NCT01306331
This is a research study of a new experimental vaginal gel that helps in vaginal pH regulation and results in immobilization of spermatozoa by maintaining the normally low vaginal pH, even in the presence of semen. This vaginal gel is called Phexxi™ (previously known as Amphora) and was compared to a commercially available spermicide called Conceptrol®, which contains nonoxynol 9; commonly abbreviated as N-9. Conceptrol® can help prevent pregnancy. This study objective was to determine if this product prevents pregnancy when inserted into the vagina before intercourse.
NCT00315393
Granulomatosis with polyangiitis (Wegener's) (GPA) and microscopic polyangiitis (MPA) are two rare immune system disorders that cause the inflammation of blood vessels, or vasculitis. In order to properly treat these diseases, it is critical that the level of disease activity can be determined over the course of the disease. The purpose of this study is to determine new biological markers, or biomarkers, that may be used to assess the severity of disease in people with GPA or MPA.
NCT02535247
This is a multicenter, single-arm, open label, study consisting of two cohorts. Cohort 2 explores the combination of copanlisib and pembrolizumab in patients with relapsed or refractory NKTCL, who have received at least 1 prior systemic therapy. Cohort 2 will include a phase 1 portion (cohort 2a) to determine the recommended phase 2 dose (RP2D) utilizing a standard 3+3 design, followed by a phase II portion where patients will be treated at the RP2D (cohort 2b). The primary endpoint for cohort 1 was progression-free survival; the primary endpoint for cohort 2a will be to determine RP2D for the combination therapy; and overall response rate at the end of 4 treatment cycles for cohort 2b. Patients will be assessed for response with PET CT or CT every 12 weeks using the revised Cheson criteria. Correlative endpoints will be exploratory and assess PD-1 expression on peripheral blood lymphocytes; peripheral blood T-cell and NK-cell functional assays; PD-1 and PD-L1 expression on tumor tissue; tumor infiltrating lymphocytes and gene expression panels using the nanostring technology as prognostic and predictive biomarkers, as well as monitoring of minimal residual disease via high-throughput sequencing of cell free tumor DNA, and exosome analysis.
NCT04677829
This is a Phase 1, multi-center, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, multiple-ascending- dose trial to evaluate the safety, tolerability, immunogenicity, and pharmacokinetics of intravenous PNT001 in hospitalized patients with traumatic brain injury.
NCT02892955
The objective of the study is to continue to evaluate safety and clinical performance of the HM3 LVAS for the treatment of advanced, refractory, left ventricular heart failure following completion of enrollment in the the MOMENTUM 3 IDE Study.
NCT02224755
The objective of the study is to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of the HM3 LVAS by demonstrating non-inferiority to the HMII LVAS (HMII) when used for the treatment of advanced, refractory, left ventricular heart failure.
NCT04312009
This is a multi-center, double-blinded study of COVID-19 infected patients requiring inpatient hospital admission randomized 1:1 to daily Losartan or placebo for 7 days or hospital discharge.
NCT04016779
This study will evaluate the efficacy and safety of SPN-812 (Viloxazine extended-release capsules; 200-600 mg) in adults 18-65 years of age with Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).
NCT03144687
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of itacitinib combined with low-dose ruxolitinib or itacitinib alone in participants with myelofibrosis (MF).
NCT03614663
This trial will evaluate the efficacy and safety of ZYN002, a clear cannabidiol gel that can be applied to the skin (called transdermal application) twice a day for the treatment of behavioral symptoms of Fragile X Syndrome (FXS). Eligible participants will then participate in up to a 14 week treatment period, where all participants will receive placebo or active study drug. Patients ages 3 to \< 18 years, will be eligible to participate.
NCT03301311
A series of N-of-1 trials will be used to determine the effectiveness of a specific carbohydrate diet (SCD) versus a modified SCD in patients in reducing symptoms and inflammatory burden at both the individual and population level. This is a four-year study. The study staff will recruit up to 60 patients across up to 21 sites in patients aged 7-18 with mild to moderate disease activity.
NCT04346537
The objective of this study is it to confirm the safety and effectiveness of the INGEVITY+ Active Fixation Pace/Sense Lead.
NCT02049138
The primary objective of the study is to evaluate the long-term safety, tolerability, and efficacy of upadacitinib in adults with rheumatoid arthritis (RA) who have completed a preceding randomized controlled trial with upadacitinib.
NCT01398852
The purpose of this research study is to evaluate the long tern safety and effectiveness of cross-linking in eyes with keratoconus and ectasia.
NCT00485693
Dose-ranging study for prolonged postoperative analgesia in subjects undergoing total knee arthroplasty
NCT04873271
This is a prospective, multicenter, feasibility study to characterize the procedure for the implantable TNM device in subjects with overactive bladder.
NCT01681433

NCT00779324
The purpose of this study is to study the effect of amantadine on irritability and aggression caused by traumatic brain injury.
NCT02170363
The purpose of this clinical investigation is to evaluate the performance and safety of the HeartMate 3 Left Ventricular Assist System (HM3 LVAS) To support obtaining CE Mark for the HM3 LVAS in Europe, a multi-center clinical study will be conducted in multiple countries. The clinical study will be conducted in compliance with the Declaration of Helsinki, ICH/GCP and EN ISO 14155:2011 Requirements for Clinical Investigations and in accordance with country-specific requirements, under one clinical study protocol. This study will evaluate the performance of the HM3 LVAS, side effects and undesirable conditions within acceptable risks and weigh them against the intended performance of HM3 LVAS in accordance with Essential Requirements 2, 5 and 16 of the Active Implantable Medical Device Directive 90/385/EEC (AIMDD).
