NCT03365791
The purpose of this signal seeking study is to determine whether treatment with PDR001 and LAG525 demonstrates sufficient efficacy in advanced malignancies to warrant further study.
NCT03172936
The purpose of this study was to characterize the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics and antitumor activity of MIW815 (ADU-S100) in combination with PDR001.
NCT02661542
A Phase 1/2a, dose-escalation study of FF-10502-01 in Patients with Advanced Solid Tumors and Lymphomas. A total of up to 9 cohorts will be enrolled in Phase 1 to establish the MTD. Phase 2 will consist of 2 cohorts: Cohort 1 will include subjects with Pancreatic Cancer. Cohort 2 will include subjects with another tumor type enrolled in the Phase 1 dose-escalation phase who have demonstrated Clinical Benefit by Week 16.
NCT02420795
This phase I/II trial studies the side effects and the best dose of v-akt murine thymoma viral oncogene homolog (Akt)/mitogen-activated protein kinase 1(ERK) inhibitor ONC201 and to see how well it works in treating patients with non-Hodgkin's lymphoma that has returned after a period of improvement or does not respond to treatment. Akt/ERK inhibitor ONC201 may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth.
NCT02999633
Primary Objective: To evaluate the efficacy of isatuximab. Secondary Objectives: * To evaluate the safety profile of isatuximab. * To evaluate the duration of response (DOR). * To evaluate progression free survival (PFS) and overall survival (OS). * To evaluate the pharmacokinetics (PK) of isatuximab in participants with T-ALL or T-LBL. * To evaluate immunogenicity of isatuximab in participants with T-ALL or T-LBL. * To assess minimal residual disease (MRD) and correlate it with clinical outcome.
NCT04990778
This phase II trial investigates the effect of venetoclax and eprenetapopt in treating patients with mantle cell lymphoma that has come back (relapsed) or dose not respond to treatment (refractory). Chemotherapy drugs, such as venetoclax and eprenetapopt, work in different ways to stop the growth of cancer cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading.
NCT02369653
The purpose of this study is to compare the effect of a blood thinning drug called Apixaban versus no administration of a blood thinning drug, in preventing blood clots in children with leukemia or lymphoma. Patients must be receiving chemotherapy, including asparaginase, and have a central line (a catheter inserted for administration of medications and blood sampling)
NCT03925935
A phase 1, open label, multi-center trial of AB-205 in adults with Hodgkin or non-Hodgkin lymphoma who are in chemo-sensitive remission undergoing high-dose therapy, with or without radiation, and autologous stem cell transplantation (HDT-ASCT). Subjects will receive AB-205 infusion following autologous stem cell transfusion on Day 0.
NCT04465162
This trial studies the side effects of radiation therapy used alone, and if it can achieve a high cure rate in the treatment of patients with MALT lymphoma. Radiation therapy uses high energy sources to kill cancer cells and shrink tumors. This treatment may improve the patient's lymphoma.
NCT01597778
Hematopoietic cell transplants (HCT)are one treatment option for people with leukemia or lymphoma. Family members, unrelated donors or banked umbilical cordblood units with similar tissue type can be used for HCT. This study will compare the effectiveness of two new types of bone marrow transplants in people with leukemia or lymphoma: one that uses bone marrow donated from family members with only partially matched bone marrow; and, one that uses two partially matched cord blood units.
NCT01777152
This is a double-blind, randomized, multicenter, phase 3 clinical trial to compare the efficacy and safety of brentuximab vedotin in combination with CHP with the standard-of-care CHOP in patients with CD30-positive mature T-cell lymphomas.
NCT00865969
The purpose of this study is to assess efficacy and safety of belinostat in participants with relapsed or refractory peripheral T-cell lymphoma (PTCL), who failed at least one prior systemic therapy.
NCT00329030
This study is designed as a Phase III, multicenter trial, comparing progression-free survival (PFS) after autologous hematopoietic stem cell transplantation using a standard Rituxan plus BEAM transplant regimen versus a regimen adding Bexxar to BEAM.
NCT02178722
The purpose of this study was to assess the safety, tolerability, and efficacy when combining MK-3475 and INCB024360 in participants with certain cancers. This study was conducted in 2 phases, Phase 1 and Phase 2.
NCT04014764
This is a prospective, multicenter observational study to collect clinically annotated biospecimens in order to assess the correlation between ex vivo data generated by the Notable assay platform and clinical outcome.
NCT01988571
The purpose of this research study is to see if Atorvastatin (Lipitor) 40 mg by mouth daily decreases the chance of developing heart problems in individuals receiving adjuvant anthracycline-based chemotherapy for breast cancer of lymphoma.
NCT01655225
The purpose of this study is to find a recommended dose level and schedule of dosing LY3023414 that can safely be taken by participants with advanced or metastatic cancer. The study will also explore the changes to various markers in blood cells and potentially tumor cells. Finally, the study will help document any antitumor activity this drug may have. In Part A of this study, participants with advanced/metastatic cancer (including lymphoma) will receive increasing doses of LY3023414. In Part B, LY3023414 will be explored in different types of cancer, including breast and lung cancer, lymphoma and mesothelioma.
NCT03797261
This dose-escalation study evaluating the safety, pharmacokinetics and preliminary efficacy of venetoclax in combination with AMG 176 in participants with relapsed or refractory acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and participants with Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL)/diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL). This study will include a dose escalation phase to identify the maximum tolerated dose/recommended phase 2 dose (MTD/RPTD) of venetoclax plus AMG 176 as well as a dose expansion phase to confirm safety, explore efficacy, and confirm the suitability of the preliminary RPTD.
NCT02038933
The purpose of this study is to determine whether Nivolumab is effective in the treatment of DLBCL in patients that have failed or are ineligible for ASCT
NCT03135262
This Phase Ib/II, open-label, multicenter, non-randomized, dose-escalation study will evaluate the safety, efficacy, and pharmacokinetics of obinutuzumab in combination with idasanutlin and venetoclax in participants with R/R FL and obinutuzumab or rituximab in combination with idasanutlin and venetoclax in participants with R/R DLBCL. The study will include an initial dose-escalation phase followed by an expansion phase. The dose-escalation phase is designed to determine the recommended phase II doses (RP2Ds) and regimen for idasanutlin and venetoclax in combination with obinutuzumab for FL participants and in combination with rituximab for DLBCL participants.
