The main aim of this study is to evaluate the PK, safety, tolerability and immunogenicity of subcutaneous (SC) administration of TAK-881 in adult and pediatric participants with PIDD and compare them to HYQVIA in participants 16 years old and older. The participants will be treated with TAK-881/HYQVIA or HYQVIA/TAK-881 with the same dose and dosing interval of immunoglobulin for up to 51 weeks (for participants greater than or equal to \[\>=\]16 years) and only with TAK-881 for up to 27 weeks (for participants aged 2 to less than \[\<\]16 years) as they were treated with another immunoglobulin before enrollment. Participants will need to visit the clinic every 3 or 4 weeks during the duration of the study.

All patients will receive the investigational medicinal product BP-SCIG 20%, solution for subcutaneous administration, manufactured by BIOPHARMA PLASMA LLC. A loading dose of IMP may be required (at the Investigator's decision): at least 0.2-0.5 g/kg (1.0-2.5 mL/kg) of body weight. This dose is distributed across several days, with a maximum daily dose of 0.1 to 0.15 g/kg. After achieving a steady-state (minimal) level of IgG, maintenance doses are administered at repeated intervals (approximately once a week) to achieve a cumulative monthly dose of 0.4-0.8 g/kg.

The main aim of the study is to check side effect from the study treatment with TAK-771 in long term. Participants can have taken part in the previous study TAK-771-3004 (NCT05150340). For those who can take part, the participants will receive injections of TAK-771 after the end of the previous study. The participants will be treated with TAK-771 for totally 3 years. There will be many clinic visits. The number of visits will depend on the infusion cycles of study drug.

Patients with medical conditions requiring allogeneic hematopoietic cell transplantation (allo-HCT) are at risk of developing a condition called graft versus host disease (GvHD) which carries a high morbidity and mortality. This is a phase I/II study that will test the safety and efficacy of hematopoietic cell transplantation (HCT) with ex-vivo T cell receptor Alpha/Beta+ and CD19 depletion to treat patients' underlying condition. This process is expected to substantially decrease the risk of GvHD thus allowing for the elimination of immunosuppressive therapy post-transplant. The study will use blood stem/progenitor cells collected from the peripheral blood of parent or other half-matched (haploidentical) family member donor. The procedure will be performed using CliniMACS® TCRα/β-Biotin System which is considered investigational.

The expanded access program allows people to gain access to an unlicensed treatment on compassionate grounds. This study will provide access to TAK-881 for participants with PIDD who have completed study TAK-881-3002 \[NCT06076642\], who continue to derive clinical benefit from maintenance treatment with TAK-881 and wish to continue this treatment. All participants will receive TAK-881 as subcutaneous (SC) injection using a qualified medical device (Koru 24 G HIgH Flo Subcutaneous Safety Needle Set) that will be individualized for each participant, at the treating physician's discretion and dependent on serum IgG trough level and clinical response. Participants will continue treatment until the benefit-risk no longer favors the participant or TAK-881 becomes commercially available in the United States (U.S.), the participant chooses to discontinue treatment, or the program is discontinued by the sponsor.

The original purpose of the study is to assess the long-term safety, tolerability, and practicability of the subcutaneous (SC) treatment with Immune Globulin Subcutaneous Solution (IGSC), 10% facilitated with recombinant human hyaluronidase (rHuPH20) in participants with Primary Immunodeficiency Diseases (PID) who have completed Baxter Clinical Study Protocol No. 160603. Following a discussion with the FDA, all participants still active in the study stopped treatment with rHuPH20 to assure safety of the participants participating in the study and went into a safety follow-up. During this safety follow-up period, participants underwent either intravenous (IV) or SC treatment with IGSC, 10%. The IV or SC administration route was at the discretion of the participant and the investigator.
