Many women at high risk for acquiring HIV infection are not aware of preexposure prophylaxis (PrEP), an efficacious, self-administered, woman-controlled, HIV prevention product. The objective of this study is to evaluate the feasibility and acceptability of a theory-based intervention to promote PrEP uptake and adherence in a pilot trial among 80 women. The study will also measure intention to use PrEP and actual initiation of PrEP use. The investigators hypothesize that the intervention will be acceptable and feasible and that the intervention group will report higher levels of PrEP uptake, intention to use and adhere to PrEP, and other variables regarding PrEP uptake, comparing baseline, post-intervention and 3 month follow-up assessments.

This study evaluates the effects of digital versus standard literacy promotion, as well as dialogic language behaviors and reading comprehension among infants when comparing the use of e-books to standard board books. Around half of the participants will receive standard board books at the 6, 9, and 12 month well visits, while the other half will receive digital e-books.

To evaluate the safety and effectiveness of the Revolution™ Peripheral Atherectomy System in the treatment of infrainguinal lower extremity peripheral arterial occlusive disease. This Atherectomy system will be used on eligible patients with stenosis of at least 70% diameter reduction to evaluate the change in stenosis after the procedure (effectiveness) and the presence of any major adverse events (safety) for up to 30 days after the procedure.
