This is a Phase 3, open-label, single arm trial designed to evaluate Cretostimogene patients with NMIBC who have failed prior BCG therapy. Up to approximately 115 CIS bladder cancer patients with or without HG Ta or HG T1 papillary disease will be enrolled under the original protocol through Amendment 4, which will comprise Cohort C. Cohort C is closed to enrollment. Under Amendment 5-1, Cohort P was added to enroll up to 70 patients with HG Ta/T1 papillary bladder cancer. Under Amendment 6, the target number of patients enrolled in Cohort P was increased to 75. Cohort P is open to enrollment Cohort C and Cohort P will be analyzed and reported separately. Patients will have had to fail prior BCG therapy which is defined as having persistent or recurrent disease within 12 months (Cohort C) or 6 months (Cohort P) following the completion of adequate BCG therapy for HGUC

This is a first-in-human, multicenter, Phase 1/1b, 3-part, double-blind study of ZH9 in patients with recurrent NMIBC who are eligible for intravesical therapy. In Part 1, the safety, tolerability, and pharmacology of ZH9 IVI will be evaluated in a single ascending dose (SAD) patient cohort. In Part 2, the safety, tolerability, and pharmacology of ZH9 oral prime followed by ZH9 IVI will be evaluated in 2 patient cohorts at the doses and schedule established in Part 1. In Part 3, the safety, pharmacology, and clinical efficacy of ZH9 will be further evaluated in 2 expansion cohorts of patients with recurrent intermediate- and high-risk NMIBC.

This is a prospective, single-arm study evaluating the safety and efficacy of NDV01 KIT, a fixed-dose combination of gemcitabine HCl and docetaxel, administered via intravesical instillation in patients with high-grade Non-Muscle Invasive Bladder Cancer (NMIBC). NDV01 KIT includes 60 mL Carbopol Gel followed by 15 g NDV01 solution (gemcitabine HCl 1000 mg and docetaxel 40 mg), administered biweekly for six treatments, followed by monthly maintenance therapy for up to 12 months. The study includes a pharmacokinetic (PK) sub-study assessing systemic exposure to NDV01's active ingredients.

The goal of this clinical trial is to compare the efficacy and safety of two Bacillus Calmette-Guérin (BCG) substrains (RIVM and Russian) in the treatment of intermediate- and high-risk non-muscle-invasive bladder cancer (NMIBC) in adult patients. The main questions it aims to answer are: * Is there a significant difference in recurrence-free survival (RFS) between the BCG RIVM and BCG Russian substrains? * Is there a significant difference in progression-free survival (PFS) between the two substrains? * Are there notable differences in the incidence of treatment-related adverse events between the strains? Researchers will compare patients treated with BCG RIVM to patients treated with BCG Russian to determine whether one substrain offers superior clinical outcomes in terms of recurrence, progression, and adverse events. Participants will: Undergo transurethral resection of bladder tumor (TURBT) prior to initiating therapy. Be randomly assigned to receive either BCG RIVM or BCG Russian intravesical therapy. Receive an induction course of six weekly instillations of the assigned BCG substrain. Receive maintenance therapy at regular intervals (3, 6, 12, 18, 24, 30, and 36 months) based on risk classification. Undergo regular follow-up with cystoscopy and urine cytology to assess recurrence, progression, and adverse events.

The goal of this clinical trial is to evaluate the efficacy of using a urine biomarker test to guide the decision-making process regarding the necessity of reTURBT in NMIBC patients. The main question aims to answer whether patients with negative urine biomarker tests can safely avoid reTURBT without compromising recurrence-free survival. Participants who have completed the initial TURBT and tested negative for the urine biomarker will be enrolled in the study. They will then be randomized 1:2 into two groups:Group A: Participants will not receive reTURBT and Group B: Participants will undergo reTURBT. Researchers will compare the RFS rates between Group A (no reTURBT) and Group B (reTURBT) to determine if the urine biomarker test can safely spare patients from unnecessary reTURBT.

The treatment of non-muscle invasive bladder cancer (NMIBC) is problematic given the variable natural history of the disease. Although contemporary treatment options are limited, new targets and new approaches are under investigation for preventing bladder cancer recurrence and progression. Among those, COX-2 is a promising target since plays an important role in urothelial carcinogenesis and iCOX-2 selective inhibitors, like celecoxib, effectively inhibit tumor development and growth and enhances survival, in bladder cancer in vitro and in vivo models. Therefore, the investigators conducted a pilot study of celecoxib to prevent recurrence in patients with intermediate risk NMIBC.
