This randomized phase II/III trial studies how well whole-brain radiation therapy works and compares it with or without hippocampal avoidance in treating patients with small cell lung cancer that is found in one lung, the tissues between the lungs, and nearby lymph nodes only (limited stage) or has spread outside of the lung in which it began or to other parts of the body (extensive stage). Radiation therapy uses high energy x-rays to kill tumor cells and shrink tumors. The hippocampus is part of the brain that is important for memory. Avoiding the hippocampus during whole-brain radiation could decrease the chance of side effects on memory and thinking. It is not yet known whether giving whole-brain radiation therapy is more effective with or without hippocampal avoidance in treating patients with small cell lung cancer.

To compare the overall survival of NSCLC patients receiving 2nd- or 3rd-line systemic therapy with docetaxel + plinabulin (DP Arm) to patients treated with docetaxel + placebo (D5W) (D Arm) for advanced or metastatic disease. Secondary purposes of the study are: * To compare overall response rate (ORR) of NSCLC patients receiving 2nd- or 3rd-line systemic therapy with docetaxel + plinabulin (DP Arm) to patients treated with docetaxel + placebo (D5W) (D Arm) for advanced or metastatic disease. * To compare progression free survival (PFS) of NSCLC patients receiving 2nd- or 3rd-line systemic therapy with docetaxel + plinabulin (DP Arm) to patients treated with docetaxel + placebo (D5W) (D Arm) for advanced or metastatic disease. * To compare incidence of Grade 4 neutropenia (absolute neutrophil count \[ANC\] \< 0.5 × 109/L) on Day 8 (+/- 1 day) of Cycle 1 of NSCLC patients receiving 2nd- or 3rd-line systemic therapy with docetaxel + plinabulin (DP Arm) to patients treated with docetaxel + placebo (D5W) (D Arm) for advanced or metastatic disease. * To compare 24-month and 36-month OS rate of NSCLC patients receiving 2nd- or 3rd-line systemic therapy with docetaxel + plinabulin (DP Arm) to patients treated with docetaxel + placebo (D5W) (D Arm) for advanced or metastatic disease.

The purpose of this study is to determine if the investigational drug product ("study drug"), Dymista (azelastine hydrochloride and fluticasone propionate) nasal spray is safe and effective in the treatment of allergic rhinitis in Chinese adolescents with or without ocular symptoms. It is expected that approximately, 100 participants will be enrolled in this study. The study will be performed in approximately 15 clinical study centers in China. Study participants will be asked to complete up to 3 study visits at the study site and a follow-up by telephone. Treatment Assignment: All participants will receive a bottle of Dymista nasal spray and should administer it at a dose of twice daily (one spray per nostril), once in the morning and once in the afternoon, the doses will be approximately 12 hours apart. The liquid medicine is sprayed out in a mist after actuator is pressed. You will administer the trial intervention for 14 (+5) days. Regular study schedule: * Screening visit (Visit 1, Day -7 to 1) * Baseline visit (Visit 2, Day 1) * Visits 3 (End of Trial (EOS), Day 15 (+5)) * Follow-up (Telephone Call, within 14 (+5) days after the last administration of Dymista) The participation may last approximately 29 days to 60 days (depending on extended periods of screening, treatment, and follow-up).

This study targets patients with advanced NSCLC driven with positive driver genes who have failed TKI treatment, enrolling 66-78 participants. Cohort1 :Patients will receive JS207 (10 or 15 mg/kg, IV, d1) + pemetrexed (500 mg/m², IV, d1) + platinum-based chemotherapy (carboplatin Area Under the Curve(AUC)5 or cisplatin 75 mg/m², d1) every 3 weeks for 4 cycles. Afterward, JS207 and pemetrexed will continue as maintenance therapy until discontinuation criteria are met. Cohort2 :The treatment received was JS207 (10mg/kg, intravenous, on day 1) + JS212 (4.2mg/kg or another SMC-selected dose, intravenous, on day 1), every 3 weeks, until the termination criteria were met. The study aims to assess the safety, tolerability, and preliminary efficacy of JS207 combination therapy.

Standard treatment for patients with proficient mismatch repair (pMMR) / microsatellite stable (MSS) locally advanced rectal cancer (LARC) consists primarily of neoadjuvant chemoradiotherapy followed by radical surgery. Several studies (including the UNION, STELLAR, TORCH, and SPRING-01 trials, etc) have demonstrated that the neoadjuvant strategy of short-course radiotherapy followed by chemotherapy combined with immunotherapy can improve pCR rate in patients with pMMR/MSS LARC, and might also provide higher organ preservation rates and long-term survival benefits. The study aims to explore the efficacy and safety of a TNT regimen comprising short-course radiotherapy combined with chemotherapy, cetuximab N01 (for patients with wild-type RAS/BRAF) or bevacizumab (for patients with mutant RAS/BRAF), and sintilimab in patients with high-risk LARC.

The goal of this randomized effectiveness study is to evaluate the different targeting strategies for the delivery of balanced energy and protein (BEP) supplements among pregnant women in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. The main goals of the study are to: 1) determine the effectiveness of two individual-based antenatal BEP targeting strategies for preventing adverse pregnancy outcomes; 2) compare the cost-effectiveness of the universal BEP provision with two individual-based targeting strategies for preventing adverse pregnancy outcomes; and 3) generate implementation evidence regarding the feasibility and acceptability of different antenatal BEP targeting strategies. Pregnant women will be enrolled during pregnancy, assigned to different strategies of BEP supplementation, and followed from pregnancy through six weeks postpartum to evaluate the impacts of different BEP targeting strategies on pregnancy, maternal, and child outcomes.

This phase II MyeloMATCH treatment trial compares the usual treatment of azacitidine and venetoclax to the combination treatment of azacitidine, venetoclax and gilteritinib in treating older and unfit patients with acute myeloid leukemia and FLT3 mutations. Azacitidine is a drug that is absorbed into DNA and leads to the activation of cancer suppressor genes, which are genes that help control cell growth. Venetoclax is in a class of medications called B-cell lymphoma-2 (BCL-2) inhibitors. It may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking Bcl-2, a protein needed for cancer cell survival. Gilteritinib is in a class of medications called kinase inhibitors. It works by blocking the action of a certain naturally occurring substance that may be needed to help cancer cells multiply. This study may help doctors find out if these different approaches are better than the usual approaches. To decide if they are better, the study doctors are looking to see if the study drugs lead to a higher percentage of patients achieving a deeper remission compared to the usual approach.

This research aims to complement existing podiatric studies by providing information on the relationship between ligamentous hyperlaxity, a benign condition more frequently found in the pediatric population, and ankle range of motion in child basketball players aged 8-15. Furthermore, this hyperlaxity will allow us to correlate it with the most frequent type of injury experienced by the participants and assess whether future research could develop a prevention plan for this population and extrapolate it to more professional categories.

The goal of Phase 1 is to find the recommended dose of ziftomenib and olutasidenib in patients with relapsed/refractory AML that has a mutation in the NPM1 and IDH1 genes. The goal of Phase 1b is to learn if the recommended dose of ziftomenib and olutasidenib found in Phase 1 can help to control the disease. The safety and effects of this combination will also be studied in both parts.

The main purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy of divarasib compared with investigator's choice of immunotherapy (pembrolizumab or nivolumab) or observation in participants with resected Kirsten rat sarcoma viral oncogene homolog glycine 12 to cysteine (KRAS G12C)-positive Stage II-IIIB NSCLC, regardless of tumor programmed death-ligand 1 (PD-L1) status, who have not achieved pathologic complete response (pCR) following neoadjuvant chemoimmunotherapy.

This study will assess if adding sacituzumab tirumotecan with pembrolizumab after surgery is effective in treating NSCLC for participants not achieving pathological complete response. The primary hypothesis of this study is sacituzumab tirumotecan plus pembrolizumab is superior to pembrolizumab monotherapy with respect to disease free survival (DFS) as assessed by blinded independent central review (BICR).

The purpose of this study is to assess the efficacy and safety of pembrolizumab in combination with concurrent chemoradiation therapy followed by either pembrolizumab with olaparib placebo (Arm 1) or with olaparib (Arm 2) compared to concurrent chemoradiation therapy followed by durvalumab (Arm 3) in participants with unresectable, locally advanced NSCLC. Arms 1 and 2 will be studied in a double-blind design and Arm 3 will be open-label. The primary hypotheses are: 1. Pembrolizumab with concurrent chemoradiation therapy followed by pembrolizumab with olaparib is superior to concurrent chemoradiation therapy followed by durvalumab with respect to progression-free survival (PFS) and overall survival (OS) 2. Purpose: The purpose of this study is to evaluate the clinical, radiological, and biomechanical effects of Kinesio Taping (KT) when integrated into a standard exercise program for individuals with Hallux Valgus (HV). Hallux valgus is a progressive deformity of the first metatarsophalangeal (MTP) joint that leads to pain, functional impairment, and gait disturbances. While conservative treatments like exercises are common, the specific impact of KT on dynamic plantar pressure distribution and radiological angles requires further objective evidence. Methods: A total of 50 participants (aged 18-65) with mild-to-moderate HV are randomized into two groups. Group 1 receives a 4-week intervention consisting of specialized Kinesio Taping applied once a week plus a daily home exercise program. Group 2 performs the same home exercise program only. Assessments: Assessments include radiological measurements (Hallux Valgus Angle - HVA and Intermetatarsal Angle - IMA), clinical pain levels via the Visual Analog Scale (VAS), functional status via the American Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Society (AOFAS-MTP-IP) scale, and dynamic pedobarographic analysis using the Zebris® FDM-2 system. Physical exercise capacity is also measured by the 6-Minute Walk Test (6MWT).
