NCT06627647
The purpose of ARTEMIDE-Lung03 is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of rilvegostomig compared to pembrolizumab, both in combination with platinum-based doublet chemotherapy, as a first-line treatment of patients with non-squamous mNSCLC whose tumors express PD-L1.
NCT06311721
The primary objective of this study is to compare the efficacy of ABP 234 with the pembrolizumab reference product (Keytruda®).
NCT06417008
HS-20117 is a fully-human EGFR-MET immunoglobulin G1(IgG1)-like bispecific antibody. The purpose of this study is to assess the safety, efficacy, pharmacokinetics and immunogenicity of HS-20117 combined with Aumolertinib in participants with epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) mutation (Exon 19 deletions \[Exon 19del\] or Exon 21 L858R substitution) positive, locally advanced or metastatic non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).
NCT02409342
This randomized, open-label study will evaluate the efficacy and safety of atezolizumab compared with chemotherapy consisting of a platinum agent (cisplatin or carboplatin per investigator discretion) combined with either pemetrexed (non-squamous disease) or gemcitabine (squamous disease) in programmed death-ligand 1 (PD-L1)-selected, chemotherapy-naive participants with Stage IV Non-Squamous or Squamous NSCLC.
NCT01763671
The study objective is to evaluate the efficacy of paclitaxel-bevacizumab comparing to docetaxel. Docetaxel is a standard treatment of 2nd or 3rd line in lung cancer. It was validated by numerous clinical trials but sometimes toxicities are difficult to manage. Bevacizumab is an antiangiogenic treatment which was validated by numerous clinical trials in association with platinum in first ligne. Different clinical and preclinical data suggest that there could exist a synergy between paclitaxel and bevacizumab. This association is already used in metastatic breast cancer, it permits almost to double the response rate and progression free survival. In lung cancer, the association was evaluated by two retrospective studies which demonstrated a benefit with a favourable safety profile.
NCT05346952
This is Phase 3, randomized, open-label, parallel controlled study designed to compare the efficacy and safety of TQB2450 in combination with platinum-containing chemotherapy followed by TQB2450 plus Anlotinib versus tislelizumab in combination with platinum-containing chemotherapy followed by tislelizumab in locally advanced (stage ⅢB/ⅢC), metastatic or recurrent ( Stage IV) non-squamous NSCLC cancer. The primary endpoint is Progression Free Survival (PFS) assessed by IRC.
NCT03329911
This is a Phase III, randomized, double blind, multicenter, active comparator, parallel two arm study to compare the efficacy, and to evaluate the safety, and immunogenicity of BAT1706 to EU Avastin® in patients with previously untreated advanced non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer (nsNSCLC) to demonstrate clinical equivalence of BAT1706 and EU Avastin®.
NCT04974957
The main purpose of this study was to assess the safety, efficacy and pharmacokinetic when combining SHR-1701 and BP102 in participants with advanced or metastatic non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer. To explore the immunogenicity of SHR-1701 and the relationship between corresponding biomarkers and therapeutic effect.
NCT03992885
This single-arm, open, multicenter clinical study is going to evaluate the efficacy and safety of combination therapy with ectiecinib, pemetrexed and platinum in patients with metastatic non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer with EGFR mutations who did not progress after pemetrexed in combination with platinum-based chemotherapy.
NCT01160601
This is a randomized, open-label, multicenter, phase 2 study comparing Paclitaxel/Carboplatin with or without bavituximab in patients that have previously untreated locally advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).
NCT01070927
This study will evaluate the anti-tumour activity, safety and tolerability of RO4929097 as monotherapy in patients with recurrent or refractory non-small cell lung cancer. Patients will receive oral doses of RO4929097 of 80mg (cohort 1) or recommended Phase II dose (cohort 2) on a 3 days on 4 days off schedule. Anticipated time on study treatment is until disease progression or unacceptable toxicity. Target sample size is \<50.
NCT00806923
This 3 arm study will evaluate the efficacy and safety of adding Avastin versus placebo to a standard chemotherapeutic regimen in patients with advanced or recurrent non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) who have not received prior chemotherapy. The anticipated time of study treatment is until disease progression, and the target sample size is 500+ individuals.
NCT01343914
This retrospective observational study will analyse demographic, clinical and treatment-related data of patients with non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) who had reached \>/= 9 months of progression-free survival after Avastin (bevacizumab)-based first-line therapy. Data will be collected for approximately 9 months.
NCT00642473
This study will evaluate the efficacy and safety of metronidazole actavis 1 percent (%) topical cream in the prevention and treatment of rash associated with Tarceva treatment, in participants with non-small cell lung cancer. The first cohort of participants enrolled in the study will be treated twice daily with metronidazole cream on the right side of the face and upper thorax, the same day as they start treatment with Tarceva (150 mg orally daily). The corresponding body parts on the left side will be treated according to local standard procedures (ie, with non-active moisturizing cream). The second cohort of Tarceva-treated participants will only receive twice daily treatment with metronidazole cream if and when they develop rash. In both cohorts, efficacy will be evaluated at Week 2 and Week 4. The anticipated time on metronidazole treatment is less than (\<) 3 months, and the target sample size is \<100 individuals.
NCT01077713
This 2 arm study will evaluate the efficacy and safety of Avastin + gemcitabine, and Avastin + gemcitabine + attenuated doses of cisplatin, as first line treatment in elderly patients with non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer. Patients will be randomised to receive either Avastin 7.5mg/kg iv on day 1 + gemcitabine 1200mg/m2 on days 1-8 of each 3 week cycle, or Avastin 7.5mg/kg iv on day 1 + cisplatin 60mg/m2 on day 1 + gemcitabine 1000mg/m2 on days 1-8 of each 3 week cycle. After 6 cycles of combination therapy, all patients will continue to receive Avastin monotherapy. The anticipated time on study treatment is until disease progression, and the target sample size is \<100 individuals.
NCT01204307
To compare the differential influence of 1st line doublet chemotherapy containing Docetaxel versus Pemetrexed on clinical efficacy of Erlotinib as a second line therapy in patients with relapsed or progressed non-squamous NSCLC.
