NCT03710876
This study will evaluate intrapleural administration of Adenovirus-Delivered Interferon Alpha-2b (rAd-IFN) in combination with Celecoxib and Gemcitabine in patients with histologically confirmed Malignant Pleural Mesothelioma (MPM) who have failed a minimum of 1 treatment regimen and a maximum of 2 treatment regimens, 1 of which must have been an anti-folate and platinum combination regimen. Eligible patients will be randomized 1:1 to either: 1. Treatment group: rAd-IFN + Celecoxib followed by Gemcitabine 2. Control group: Celecoxib followed by Gemcitabine Patients randomized to the treatment group will receive rAd-IFN administered into the pleural space via an Intrapleural catheter (IPC) or similar intrapleural device on study Day 1. The primary objective of this study is to compare the overall survival (OS) associated with rAd IFN, when administered with celecoxib and gemcitabine, versus that associated with celecoxib and gemcitabine alone for the treatment of patients with MPM
NCT03184038
This phase II trial studies the neurological function in patients with multiple brain metastases undergoing stereotactic radiosurgery (SRS) or stereotactic body radiation therapy (SBRT). Stereotactic body radiation therapy uses special equipment to position a patient and deliver radiation to tumors with high precision. This method can kill tumor cells with fewer doses over a shorter period and cause less damage to normal tissue. Assessment of neurocognitive function may help show that SRS preserves neurological function in patients with multiple brain metastases better than SBRT.
NCT04104776
The purpose of this open-label, first-in-human (FIH) trial is to evaluate the safety, tolerability, and preliminary clinical activity of Tulmimetostat as a monotherapy in patients with advanced solid tumors and lymphomas.
NCT02047955
The Tornier Shoulder Outcomes Study is designed to collect safety and efficacy data on designated commercially available Tornier Shoulder repair products. In addition, this study will provide performance data for use in education, marketing materials, peer-reviewed publications and support research and development of future products.
NCT05608018
The purpose of the study is to determine the efficacy of a smartphone app in reducing mobile phone use while driving among teens and parents. Prior to sending a message, the smartphone app informs a potential message sender that the recipient is driving.
NCT06315023
The purpose of this post-market surveillance study will be to evaluate the real-world use of the DETOUR System in treated patients with symptomatic femoropopliteal lesions from 200 mm to 460 mm in length with chronic total occlusions (100 mm to 425 mm) or diffuse stenosis \> 70% who may be considered suboptimal candidates for surgical or alternative endovascular treatments.
NCT03913689
This Registry study will prospectively evaluate the long-term effectiveness, safety, and tolerability of the StimRouter Neuromodulation System, along with evaluating the technical performance of StimRouter, surgical outcomes, health-related quality of life, concomitant medical use, and subject's impression of improvement.
NCT00248729
The objective of this study was to compare the utility of etomidate and midazolam in helping patients to relax when there was a need for the placement of a ventilation tube by medics who were transporting patients to a hospital in an ambulance.

NCT02577406
This is an international, multicenter, open-label, randomized, Phase 3 study comparing the efficacy and safety of AG-221 versus conventional care regimens (CCRs) in subjects 60 years or older with acute myeloid leukemia (AML) refractory to or relapsed after second- or third-line AML therapy and positive for an isocitrate dehydrogenase (IDH2) mutation.
NCT04276558
A phase 2 study, aiming to evaluate the efficacy, safety and pharmacokinetics of REC 0/0559 in treatment of Neurotrophic Keratitis in Adult Patient in Europe and United States of America.
NCT03080883
This randomized phase III trial studies the best dose of apixaban and how well it works in preventing secondary cancer related venous thrombosis in cancer patients who have completed anticoagulation therapy. Apixaban may help in prevention by blocking some of the enzymes needed for venous thrombosis.
NCT05879107
The purpose of this study is to assess the ability of RSVPreF3 OA investigational vaccine to generate an immune response when given in combination with PCV20 and its safety in older adults, aged ≥60 years of age.
