NCT04913337
Study of NGM707 as Monotherapy and in Combination with Pembrolizumab in Advanced or Metastatic Solid Tumor Malignancies
NCT06622798
This study plans to retrospectively include 470 initial surgical specimens from 470 patients with epithelial ovarian, fallopian tube or primary peritoneal cancers who were treated with PARPi maintenance therapy in the hospital from 2018.01 to 2024.01. All patients included would be scored by the proprietary HRD ADx-GSS® algorithm with the detecting results of the three genomic statuses including heterozygous omission (LOH), telomere allelic imbalance (TAI), and large-segment translocation (LST). Finally, the correlation between the HRD scores and the prognosis of Chinese ovarian cancer patients and the efficacy of using PARPi as maintenance treatment would be explored.
NCT06068738
EXCYTE-1 is a multicentre, prospective observational study to investigate the relationship between ex vivo drug response (EVDR), measured in ovarian tumour-derived samples using high content imaging, and actual patient clinical response. Patients with newly diagnosed or relapsed/refractory epithelial ovarian carcinoma, that present with malignant effusions (ascites or pleural effusions), will be enrolled in the study before starting their initial or next treatment line. Enrolled patients will be asked to provide ascites, peripheral blood and fresh tumour tissue if available. Samples will be shipped to the sponsor laboratory and their response to standard of care drugs evaluated ex vivo. Participants will: * provide samples during routine clinical procedures * agree that data about their medical history, diagnosis and health status at the following timepoints are collected: at signature of the consent form, at the time samples are provided, at start of the therapy, upon completion of the therapy, regularly after completion of the therapy
NCT04672460
This will be a Phase 1, open label, 2-sequence, crossover study to establish the BE of the current commercial formulation (Generation 3.1 talazoparib capsules) to the proposed talazoparib liquid-filled soft gelatin capsule (soft gel capsule) formulation after multiple dosing under fasting conditions in participants with advanced solid tumors. In addition, the effect of food on the PK of the proposed talazoparib soft gel capsule formulation will be evaluated in fixed sequence after the 2 BE assessment periods.
NCT03648489
DICE is a randomised study recruiting 126 women over 3 years from hospitals in the UK and Germany. Eligible patients will have tissue based diagnosis of advanced/recurrent ovarian cancer (clear cell, endometrioid or high grade serous or carcinosarcoma), have had chemotherapy before, and be platinum-resistant (the cancer has returned/grown significantly during or within 6 months of platinum-containing chemotherapy).
NCT05775549
This study will collect the data from existing patient medical records at US cancer centers. The study will include patients with BRCAwt ovarian cancer who have been prescribed first line (1L) olaparib maintenance treatment.
NCT05002868
An open-label, two-part Phase I/Ib study of RP12146 in adult patients with locally advanced or metastatic solid tumors. The first part (Part 1) is a Phase I dose-escalation, 3+3 design, open-label, MTD determination study and will enroll patients who have tumors known to harbour DNA repair deficiencies. The second part (Part 2) is a Phase Ib, dose-expansion at the MTD (or optimal dose) and will enroll patients with a confirmed deleterious HRR mutation in their tumor as identified by a central genomics testing laboratory.
NCT06014190
HS-20089 is an investigational antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) composed of a humanized IgG1 anti-B7-H4 monoclonal antibody conjugated to the topoisomerase I inhibitor payload via a protease-cleavable linker, with an average drug-to-antibody ratio of about 6. This is a phase 2, open-label, multi-center study to evaluate the efficacy, safety, pharmacokinetics (PK) and immunogenicity of HS-20089 as monotherapy in patients with recurrent or metastatic ovarian cancer and endometrial cancer.
NCT01696032
A 2-part, Phase 2 controlled, open-label, randomized study in participants with platinum-resistant recurrent ovarian cancer. In Part 1, participants received SGI-110 and carboplatin. The optimum dose of SGI-110 (guadecitabine) was identified in Part 1 based on safety and efficacy. In Part 2, participants were randomized to receive the dose identified in Part 1 plus carboplatin or one of four treatment of choice at the discretion of the investigator. The treatment of choice consisted of topotecan, pegylated liposomal doxorubicin, paclitaxel or gemcitabine.
NCT04248153
This is an exploratory, single center, open label, prospective study of BR55 to determine the optimal phase of the menstrual cycle for performing BR55 contrast-enhanced ultrasonography (CEUS) of the target ovary in premenopausal women scheduled to undergo preventative surgery because of high familial/hereditary or genetic risk for ovarian cancer.
NCT01606241
This phase I clinical trial studies the side effects of vaccine therapy and cyclophosphamide in treating patients with stage II-III breast cancer or stage II-IV ovarian, primary peritoneal or fallopian tube cancer. Vaccines made from peptides may help the body build an effective immune response to kill tumor cells. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as cyclophosphamide, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Giving vaccine therapy and cyclophosphamide may kill more tumor cells.
NCT06552858
This study aims to investigate the safety and efficacy of combination therapy of Fluzoparib combined With Dalpiciclib for platinum-resistant recurrent ovarian cancer through a single-center, prospective, single-arm, phase II clinical trial, to improve the overall treatment level and prognosis of platinum-resistant ovarian cancer.
NCT05684731
The purpose of this study is to determine if KM1 is well tolerated with anti-tumor activity in patients diagnosed with recurrent or refractory ovarian cancer, and explore the Recommend Phase 2 Dose (RP2D) of KM1 in the treatment of patients with recurrent or refractory ovarian cancer.
NCT06544460
At present, the treatment of recurrent ovarian cancer after PARP inhibitor therapy is quite challenging, and there is no research on the application of hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy(HIPEC) for the above-mentioned patients. Therefore, this study aims to explore the safety and efficacy of secondary cytoreduction combined with hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy for recurrent ovarian cancer after maintenance therapy with PARP inhibitors through a single-center, prospective, single-arm, phase II clinical trial. The goal is to explore the treatment options for ovarian cancer patients in the era of PARP inhibitors, thereby improving the overall treatment level and prognosis of ovarian cancer.
NCT06394492
This study is a randomized, open-label, controlled, phase III study to evaluate the efficacy and safety of SHR-A1921 versus investigator's choice of chemotherapy in patients with platinum-resistant recurrent epithelial ovarian cancer.
