NCT01550744
The purpose of the study is to assess the effect of extending maintenance dosing intervals beyond 12 weeks on the clinical efficacy and safety of ustekinumab in subjects with moderate-to-severe plaque psoriasis.
NCT02201524
Study B7451005 is a Phase 2 study which will assess the efficacy and safety of PF-04965842 in patients with moderate to severe psoriasis. The study will include three PF-04965842 groups (200 mg daily, 400 mg daily and 200 mg twice daily) and a placebo group. The treatment period will be 4 weeks in duration and will be followed up by a 4 week follow up period.
NCT01831466
The study is beng done to test if tofacitinib ointment is safe and effective for people with plaque psoriasis. Two dose strengths of tofacitinib ointment (20 mg/g and 10 mg/g) applied once or twice daily are being tested. The safety and effectiveness of tofacitinib ointment used for 12 weeks will be compared to the safety and effectiveness of placebo ointment (vehicle) used for 12 weeks.
NCT01908595
This study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety for long term use of M518101 in subjects with plaque psoriasis.
NCT00096928
This was a multicenter, prospective, 5-year surveillance study of approximately 5000 Raptiva-treated patients and approximately 500 non-Raptiva treated patients (formerly 2500 comparison patients who were treated with a biologic therapy other than Raptiva) with chronic moderate to severe plaque psoriasis who were candidates for treatment with Raptiva.
NCT01483924
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics and efficacy of 12 weeks of treatment with Apo805K1 in subjects with moderate to severe chronic plaque psoriasis.
NCT02155192
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the association between genetic factors and response to treatment (guselkumab, ustekinumab, adalimumab, or etanercept) and psoriasis (scaly skin rash).
NCT01537432
This study is designed to evaluate the proportion of patients achieving reversal of chronic plaque psoriasis at week 4 and 12 following multiple doses of secukinumab administered subcutaneously (sc) compared to placebo. Starting from week 13, all patients will receive multiple doses of secukinumab up to week 52 to study long term effects of secukinumab. Clinical endpoints including biomarker assessments, PASI, IGA and DLQI will be compared to better understand, why secukinumab may be effective in psoriasis patients.
NCT00941031
The purpose of the study is to determine whether, in patients with moderate to severe plaque-type psoriasis, AIN457 administered subcutaneously reduces the severity of psoriasis symptoms and the extent to which the patient's body area is affected by the disease (compared to placebo).
NCT01406938
This study will assess the safety and efficacy of two different doses and two different dose regimens of subcutaneous secukinumab in patients that have moderate to severe, chronic, plaque-type psoriasis.
NCT00504270
This study will investigate the safety, efficacy and pharmacokinetics of R3421 in patients with moderate to severe chronic plaque psoriasis. Patients will be randomized to one of 3 treatment groups to receive once daily oral treatment with a)R3421 20mg, b)R3421 120mg, or c)placebo. The anticipated time on study treatment is \<3 months, and the target sample size is \<100 individuals.
NCT02112097
AUTOMATIC SUBDERMAL INJECTOR SYSTEM (ASIS) Corporation has developed and patented the only automatic injection system for delivery of injectable products to the optimum spot, just outside of the fascia, which exists subdermally (between the skin and muscle) or interfascial (between the deeper muscles). ASIS device creates that bloodless space, enhancing Enbrel's efficacy and preventing unnecessary distant spread and adverse reactions. This space remains bloodless as long as the skin is lifted up or filled with an injectable product. Although ASIS device was initially designed to best administer BOTOX for such muscular conditions as Upper limb Spasticity, Cervical Dystonia, Chronic Migraine, Strabismus, Blepharospasm, and Primary Axillary Hyperhidrosis, the technology will also benefit other injectable products, including: GAMMAGARD for Primary Immunodeficiency (PI) and Insulin for Diabetics, etc.
NCT01844973
This study is to evaluate the pharmacokinetics and safety of M518101 in male and female plaque psoriasis patients.
NCT00539929
This is a double-blind, multicenter study to assess the efficacy and safety of E6201 topical administration to pre-identified marker lesions in adult subjects with chronic plaque type psoriasis. Treatment duration is 8 weeks, followed by a 4-week period without treatment. Pharmacokinetic samples will be obtained pre-and post treatment.
NCT00688519
The purpose of the study is to demonstrate the safety and efficacy of U0267 in subjects with plaque-type psoriasis.
NCT00879944
The object of this research study is to examine these associations in children as very little is known about psoriasis and cardiovascular risk factors in the pediatric population.
NCT01465282
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness of 3 dose strengths of CT327 ointment (0.05%, 0.1% and 0.05% w/w) compared to a placebo, when applied twice daily for up to 8 weeks, to the psoriatic plaques of patients with psoriasis vulgaris.
NCT01670513
Subjects with a clinical diagnosis of plaque psoriasis with 10% to 20% of body surface area affected will be enrolled in the study.
