NCT01113957
The purpose of this study is to determine the objective response rate of ABT-888 when given in combination with temozolomide versus pegylated liposomal doxorubicin (PLD) alone in subjects with recurrent high grade serous ovarian cancer.
NCT00719303
This randomized phase III trial studies whether changes in diet and physical activity can increase the length of survival without the return of cancer (progression-free survival) compared with usual care in patients with previously treated stage II, III, or IV ovarian, fallopian tube, or primary peritoneal cancer. A healthy diet and physical activity program and counseling may help patients make healthier lifestyle choices. It is not yet known whether changes in diet and exercise may help increase progression-free survival in patients with previously treated cancer.
NCT00408603
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the objective response rate, safety and identify potential biomarkers in platinum-resistant ovarian cancer patients treated with voreloxin injection given on a 28-day cycle.
NCT01031381
This study will investigate the efficacy as well as the safety of RAD001 in combination with bevacizumab for recurrent ovarian, peritoneal, and fallopian tube cancer. RAD001 will be taken orally once daily and bevacizumab will be administered once every 14 days. The study will be conducted over a period of about 3 to 4 years.
NCT00857545
This randomized phase II trial studies OPT-821 and vaccine therapy to see how well they work compared with OPT-821 alone in treating patients with ovarian epithelial cancer, fallopian tube cancer, or peritoneal cancer that has decreased or disappeared, but the cancer may still be in the body. Biological therapies, such as OPT-821, may stimulate the immune system in different ways and stop tumor cells from growing. Vaccines may help the body build an effective immune response to kill tumor cells. It is not yet known whether OPT-821 is more effective with or without vaccine therapy in treating patients with ovarian epithelial cancer, fallopian tube cancer, or peritoneal cancer.
NCT02311907
This randomized phase III trial is studying glutathione to see how well it works in preventing peripheral neuropathy caused by paclitaxel and carboplatin in patients with ovarian cancer, fallopian tube cancer, and/or primary peritoneal cancer. Drugs used in chemotherapy work in different ways to stop the growth of cancer cells, either by killing the cells or by stopping them from dividing. Chemoprotective drugs, such as glutathione, may help prevent peripheral neuropathy caused by paclitaxel and carboplatin. It is not yet known whether glutathione is more effective than a placebo in preventing peripheral neuropathy.
NCT03079687
This is an open-label, single-arm, international, multicenter Multiple Patient Expanded Access Program (MPEAP). The program is designed to provide treatment access to olaparib tablets for patients with platinum-sensitive relapsed high-grade epithelial ovarian, fallopian tube or primary peritoneal cancer without other treatment options or eligible for an olaparib clinical trials.
NCT01068509
The purpose of this study is to determine the safety and efficacy of an investigational therapeutic agent (Cvac) in ovarian cancer patients in first or second remission and to determine its ability to prevent cancer from returning. Study objectives Primary objectives: * To confirm the safety of administering Cvac in this population. * To determine the effects of Cvac on progression-free survival (PFS). Secondary objectives: * To determine overall survival (OS) for ovarian cancer patients who receive Cvac after achieving remission in the first or second-line setting. * Evaluation of host immunologic response to Cvac administration.
NCT01460134
This is a study of CDX-1127, a therapy that targets the immune system and may act to promote anti-cancer effects. The study enrolls patients with hematologic cancers (certain leukemias and lymphomas), as well as patients with select types of solid tumors.
NCT03076372
MM-310 is a liposomal formulation of a docetaxel prodrug that targets the EphA2 receptor on cancer cells. Docetaxel is an approved chemotherapeutic drug. This study is a Phase 1 open-label study of MM-310 in patients with solid tumors. In the first part of the study, MM-310 will be assessed as a monotherapy until a maximum tolerated dose (MTD) is established. After an MTD of MM-310 as a monotherapy is established, an expansion cohort and MM-310 in combination with other therapies will be assessed.
NCT01281254
To determine if AMG 386 plus pegylated liposomal doxorubicin (PLD) is superior to placebo plus PLD as measured by progression-free survival (PFS) The hypothesis for this study is that AMG 386 plus PLD will prolong PFS compared to placebo plus PLD in women with recurrent partially platinum sensitive or resistant epithelial ovarian, primary peritoneal or fallopian tube cancer.
NCT02392676
Olaparib administered as monotherapy in the maintenance setting improves progression free survival compared to placebo in patients whose tumours carry loss of function (deleterious or suspected deleterious) somatic BRCA mutations or loss of function (deleterious or suspected deleterious) mutation in non-BRCA Homologous Recombination Repair (HRR) -associated genes who have a complete or partial response to platinum-based chemotherapy.
NCT00526799
This multi-institutional phase I/II clinical trial will test the tolerability and efficacy of the combination sorafenib and topotecan in patients with recurrent ovarian cancer, which is platinum-resistant (recurrence within 6 months from completing platinum based therapy) or refractory (progressive disease during platinum based therapy).
NCT01521143
As \< 10% of the necessary patients required by the protocol were recruited and the data were not intended to support a labeling claim, it was determined that the abbreviated clinical study report (CSR) was the appropriate reporting format. No efficacy analyses were performed as the trial was terminated early with incomplete enrollment of \< 10%. The purpose of this study is to determine if an investigational cell therapy called Cvac can help epithelial ovarian cancer (EOC) from returning when administered to patients who are in complete remission after surgical removal of their tumor followed by standard first-line (Part A) or second-line (Part B) chemotherapy. Following remission, patients will undergo leukapheresis for the manufacture of the study agent. After completion of chemotherapy and confirmation of remission, patients will enter the treatment phase of the study.
NCT00428610
The primary objective is to determine whether LY573636-sodium (hereafter referred to as LY573636) is effective in treating platinum-resistant ovarian cancer. Patients will receive an intravenous infusion of study drug once every 28 days. Computed tomography (CT) scans and CA-125 tests will be done before the first dose and then after every other treatment.
NCT02262455
This is a Phase I study to test the safety, pharmacokinetics and effectiveness of STM 434 alone, or in combination with liposomal doxorubicin, in patients with ovarian cancer or other advanced solid tumors.
NCT01624493
This phase I/II trial will determine the recommended dose and activity of BNC105P for patients with partially platinum sensitive ovarian cancer in first or second relapse.
NCT01209195
This study was a Phase 1 and pharmacologic open-labeled dose-escalation trial of MM-121 in combination with paclitaxel using a "3+3" design.
NCT01469793
This multicenter, open-label, dose-escalating study will assess the safety, tolerability, and pharmacokinetics of DMOT4039A in participants with unresectable pancreatic or platinum-resistant ovarian cancer. Cohorts of participants will receive multiple ascending intravenous doses of DMOT4039A.
NCT02033551
This is an extension study to evaluate the safety of Veliparib monotherapy or in combination with Carboplatin plus Paclitaxel or modified Folinic Acid/Fluorouracil/Irinotecan (FOLFIRI) in subjects with solid tumors.
