NCT00554788
This phase III trial is studying the side effects and how well giving combination chemotherapy together with autologous stem cell transplant and/or radiation therapy works in treating young patients with extraocular retinoblastoma. Giving chemotherapy before an autologous stem cell transplant stops the growth of tumor cells by stopping them from dividing or killing them. After treatment, stem cells are collected from the patient's blood and/or bone marrow and stored. More chemotherapy is given to prepare the bone marrow for the stem cell transplant. The stem cells are then returned to the patient to replace the blood-forming cells that were destroyed by the chemotherapy. Radiation therapy uses high energy x-rays to kill tumor cells. Giving radiation therapy after combination chemotherapy and/or autologous stem cell transplant may kill any remaining tumor cells.
NCT04234113
A multicenter open-label phase 1/1b study to evaluate the safety and preliminary efficacy of nanrilkefusp alfa as monotherapy and in combination with pembrolizumab in patients with selected advanced/metastatic solid tumors
NCT04539574
This trial investigates how well 7T MRI scan works in imaging central nervous system tumors. Diagnostic procedures, such as 7T MRI, may help find and diagnose central nervous system tumors and help measure a patient's response to earlier treatment. The goal of this trial is to learn if a new MRI system can provide better quality images than a standard MRI.
NCT02523222
This was a quasi-experimental pilot study comparing blood glucose values 30 minutes after feeding alone or feeding + dextrose gel in newborns at risk for transient neonatal hypoglycemia.
NCT06324344
The purpose of this pilot study is to examine the acceptability and proof of concept effectiveness of a wireless Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation (TENS) technology to address Chemotherapy Induced Peripheral Neuropathy (CIPN). Participants, who satisfy the inclusion and exclusion criteria and sign the informed consent form will be randomly assigned with ratio of 1:1 into two groups. The patients and clinicians will be blinded for group allocation. One group will utilize TENS high-dose devices (Intervention group, IG); the other group will utilize low-dose TENS devices (Placebo group, PG). The baseline measurements will be performed, and the patients will take the programmed device home for a duration of 8 weeks. Then, the patients will come back after four weeks (4W) and after 8 weeks (8W) for outcome assessment. The primary outcome will be pain. Secondary outcomes include: nerve conduction and velocity, vibration perception threshold, quality of life. Exploratory outcomes include gait assessment (gait speed, stride length, double stance, and gait steadiness), and balance.
NCT02191618
The study is a prospective, multicenter single-arm cohort. Patients with wide neck bifurcation aneurysms (WNBAs) have few choices for safe and effective endovascular treatment. In this study, all patients with qualifying WNBAs will be treated with the WEB. The primary effectiveness outcome of the study is the likelihood of complete intracranial aneurysm occlusion on the 1 year angiogram as adjudicated by a core laboratory.
NCT05500508
A Phase 1B/2A study will be conducted to establish safety and dose level of AMXT 1501 dicaprate in combination with IV DFMO, in cancer patients.
NCT05967416
The goal of this study is to test SIRPant-M (RB-1355) , an autologous cell therapy, alone or in combination with focal external-beam radiotherapy in participants with relapsed or refractory non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL). Two dose levels of SIRPant-M are being tested. The main question this study aims to answer is if SIRPant-M alone or in combination with radiotherapy is safe and well-tolerated.
NCT05008055
This study is an open-label, multicenter Phase II study of capivasertib administered orally in participants with Relapsed or Refractory (R/R) B-cell Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma (NHL).
NCT02723591
This study compared the incidence of a two-part composite endpoint consisting of de novo donor specific antibody (DSA) formation or a designation of immune activation (IA) on peripheral blood molecular profiling in participants maintained on twice daily, immediate-release tacrolimus versus those maintained on Astagraf XL in the first year post-transplant.
NCT04947137
This study will establish a normative database of Tilmanocept Uptake Values (TUVjoint) in healthy controls age-matched to the RA population.
NCT04506866
Post-market clinical follow-up for continued assessment of safety and performance to confirm long-term outcomes of the InterStim Micro System for sacral neuromodulation.
NCT04950192
The purpose of this observational registry is to report real-world safety and performance of VeriSight for ultrasound guided ICE imaging in percutaneous cardiac intervention procedures when used in standard clinical practice.
NCT03226808
The objectives of this study are to obtain clinical performance (outcomes) data and survivorship for commercially available Vivacit-E (HXPE) liners. This will be done by analysis of polyethylene wear, validated outcome measurement tools, radiographs, and reported adverse events data.
NCT04488354
This study is designed as a long-term follow-up study of participants who have receive genetically modified autologous CLBR001 CAR-T cells
NCT06547216
A Phase 2 Open-label Extension Study to Evaluate the Long-Term Safety, Tolerability, and Efficacy of AOC 1020 Administered Intravenously to Participants with Facioscapulohumeral Muscular Dystrophy (FSHD)
NCT03575052
The purpose of this study is to assess the safety and tolerability of pimavanserin compared to placebo in adult and elderly subjects with neuropsychiatric symptoms related to neurodegenerative disease.
NCT03623321
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the long-term safety and tolerability of pimavanserin in adult and elderly subjects with neuropsychiatric symptoms related to neurodegenerative disease exposed to open-label pimavanserin for up to 52 weeks.
NCT04305444
Targeted drug therapies have greatly improved outcomes for patients with relapsed or refractory (R/R) chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) and non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. However, single drug therapies have limitations, therefore, the current study is evaluating a novel oral combination of targeted drugs as a way of overcoming these limitations. This study will determine the efficacy of the triple combination therapy, DTRM-555, in patients with R/R CLL or R/R non-Hodgkin's lymphoma.
NCT02525692
This was a Phase 2, open-label, 6-arm, multi-center study of dordaviprone (ONC201) in patients with recurrent glioblastoma (Arms A, B, and C), H3 K27M-mutant diffuse glioma (Arm D), or diffuse midline glioma (Arms E and F). The primary objective of this study was the assessment of dordaivprone (ONC201) anti-tumor activity through progression-free survival at 6 months using Response Assessment in Neuro-Oncology (RANO) criteria for high-grade glioma (HGG).
