RATIONALE: Monoclonal antibodies, such as rituximab, can block cancer growth in different ways. Some find cancer cells and kill them or carry cancer-killing substances to them. Others interfere with the ability of cancer cells to grow and spread. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as methotrexate, leucovorin, vincristine, procarbazine, dexamethasone, and cytarabine, work in different ways to stop the growth of cancer cells, either by killing the cells or by stopping them from dividing. Giving rituximab together with combination chemotherapy may kill more cancer cells. PURPOSE: This phase II trial is studying how well giving rituximab together with combination chemotherapy works in treating patients with primary central nervous system (CNS) lymphoma.

RATIONALE: Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as bendamustine hydrochloride, work in different ways to stop the growth of cancer cells, either by killing the cells or by stopping them from dividing. Monoclonal antibodies, such as rituximab, can block cancer growth in different ways. Some block the ability of cancer cells to grow and spread. Others find cancer cells and help kill them or carry cancer-killing substances to them. Bortezomib may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Biological therapies, such as lenalidomide, may stimulate the immune system in different ways and stop cancer cells from growing. It is not yet known whether giving bendamustine hydrochloride and rituximab together alone is more effective than giving bendamustine hydrochloride and rituximab together with bortezomib or lenalidomide in treating follicular lymphoma. PURPOSE: This randomized phase II trial is studying giving bendamustine hydrochloride and rituximab together with or without bortezomib followed by rituximab with or without lenalidomide to see how well they work in treating patients with high-risk stage II, stage III, or stage IV follicular lymphoma.

This study is being done to find out if SEA-CD40 is safe and effective when given alone, in combination with pembrolizumab, and in combination with pembrolizumab, gemcitabine, and nab-paclitaxel. The study will test increasing doses of SEA-CD40 given at least every 3 weeks to small groups of patients. The goal is to find the highest dose of SEA-CD40 that can be given to patients that does not cause unacceptable side effects. Different dose regimens will be evaluated. Different methods of administration may be evaluated. The pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamic effects, biomarkers of response, and antitumor activity of SEA-CD40 will also be evaluated.

The purpose of this study is to determine whether Nivolumab, in combination with brentuximab vedotin, is safe and effective in patients with certain subtypes of non-Hodgkin's lymphomas with CD30 expression that have not responded to treatment or have come back. The subtypes we are studying are Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma (DLBCL), Peripheral T-Cell Lymphoma (PTCL), Cutaneous T-Cell Lymphoma (CTCL), Primary Mediastinal Large B-Cell Lymphoma (PMBL) and Mediastinal Gray Zone Lymphoma (MGZL).

In this protocol, the investigators hypothesize that modifying the process of producing CAR+ T-cells can help to improve responses and reduce toxicities. Building on previous in vitro studies that have shown successful production of CAR+ T-cells using a new production approach, the investigators are now studying the ability to produce these CAR+ T-cells and determine how well they work in the clinical setting.

This study is a multicenter, open-label study of polatuzumab vedotin administered by intravenous (IV) infusion in combination with standard doses of bendamustine (B) and rituximab (R) or obinutuzumab (G) in participants with relapsed or refractory follicular lymphoma (FL) or diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL). The study comprises two stages: a Phase Ib safety run-in stage and a Phase II stage. The anticipated time on treatment is 18 weeks for participants with DLBCL and 24 weeks for participants with FL.

This study is designed as a Phase II/III, multi-center trial, comparing two transplant strategies to determine whether non-myeloablative allogeneic Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation (HSCT) will improve long-term progression-free survival compared to autologous HSCT. Recipients will be biologically assigned to the appropriate treatment arm depending on the availability of a Human Leukocyte Antigen (HLA) matched sibling.

The purpose of this study is to assess long-term side effects from subjects who receive an Adicet Bio γδ CAR T cell product. Subjects will join this study once they complete the parent interventional study. No additional study drug will be given, but subjects can receive other therapies for their cancer while they are being followed for long term safety in this study. For a period of 15 years from the first administration of Adicet Bio allogeneic γδ CAR T cell product, subjects will be assessed for long-term safety and survival through collection of data that include safety, efficacy, pharmacokinetics and immunogenicity.

Recently, stem cell transplants using umbilical cord blood have become a treatment option for people with these types of cancers. This study will evaluate the effectiveness of a stem cell transplant using umbilical cord blood, along with lower doses of chemotherapy, to treat people with leukemia or lymphoma.

This double-blind randomized, parallel group study will evaluate the efficacy and safety of lenalidomide (Revlimid, CC-5013) in combination with rituximab (MabThera/Rituxan) in patients with relapsed or refractory follicular lymphoma or marginal zone lymphoma. Patients will be randomized to receive either lenalidomide or placebo for twelve 28-day cycles in combination with rituximab. Anticipated time on study treatment is 1 year.

This open-label, randomized study will assess the efficacy and safety of obinutuzumab (RO5072759) in combination with chemotherapy compared to rituximab (MabThera/Rituxan) with chemotherapy followed by obinutuzumab or rituximab maintenance in participants with untreated advanced indolent non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. After the end of the induction period, participants achieving response (Complete response \[CR\] or partial response \[PR\]) will undergo a maintenance period continuing on the randomized antibody treatment alone every 2 months until disease progression for a total of 2 years. Anticipated time on study treatment is up to approximately 2.5 years. After maintenance or observation, participants will be followed for 5 years until progression. After progression, participants will be followed for new anti-lymphoma therapy and overall survival until the end of the study.

Bone marrow transplants are one treatment option for people with leukemia or lymphoma. Family members or unrelated donors with a similar type of bone marrow usually donate their bone marrow to the transplant patients. This study will evaluate the effectiveness of a new type of bone marrow transplant-one that uses lower doses of chemotherapy and bone marrow donated from family members with only partially matched bone marrow-in people with leukemia or lymphoma.

RATIONALE: Monoclonal antibodies, such as rituximab, can locate cancer cells and either kill them or deliver cancer-killing substances to them without harming normal cells. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as carboplatin, cyclophosphamide, etoposide, etoposide phosphate, and cytarabine, use different ways to stop cancer cells from dividing so they stop growing or die. Osmotic blood-brain barrier disruption uses certain drugs to open the blood vessels around the brain and allow anticancer substances to be delivered directly to the brain tumor. Chemoprotective drugs such as sodium thiosulfate may protect normal cells from the side effects of carboplatin-based chemotherapy. Combining rituximab with chemotherapy given with osmotic blood-brain barrier disruption plus sodium thiosulfate may kill more cancer cells. PURPOSE: Phase II trial to study the effectiveness of combining rituximab with combination chemotherapy given with osmotic blood-brain barrier disruption plus sodium thiosulfate in treating patients who have refractory or recurrent primary CNS lymphoma.

The purpose of this study is to determine the correct dose and safety of adding a new cancer drug, venetoclax, to a standard combination of chemotherapy drugs as a second treatment for relapsed/refractory DLBCL. In this study, venetoclax will be added to RICE (rituximab, ifosfamide, carboplatin, etoposide), a common set to cancer drugs used as a second line treatment for relapsed/refractory DLBCL. Venetoclax, is a new targeted anti-cancer drug, which works by mimicking a particular protein produced by the tumor and interrupting its normal processes, ultimately causing the tumor cells to die. Adding venetoclax to the standard RICE regimen is believed to increase the chance of getting cancer into remission. Venetoclax is experimental because it is not approved by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for the treatment of relapsed/refractory DLBCL. Venetoclax has been FDA approved for use in patients with chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL).

Immunotoxins, such as inotuzumab ozogamicin, can find cancer cells that express cluster of differentiation (CD)22 and kill them without harming normal cells. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as cyclophosphamide, vincristine sulfate, and prednisone, work in different ways to stop the growth of cancer cells, either by killing the cells or by stopping them from dividing. Giving inotuzumab ozogamicin together with combination chemotherapy may kill more cancer cells.
