NCT01709214
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and efficacy of GRT6005 compared to placebo in patients with moderate to severe chronic pain due to osteoarthritis (OA) of the knee. This study includes a maximum 21 day Screening Period followed by a 15-week Double-blind Treatment Period and a 4-7 day Safety Follow-up period. Patients who are eligible for the Double-blind Treatment Period will be randomized to one of following treatment groups: GRT6005 high-dose range (400, 600 or 800 mcg), GRT6005 low-dose range (200, 300 or 400 mcg), oxycodone controlled release (CR) dose range (10, 20, 30, 40 or 50 mg) or placebo.
NCT00528437
The purpose of this study is to: Find out how safe and effective (by monitoring the good and/or bad effects) treatment with high dose temozolomide, thiotepa and carboplatin with stem cell rescue followed by 13-cis-retinoic acid has on children and adolescents with recurrent/refractory brain tumors Find out how the body uses 13-cis-retinoic acid by studying the your blood levels and proteins in the blood that break down the 13-cis-retinoic acid Determine how well 13-cis-retinoic acid penetrates into the spinal fluid.
NCT02047604
A Study to Evaluate the Safety, Pharmacokinetics, Pharmacodynamics, and Efficacy of Escalating Doses of SAN-300 in Patients with Active Rheumatoid Arthritis with Inadequate Response to Disease-Modifying Anti-rheumatic Drug(s).
NCT02998541
The purpose of this study is to determine if an investigational treatment is effective compared with placebo and PVP-Iodine in the treatment of adults and children with adenoviral conjunctivitis.
NCT03211234
To assess the safety and efficacy of repeated intravitreal injections of DE-122 (low dose and high dose) given in combination with Lucentis® in subjects with wet age-related macular degeneration (AMD) compared with Lucentis® alone.
NCT03610048
This study will assess the long-term safety and tolerability of ALKS 5461 as an adjunctive treatment for refractory MDD.
NCT03377556
This phase II trial studies how well talazoparib works in treating patients with homologous recombination repair deficiency (HRRD) positive stage IV squamous cell lung cancer that has come back after previous treatment. Talazoparib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth.
NCT02574520
This is a research study of SABER® -Bupivacaine, an experimental medication designed to reduce pain for up to 3 days after surgery. Given once by the surgeon at the end of surgery, SABER® - Bupivacaine delivers a locally-acting pain reliever directly to the surgical wound. The purpose of this study is to measure how well it works in reducing pain after laparoscopic cholecystectomy (surgery to remove the gall bladder) and to investigate the safety of SABER®-Bupivacaine (its side effects).
NCT03006367
This is a open-label, single ascending dose, pharmacokinetic, and tolerability study of NFC-1 in Children and Adolescents (Ages 6-17 Years) with ADHD.
NCT02255513
This study will examine the efficacy and safety of HLD200 in patients age 6-12 years with ADHD using a classroom study design.
NCT00202605
The purpose of the study is to evaluate how safe and how well SPD465 works compared to placebo in adults with ADHD. It is hypothesized that SPD465 will achieve an extended duration of clinical benefit.
NCT01106430
This study will evaluate how long it takes for ADHD symptoms to improve in subjects who are judged by the Investigator to have had an inadequate response to methylphenidate therapy. The study will also test the safety of Lisdexamfetamine Dimesylate and how well it works.
NCT02137239
Patients who undergo a kidney transplant require prolonged therapy with drugs that suppress the immune system (called immunosuppressive regimens) to stop the immune system from attacking the transplanted kidney in order to limit damage to or the possibility of rejecting the transplanted kidney. The purpose of this study is to evaluate benefits and risks of two immunosuppressive regimens (belatacept with everolimus or tacrolimus with mycophenolate mofetil) following thymoglobulin induction and rapid corticosteroid withdrawal.
NCT00446849
To evaluate the percentage of subjects with clinical recurrence of UC at 6 months using MMX mesalamine once daily.
NCT02302157
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety of cross sequential escalating doses of AST-OPC1 administered among 5 cohorts at a single time-point between 21 and 42 days post injury, inclusively, to subjects with subacute cervical spinal cord injuries (SCI).
NCT02798406
Glioblastoma (GBM) and gliosarcoma (GS) are the most common and aggressive forms of malignant brain tumor in adults and can be resistant to conventional therapies. The purpose of this Phase II study is to evaluate how well a recurrent glioblastoma or gliosarcoma tumor responds to one injection of DNX-2401, a genetically modified oncolytic adenovirus, when delivered directly into the tumor followed by the administration of intravenous pembrolizumab (an immune checkpoint inhibitor) given every 3 weeks for up to 2 years or until disease progression. To evaluate the efficacy of Efavaleukin alfa at week 12 as measured by the American College of Rheumatology 20 percent improvement criteria (ACR 20) in adult subjects with moderate to severe RA.
NCT03709901
The objective of this study is to evaluate the safety and efficacy of viable allograft transplantation for the treatment of patients with symptomatic disc degeneration and tissue loss. All subjects randomized to Active Allograft will undergo injection of a viable allograft into the nucleus pulposus of the degenerated disc. All subjects randomized to Placebo will undergo injection with saline into the nucleus pulposus of the degenerated disc. All subjects randomized to Conservative Care will continue standard of care, with the opportunity to crossover at 3 months into the Active Allograft arm.
