This is a single center, open-label, single arm study in patients with metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) expressing PD-L1 after failure of platinum-based combination chemotherapy. Patients will be treated with Pembrolizumab according to the dosage and administration in Product Information of Keytruda in Korea (2mg/kg) until it is changed to 200mg flat dose. The patient should have their-own patient-derived xenograft (PDX) before enrollment of the study. The PDX will be used to set up their humanized CD34 PDX (Hu-CD34 PDX).

The study is a retrospective observational study. The study is designed to be multicentric and it will analyze medical records from selected patients that underwent major lung resection using DaVinci surgical platform performed in the participating centers. There are no risks for the patients, as this is a retrospective data collection.

This is a prospective observational monocentric trial. The primary endpoint is the validation of predictive models. These predictive models will be used to develop a personalized clinical-functional risk profile for estimating in advance, prior to surgery, the probability for a patient to experience surgical complications, pain, fatigue, dyspnea, as well as issues related to physical function, role, social, and emotional well-being, up to 12 months post-discharge.
