RATIONALE: Interferon alfa may interfere with the growth of cancer cells. It is not yet known whether treatment with interferon alfa is more effective than observation alone for stage II or stage III melanoma that has been completely removed surgically. PURPOSE: This randomized phase III trial is studying high dose interferon alfa to see how well it works compared to observation only in treating patients with stage II or stage III melanoma that has been completely removed by surgery.

The purpose of this study is to find out more about the effects of an investigational combination of medicines, which includes special immune cells (T-cells). This study is researching an experimental drug called fianlimab (also known as REGN3767), combined with another medication called cemiplimab (also known as REGN2810), called "study drugs". The study is focused on patients with a type of skin cancer known as melanoma. The aim of the study is to see how safe and effective the combination of fianlimab and cemiplimab is in treating melanoma, in comparison with the combination of two medications, relatlimab and nivolumab, commercialized under the brand name Opdualag™ and approved for the treatment of melanoma in adults and children. The study is looking at several other research questions, including: * What side effects may happen from taking the study drugs. * How much study drug is in the blood at different times. * Whether the body makes antibodies against the study drugs (which could make the drug less effective or could lead to side effects)

This pilot early phase I trial studies how well encorafenib, binimetinib, and nivolumab work in treating patients with BRAF mutant stage IIIC-IV melanoma. Encorafenib and binimetinib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Immunotherapy with nivolumab, may induce changes in body's immune system and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Giving encorafenib, binimetinib, and nivolumab may kill more tumor cells.

This study has 2 phases. The main aims of Phase 1b are: * to check for side effects from modakafusp alfa in adults with locally advanced or metastatic solid tumors. * to learn how much modakafusp alfa adults can receive without getting any major side effects from it. The main aims of Phase 2 are: * to check for side effects from modakafusp alfa when given together with pembrolizumab in adults with metastatic cutaneous melanoma which cannot be completely removed by surgery. * to learn how these medicines improve their symptoms. Participants will receive modakafusp alfa for up to 1 year (Phase 1b) or modakafusp alfa given together with pembrolizumab for up to 2 years (Phase 2). Those whose symptoms improve might continue treatment for longer. In both phases of the study, participants will revisit the study clinic within 30 days after their last dose or before they start other cancer treatment, whichever happens first.

This is 2-part, randomized, open label, multi-center, parallel group, phase III study comparing the efficacy and safety of LGX818 plus MEK162 to vemurafenib and LGX818 monotherapy in patients with locally advanced unresectable or metastatic melanoma with BRAF V600 mutation. A total of approximately 900 patients will be randomized. Part 1: Patients will be randomized in a 1:1:1 ratio to one of 3 treatment arms: 1. The goal of this clinical trial is to evaluate the safety and tolerability of intratumoral injections of PH-762 in squamous cell carcinoma, melanoma, or Merkel cell carcinomas of the skin, to understand what the body does to the PH-762, and to observe how the tumor responds to the drug. Participants will receive four injections of PH-762 at weekly intervals, into a single tumor, followed by surgical removal of the tumor approximately two weeks later.

The study is designed to understand the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, immunogenicity, and preliminary antitumor activity of MGC026 in participants with relapsed or refractory, unresectable, locally advanced or metastatic solid tumors The study has a dose escalation portion and a cohort expansion portion of the study. Participants will receive MGC026 by intravenous (IV) infusion. The dose of MGC026 will be assigned at the time of enrollment. Participants may receive up to 35 treatments if there are no severe side effects and as long as the cancer does not get worse. Participants will be monitored for side effects, and progression of cancer, have blood samples collected for routing laboratory work, and blood samples collected for research purposes.

This study is a Phase 1/2, first-in-human, open-label, clinical trial to assess the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics and preliminary efficacy of HMBD-501 in patients with advanced-stage, relapsed and/or refractory human epidermal growth factor receptor 3 (HER3)-expressing solid tumors. The study consists of 2 phases: a dose escalation phase (Phase 1) and a dose expansion phase (Phase 2). The primary objectives of Phase 1 are to characterize the overall safety and tolerability profile of increasing doses of HMBD-501 in patients with advanced-stage solid tumors and identify the recommended Phase 2 dose (RP2D) of ENV-501. During Phase 1, successive cohorts of patients will receive escalating doses of HMBD-501. The results of the dose escalation will determine the RP2D and dosing schedule of HMBD-501 to be administered in the Phase 2 part of the study. The primary objective of Phase 2 is to evaluate the preliminary clinical efficacy of HMBD-501 in dose expansion cohorts.

This is a noninterventional, observational, long-term follow-up (LTFU) study. Patients in this study will be followed for 5 years from enrollment on this study to assess potential delayed risks of RPx products. Eligible participants for this LTFU study include patients who received at least 1 dose of an RPx product under the interventional parent study. Patients will be rolled over into this LTFU study after completion of the Replimune-sponsored parent study (ie, either completion of the LTFU in the parent study or withdrawal from the parent study). All patients in ongoing RPx studies will be asked to participate in this LTFU study so that the Sponsor can evaluate potential delayed risks.
