NCT04479787
The objective of this study is to evaluate the efficacy of BurstDR dorsal column stimulation, compared with conventional medical management, in improving pain and back-related physical function in subjects suffering with chronic, refractory axial low back pain with a neuropathic component, who have not had lumbar spine surgery and for whom surgery is not an option.
NCT05139121
Study of the contraceptive efficacy, cycle control, safety, and tolerability of MR-100A-01 in approxmiately 1200 women for up to 13 cycles
NCT04273594
The trial objectives include evaluating the adequacy of proposed mitigations for the previous pivotal trial of the FemBloc Permanent Contraceptive System and validating the confirmation procedure by comparing FemChec (ultrasound) to fluoroscopic hysterosalpingogram (fluoro HSG) for post-occlusion in the same patient.
NCT04054193
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and tolerability of a 3-day intravenous (IV) fosaprepitant dimeglumine (MK-0517) regimen for the prevention of CINV in pediatric participants scheduled to receive emetogenic chemotherapy. Each participant was enrolled in Cycle 1 (on which the primary study objectives were based), consisting of the 3-day treatment cycle and 14 days of follow-up for a total of 17 days.
NCT05488548
A Phase 1, first-in-human study of EP31670, a dual BET and CBP/p300 inhibitor in patients with targeted advanced solid tumors and Hematological Malignancies
NCT00554788
This phase III trial is studying the side effects and how well giving combination chemotherapy together with autologous stem cell transplant and/or radiation therapy works in treating young patients with extraocular retinoblastoma. Giving chemotherapy before an autologous stem cell transplant stops the growth of tumor cells by stopping them from dividing or killing them. After treatment, stem cells are collected from the patient's blood and/or bone marrow and stored. More chemotherapy is given to prepare the bone marrow for the stem cell transplant. The stem cells are then returned to the patient to replace the blood-forming cells that were destroyed by the chemotherapy. Radiation therapy uses high energy x-rays to kill tumor cells. Giving radiation therapy after combination chemotherapy and/or autologous stem cell transplant may kill any remaining tumor cells.
NCT03906331
Expanded access for participants with cancer with RET activation who are ineligible for an ongoing selpercatinib (also known as LOXO-292) clinical trial or have other considerations that prevent access to selpercatinib through an existing clinical trial. The treating physician/investigator contacts Lilly when, based on their medical opinion, a patient meets the criteria for inclusion in the expanded access program.
NCT05386030
The clinical investigation is a randomized, subject- and evaluator-blinded, active treatment controlled, multicenter, clinical investigation, to demonstrate the non inferiority of saypha® VOLUME Lidocaine to one of the devices approved for the same indication (Juvéderm® Voluma™ XC).
NCT03220035
This phase II Pediatric MATCH trial studies how well vemurafenib works in treating patients with solid tumors, non-Hodgkin lymphoma, or histiocytic disorders with BRAF V600 mutations that have spread to other places in the body (advanced) and have come back (recurrent) or do not respond to treatment (refractory). Vemurafenib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth.
NCT04952909
A Prospective, Multicenter, Non-Randomized, Single-Arm, Open-Label Clinical Study to Demonstrate the Safety and Effectiveness of the ShortCut™ device for splitting bioprosthetic aortic valve leaflets in patients who are presented for a valve-in-valve (ViV) transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR) procedure for an approved ViV indication, and who are at risk for TAVR-induced coronary artery ostium obstruction.
NCT02844465
The study is designed to evaluate the safety and efficacy of the Visualase MRI-guided laser ablation system for mesial temporal epilepsy (MTLE).
NCT06033001
The purpose of this program is to provide access to \[Lu-177\]-PNT2002 to patients who have been diagnosed with prostate-specific membrane antigen (PMSA)-positive castration-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC). Patients must have received at least 1 prior androgen pathway inhibitor (ARPI) and cannot be treated by currently available drugs or clinical trials. In this program participants will be administered \[Lu-177\]-PNT2002 intravenously every 8 weeks (about every 2 months) for 4 cycles, or 8 months of total treatment. During treatment, participants will be monitored with routine laboratory tests such as: * Hematology blood tests * Clinical Chemistry blood tests * Testosterone/Prostate Antigen levels blood test * Vital signs * Imaging * ECG
NCT06149663
This is an intermediate-size expanded access program (EAP) study. The purpose of this EAP is to provide continued access to LP352, an investigational drug product being investigated in participants with DEEs. The EAP study will allow continued treatment with LP352 for eligible participants diagnosed with treatment resistant DEEs who successfully completed an LP352 Clinical Trial (Enrollment by Invitation) or an immediate family member who has the exact same gene mutation resulting in the same DEE epilepsy syndrome phenotype or a patient who previously participated in the lorcaserin EAP.
NCT02323321
To evaluate the effectiveness of the OCS™ Heart to recruit, preserve and assess donor hearts that may not meet current standard donor heart acceptance criteria (as identified above) for transplantation to potentially improve donor heart utilization for transplantation
NCT03835754
The OCS™ Heart System will be used to preserve and assess donor hearts that do not meet current standard donor heart acceptance criteria for transplantation in this continued access protocol.
NCT06115135
A phase 2 study of venetoclax in combination with isatuximab and dexamethasone for relapsed/refractory multiple myeloma patients with t(11;14)
NCT05246280
This study will confirm the ability of Tc 99m tilmanocept imaging to predict clinical response in individuals with RA who are beginning anti-TNFα therapy.
NCT02806570
This is a multi-center, non-randomized, prospective Early Feasibility Study to evaluate the AccuCinch® Ventricular Restoration System in patients with symptomatic heart failure and concomitant functional mitral regurgitation that have stable symptoms on guideline-directed medical therapy
NCT03524118
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, and incidence of anti-drug antibodies (ADAs) of single ascending doses of clesrovimab in healthy pre-term (born at 29 to 35 weeks gestational age) and full-term (born at \>35 weeks gestational age) infants. Participants will be randomized into 1 of 4 dose escalation panels (Panels A to D); an additional panel (Panel E) of full-term infants will receive the same dose as Panel D. Key safety and tolerability variables will be reviewed after each dose panel prior to administering the next-highest dose.
