NCT07351045
The purpose of this study is to assess the efficacy and safety of enicepatide, a dual glucagon like peptide-1 (GLP-1)/glucose-dependent insulinotropic polypeptide (GIP) receptor agonist (RA), at multiple doses compared with placebo for weight management in participants without Type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) who have obesity or overweight with at least one weight-related comorbidity.
NCT06862791
The purpose of this study is to determine whether treatment with AZD9550 when given in combination with AZD6234 as once weekly subcutaneous (SC) injections is superior to placebo or either agent administered as monotherapy for weight loss in participants living with obesity or overweight with at least one weight-related co-morbidity.
NCT07081958
This multicenter, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, parallel-group, dose-range-finding, Phase II study aims to evaluate the efficacy, tolerability, and safety of RO7795081 for chronic weight management in adult participants with obesity or overweight with at least one weight-related comorbidity, but without diabetes mellitus.
NCT05996848
This study will look at how well the new medicine CagriSema helps people with excess body weight losing weight compared to a "dummy" medicine and a medicine called semaglutide. Participants will either get CagriSema, a dummy medicine or semaglutide. Which treatment participants get is decided by chance. Participants will take one injection once a week. The study medicine will be injected briefly with a thin needle, typically in the stomach, thighs or upper arms. The study will last for about 1 year.
NCT07255209
The study is designed to assess the efficacy and safety of multiple doses of IBI362 in Chinese adolescent subjects with obesity or overweight. It plans to enroll 180 adolescents (aged ≥12 and \<18 years) who have failed to achieve a 5 kg weight reduction after at least 12 weeks of dietary and exercise intervention.
NCT07128888
This is a single-center, open-label, fixed-sequence phase I clinical study to evaluate the effect of GZR18 Injection on gastric emptying and the effect of repeated SC injections of GZR18 Injection on the pharmacokinetics of oral digoxin tablets, rosuvastatin calcium tablets and warfarin sodium tablets. A total of 60 obese or overweight subjects are planned to be enrolled, with no less than one-quarter of the subjects from either gender. The study duration for each subject in this study is approximately 26 weeks: including a screening period of up to 4 weeks (W-28 to D-1), single-drug administration and dose escalation stages of 16 weeks (W1D1 to W16D7) and the combined drug administration stage of 6 weeks (W17D1 to W23D1)
NCT06867718
This is a phase 2, 36-week randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, parallel arm study that will evaluate the safety, tolerability, weight loss efficacy, pharmacodynamic effects, and pharmacokinetics of RGT001-075 in adults who are obese (BMI ≥30 kg/m²) or who are overweight (BMI ≥27 kg/m²) with at least one weight-related comorbidity. RGT001-075 or matching placebo will be administered once daily.
NCT05607680
This is a multicenter, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled Phase III clinical study evaluating the efficacy and safety of IBI362 in overweight or obese subjects. Subjects will be randomly assigned to IBI362 low-dose, high-dose and placebo groups. The entire trial cycle includes a 2-week screening period, a 48-week double-blind treatment period, and a 12-week drug withdrawal follow-up period after the end of treatment.
