The goal of this clinical trial is to learn whether statin therapy and vitamin D supplementation can modify disease activity in patients with active thyroid eye disease. The study will also evaluate the safety of these treatments. The main questions it aims to answer are: * Does statin therapy change disease activity, as measured by changes in the Clinical Activity Score (CAS) and proptosis? * Does vitamin D supplementation change disease activity in patients with active thyroid eye disease? * Does combined treatment with statin and vitamin D produce different effects compared with either treatment alone or standard care? * What adverse events occur during treatment? Researchers will compare four groups: standard care alone, statin therapy plus standard care, vitamin D supplementation plus standard care, and combined statin and vitamin D therapy plus standard care. Participants will: * Be randomly assigned to one of four treatment groups * Receive the assigned treatment for 24 weeks * Attend clinic visits for clinical assessments and blood tests at baseline and at 24 weeks * Be followed through medical record review for up to three years after completion of the intervention

Eligible patients will receive Teprotumumab N01 and will be assessed using clinical and imaging parameters before and after treatment, with each patient serving as their own control. This trial will evaluate the effects of Lu AG22515 in adult men and women with moderate-to-severe thyroid eye disease (TED). TED is an autoimmune condition closely related to Graves' Disease. In people with TED, the healthy tissue behind and around the eye becomes inflamed and swollen. One of the key symptoms of TED is proptosis (bulging eyes). The main goal of this trial is to learn whether treatment with Lu AG22515 improves proptosis in participants with moderate-to-severe TED.

The investigational drug, VRDN-001, is a monoclonal antibody that inhibits the activity of a cell surface receptor called insulin-like growth factor-1 receptor (IGF-1R). Inhibition of IGF-1R may help to reduce the inflammation and associated tissue swelling that occurs in patients with thyroid eye disease (TED). The primary objectives of this clinical trial are to provide open-label access to VRDN-001 for participants who were previously non-responders at 3 weeks post the fifth IV infusion (i.e., 15 weeks) in the VRDN-001-101 (THRIVE) and VRDN-001-301 (THRIVE-2) pivotal studies and assess the safety and efficacy of VRDN-001 in participants who were previously treated with VRDN-001 or placebo.

This is a multicenter, randomized, double-masked phase II study evaluating the efficacy and safety of IBI311 in subjects with inactive or active thyroid eye disease. Approximately 36 subjects meeting the study eligibility criteria will be randomly assigned to the 3-10 mg group, 3-20 mg group, 10 mg group, or 20 mg group on day 1 in a 1:1:2:2 ratio. Dose conversion of the 3-10 mg or 3-20 mg group was performed at week 12. Active and inactive TED was a stratification factor in this study.
