NCT06417762
Dime la Verdad (Tell me the truth) will evaluate the use of storytelling by community health workers as a communication strategy to disseminate reliable health information on social media and encourage informed decision-making in favor of recommended immunizations in communities with high morbidity and mortality due to respiratory virus infections. Dime La Verdad is an innovative social media capacity-building program based on theoretical frameworks related to health communication that empowers community health workers to disseminate reliable information about respiratory virus protection strategies through the use of personal narratives on social media. The proposed work will use a rigorous stepped wedge design to 1) deliver a scalable program of science communicators using an adapted curriculum grounded in principles of health communication, 2) evaluate how diffusion of health messaging is perceived on social media, and 3) discern how use of personal narratives to enhance science communication can encourage informed decision-making to promote evidence-based immunization practices and improve health outcomes.
NCT02734537
This phase II trial studies how well radiation therapy with or without cisplatin works in treating patients with stage III-IVA squamous cell carcinoma of the head and neck who have undergone surgery. Radiation therapy uses high energy x-rays to kill tumor cells and shrink tumors. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as cisplatin, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. It is not yet known if radiation therapy is more effective with or without cisplatin in treating patients with squamous cell carcinoma of the head and neck.
NCT06575426
This study is First In Human study for Encapsulated Porcine Islet Cells for Xenotransplantation (OPF-310). The purpose of this study to assess the safety, tolerability, and efficacy of OPF-310 transplantation and to define the recommended Phase 2 dose (RP2D) in adult subjects with unstable Type 1 Diabetes Mellitus (T1DM) and a level 3 (severe) hypoglycemic episode at least three times within the 1 year prior to enrollment despite treatment with a closed loop system (CLS) for at least 6 months.
NCT06055959
The purpose of this study is to assess the pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, safety, tolerability, immunogenicity and activity of zilucoplan (ZLP) in pediatric study participants with generalized myasthenia gravis (gMG).
NCT03067181
This phase III trial studies how well active surveillance help doctors to monitor subjects with low risk germ cell tumors for recurrence after their tumor is removed. When the germ cell tumor has spread outside of the organ in which it developed, it is considered metastatic. Chemotherapy drugs, such as bleomycin, carboplatin, etoposide, and cisplatin, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. The trial studies whether carboplatin or cisplatin is the preferred chemotherapy to use in treating metastatic standard risk germ cell tumors.
NCT04526106
This is a Phase 1/2, open-label, FIH study designed to evaluate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics (PK), pharmacodynamics (PDy), and antineoplastic activity of RLY-4008, a potent and highly selective FGFR2 inhibitor, in patients with unresectable or metastatic cholangiocarcinoma (CCA) and other solid tumors. The study consists of 4 parts: a dose escalation (Part 1), a dose expansion (Part 2), and an extension (Part 3) and a rollover (Part 4).
NCT07285018

This trial is part of the chronic pain master protocol H0P-MC-CPMP (NCT05986292) which is a protocol to accelerate the development of new treatments for chronic pain.
NCT07213674
The primary objective of this study is to compare overall survival (OS) in participants receiving xaluritamig plus abiraterone against investigator's choice (docetaxel, cabazitaxel, or abiraterone).
NCT06533644
The primary purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety, tolerability, and efficacy of SYNC-T Therapy SV-102 and to identify the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) and/or selected dose for phase 2b study.
NCT02106494
The primary study objective is to demonstrate the superiority of APF530 500 mg given subcutaneously (SC) compared with ondansetron 0.15 mg/kg given intravenously (IV) (up to a maximum of 16 mg) in the delayed-phase (\> 24-120 hours) complete response (CR) rate (defined as no emesis and no use of rescue medications) in subjects receiving highly emetogenic chemotherapy (HEC) as defined by the 2011 ASCO CINV guidelines
NCT05125016
This study is researching an investigational drug called REGN4336. Some participants may receive additional investigational drugs in combination with REGN4336. These additional drugs include REGN5678, cemiplimab and sarilumab. The main purpose of this study is to determine the safety, tolerability (how the body reacts to the drug) and effectiveness of REGN4336 alone, in combination with cemiplimab, or in combination with REGN5678. REGN4336, cemiplimab and REGN5678 are a type of treatment for cancer called immunotherapy, and are intended to activate T-cells to attack cancer cells. This study has 2 parts. The purpose of Part 1 is to determine a safe dose of REGN4336 when given alone or when given in combination with cemiplimab or REGN5678. The purpose of Part 2 is to use the REGN4336 dose(s) determined in Part 1 to further test how well REGN4336 works to shrink tumors either when given alone or in combination with cemiplimab or REGN5678. This study is looking at several other research questions, including: * What side effects may happen from taking REGN4336 alone, in combination with cemiplimab, or in combination with REGN5678? * How much REGN4336 is in the blood at different times when it is given alone, in combination with cemiplimab, or in combination with REGN5678? * Does the body make antibodies against the study drugs (REGN4336, cemiplimab, or REGN5678)?
