NCT07477236
Sleep disturbance and recurring headaches can negatively affect daily functioning, mood, and productivity. MyVitalC (ESS60 in extra virgin olive oil) is a commercially available dietary supplement that has generated anecdotal claims related to sleep quality and headache relief; however, human data remain limited. This real-world observational study is designed to help participants evaluate whether use of MyVitalC is associated with changes in sleep disturbance and headache frequency or severity in their own daily lives. Participants will complete a four-week baseline observation period without the intervention, followed by six weeks of daily MyVitalC use, with weekly self-reported assessments. Participants serve as their own control, allowing for within-person comparison of outcomes before and during product use.
NCT07015983
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy, safety and drug levels of CC-97540 in participants with active systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) including lupus nephritis with inadequate response to glucocorticoids and at least 2 immunosuppressants.
NCT07219563
This study will assess the safety and preliminary efficacy of the bi-specific TCE, alnuctamab (known as BMS-986349, CC-93269, EM901), targeting BCMA in patients with moderate to severe SLE, refractory to standard-of-care treatments.
NCT06875960
The purpose of this study is to allow the continued administration of Deucravacitinib in participants with Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE) or Discoid and/or Subacute Cutaneous Lupus Erythematosus (DLE/SCLE) who have completed study IM011074 or Study IM011132

NCT04963296
This parallel-group, double-blind, placebo-controlled study will evaluate the efficacy and safety of obinutuzumab versus placebo in participants with active, autoantibody-positive systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) who are treated with standard-of-care therapy.

NCT07107659
ONT01 is a drug that is being studied for the treatment of Lupus Nephritis (LN) and Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE) and is not approved by the FDA. The purpose of this study is to better determine whether ONT01 is safe and tolerated by people with lupus nephritis or SLE. The study also looks at how the administration of ONT01 in combination with widely used treatments given for lupus, including the medication mycophenolate mofetil and others, can improve symptoms of lupus. A total of 61 participants will be enrolled in this study.
NCT05648500
The goal of this clinical trial is to see how well cenerimod reduces symptoms of Systemic Lupus Erythematosus in adult patients with moderate to severe symptoms. The main questions it aims to answer are: * How well cenerimod works on top of the treatment already being administered. * How safe cenerimod is for adult patients with Systemic Lupus Erythematosus. Researchers will compare one dose of cenerimod and a placebo to see how well cenerimod works when it is added to the treatment already being administered. In this research study approximately 210 participants will receive cenerimod and approximately 210 participants will receive placebo for 12 months.
NCT07225686
This Phase 3 clinical trial is designed to evaluate the efficacy and safety of maridebart cafraglutide compared to placebo over a 52-week period in adults with obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) who are receiving positive airway pressure (PAP) therapy and are living with overweight or obesity.

SUSTAIN (Studying Solriamfetol Modulation of TAAR-1, Dopamine, and Norepinephrine in Shift Work Disorder) is a Phase 3, multi-center, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, parallel- group trial to assess the efficacy and safety of solriamfetol in adults with excessive sleepiness associated with shift work disorder (SWD).
NCT07375095
This study evaluated whether a daily dietary sleep supplement could improve sleep in women aged 40 to 65 who experience moderate sleep disturbances during menopause. Participants were randomly assigned to take either the supplement or a placebo for about three weeks. All study visits were conducted virtually. Sleep was assessed through daily diaries and weekly questionnaires measuring sleep quality, nighttime awakenings, daytime alertness, and mood. The study's goal was to compare changes between the supplement and placebo groups and to assess safety and tolerability during the study period.
