder surgery where the use of NSAIDs is prohibited compared to paracetamol treatment. Therefore, a monocenter, prospective, double-blind, randomized controlled superiority trial will be designed to investigate the superiority of the combination of metamizole and paracetamol compared to paracetamol treatment in patients undergoing arthroscopic shoulder surgery with tendon repair.

The main purpose of this study is to define whether acupuncture in addition to the treatment of physician choice as per standard of care leads to a greater decrease of neuropathic pain as perceived by women with breast cancer who suffer from chemotherapy-induced peripheral neuropathy. Peripheral neuropathy and neuropathic pain of hands and foots will be assessed by using a Number Rate Scale (NRS scale) and data will be compared between standard of care treatment group and acupuncture in addition to standard of care treatment group.
