NCT03739827
Background: Approximately 150 cases of cancer per one million per year are considered rare cancers. While all tumors originate from genetic changes, a small percentage of these tumors are familial. Researchers want to study these changes in biological samples from people with rare tumors in order to learn more about how these tumors develop. The information obtained from this study may lead to improved screening, preventive guidelines, and treatments. Objective: To better understand rare cancers and hereditary cancer syndromes. Eligibility: People who have a rare tumor, a family history of a rare tumor, a hereditary cancer syndrome, or a mutation that leads to rare tumors. Design: Participants will be screened with questions about their medical history and/or that of their family members. They will give a saliva sample. Participants who have a tumor will have their medical records and tests reviewed. They will answer questions about their wellbeing and needs. They may provide a tumor tissue sample. Participants may also have: * Physical exam * Clinical photography * Blood, urine, saliva, and stool samples taken * Consultation with specialists * A scan that produces a picture of the body. Either one that uses a small amount of radiation, or one that uses a magnetic field. * Genetic testing/genetic counseling. Participants will be contacted once a year. They will answer updated questions about their medical and family history. Participants will be asked to contact the study team if there are changes in their tumors. Participants may be invited to join focus groups for people with the same diagnosis of rare tumors. Participants may be invited to participate in other NIH protocols. \*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\* \*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\* RARE TUMOR LIST: 1. NCT04718675
Part 1: Dose Escalation. The primary objective of Part 1 of this study is to evaluate the safety and tolerability of KB-0742 in participants with relapsed or refractory (R/R) solid tumors or non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL). Part 2: Cohort Expansion. The primary objective of Part 2 of this study is to further evaluate the safety and tolerability of KB-0742 in defined participant cohorts including Platinum Resistant High Grade Serous Ovarian Cancer (HGSOC).
NCT02383368
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and tolerability of ASP4132 and to determine the maximum tolerated dose and recommended phase 2 dose of ASP4132. The study will also determine the pharmacokinetics (PK) of ASP4132 and evaluate the preliminary antitumor activity.

This is a multi-center, open-label, dose-escalation, phase I study to evaluate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics (PK), preliminary efficacy, and pharmacodynamics of CAL056 mesylate in cancer patients with resistant or refractory solid tumors.
NCT05187858
This is a Phase I, open-label, dose escalation study of LNP3794 (BI3011441) in subjects with NRAS/KRAS mutated advanced or metastatic refractory solid tumors. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety/tolerability, pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic profile of the orally administered LNP3794 (BI3011441) as monotherapy at selected dose levels.
NCT05531708
This is a single-arm, open-label, exploratory clinical study to evaluate the safety and efficacy of novel Mesothelin CAR-T in patients with Mesothelin-positive advanced refractory solid tumors.
NCT03349073
T-1101 is a novel anti-cancer agent being developed by Taivex Therapeutics Corporation, and is being studied in a phase I dose escalation trial, protocol TAI-001. That trial's primary aim is to study the safety and tolerability of T-1101 (Tosylate) in subjects with advanced refractory solid tumors, and provides for a maximum of 2 cycles of treatment. At the end of 2 cycles of treatment, it is likely that some patients will be continuing to receive clinical benefit from T-1101 (Tosylate). The intention of this program is to enable these patients to continue to receive T-1101 (Tosylate) at the discretion of the principal investigators and Taivex Therapeutics Corporation.
NCT03195764
T-1101 (Tosylate) is a new small molecule chemical entity being developed as a potential anti-cancer therapeutic by Taivex Therapeutics Corp. T-1101 (Tosylate) is a potent anti-cancer agent in numerous human cancer cell lines. In addition, oral administration of T-1101 (Tosylate) showed tumor growth inhibition in different mouse xenograft models of human cancers. In this study, safety, tolerability and PK of T-1101 (Tosylate) will be evaluated and also the recommended dose and regimen(s) to initiate Phase 2 will be determined.
