The databank will be used to determine whether familial lymphomas have unique genetic characteristics different from sporadic lymphomas and to attempt to identify a gene that confers an increased risk of lymphoma.

Chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) is the most common form of leukemia in the adults in the Western world, with an annual incidence of approximately 5 cases per 100,000 inhabitants in Italy. Acalabrutinib (CalquenceTM), a selective second-generation Bruton Tyrosine Kinase (BTK) inhibitor developed by AstraZeneca, has been assessed for the treatment of CLL in three phase III clinical trials, ELEVATE-TN (treatment-naïve CLL), ASCEND and ELEVATE R/R (relapsed and refractory CLL). These pivotal randomized clinical trials established the efficacy and safety of acalabrutinib in patients with CLL and based on these data CalquenceTM received EMA approval in November 2020 for the treatment of CLL in adult patients and received AIFA (Agenzia Italiana del Farmaco) reimbursement as monotherapy in December 2021. However, further data are still required to evaluate the use of acalabrutinib in the real-life conditions of post-marketing authorization. The primary aim of ARISE study is to evaluate the time to treatment discontinuation and reasons for discontinuation for acalabrutinib in a real world setting of patients with CLL. This study will provide the first real-world data on the use of acalabrutinib in the treatment of CLL in Italy.

This study is a Phase 3 extension, global, multicenter open-label study. The purpose of this study is to evaluate long-term safety and efficacy of riliprubart in adult participants with chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyneuropathy (CIDP) who have completed Part B in 1 of 3 parent studies (PDY16744, EFC17236, or EFC18156) and wish to continue treatment with riliprubart. Up to approximately 300 participants will be enrolled to continue receiving treatment with riliprubart. The duration of participation for each participant will be up to approximately 4 years, including posttreatment follow-up. The treatment duration will be up to approximately 3 years. A participant who discontinues riliprubart treatment at any time during the study will be followed for safety for a minimum of 55 weeks after the last dose of riliprubart received.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate whether adding dulaglutide to the combination therapy of Sodium-Glucose Co-Transporter 2 Inhibitors(SGLT2i) and finerenone can provide additional kidney protection and safety for Chinese adults with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus(T2DM) and Chronic Kidney Disease(CKD). Eligible participants will be adults with T2DM and mild-to-moderate CKD who have been receiving SGLT2 inhibitor plus finerenone for at least 3 months on the basis of maximum tolerated dose of renin-angiotensin system inhibitor (RASi). Participants will be randomly assigned to either continue the original regimen or to receive add-on therapy with dulaglutide.The study will last for 26 weeks, with participants required to attend scheduled visits for efficacy and safety assessments at Week 13 (±1 week) and Week 26 (±1 week, final visit).

To evaluate efficacy, safety and pharmacokinetic profile of asciminib 40mg+imatinib or asciminib 60mg+imatinib versus continued imatinib and versus nilotinib in pre-treated patients with Chronic Myeloid Leukemia in chronic phase (CML-CP). An asciminib single agent arm (80 mg daily) was added after the primary analysis to evaluate if asciminib alone could lead to MR4.5 patients in Imatinib for at least one year who have never achieved deep molecular response (DMR).

This study aims to find out whether adding sodium hyaluronate, a moisturizing ingredient commonly found in artificial tears, makes autologous serum eye drops more effective for treating moderate-to-severe dry eye disease. Each participant will use one version of the drops in one eye and the standard version in the other eye. The goal is to see if the new combination provides better relief, comfort, and eye surface healing compared to the traditional formulation.

The purpose of this prospective, multicenter, single-arm, open-label, Phase IV study is, therefore, to confirm the safety and efficacy of Asciminib in Indian patients with Ph+ CML-CP (without threonine-315 residue with isoleucine \[T315I\] mutation), previously treated with 2 or more tyrosine kinase inhibitors (TKIs) and patients with Ph+ CML-CP with T315I mutation.

This project will evaluate the feasibility of a new fully self-guided online Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) program entitled Advancing Online Psychology Tools for the Transitional Pain Service (ADOPT-TPS), developed on an online health application platform called Manage My Pain (MMP). The ACT program is designed to teach mindfulness skills and provide psychoeducation about post-surgical pain. The feasibility of the self-guided online program will be compared to a pre-existing psychologist-guided workshop that delivers the same program. It is anticipated that the self-guided online ACT program will be deemed feasible by participants.

The study is open to those who completed J2N-MC-JZNN/LOXO-BTK-20020 (NCT 04666038) for continued access to the study intervention or continued follow-up visits. Treatment will be given every 4 weeks and this study is expected to last about 5 years.

This study is open to adults with chronic kidney disease at risk of progression. People with and without type 2 diabetes can take part in this study. The study is open to people who take other medicines called angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors (ACEi) or angiotensin receptor blockers (ARB). People who already take empagliflozin or any other sodium-glucose cotransporter-2 inhibitor (SGLT2i) can also join. The study is also open to people who currently do not take any of these treatments. The purpose of this study is to find out whether a medicine called BI 690517 helps people with chronic kidney disease when taken in combination with a study medicine called empagliflozin. Worsening of kidney function increases the risk for kidney failure, cardiovascular disease, and heart disease. This study has 2 parts. In the first part, participants get empagliflozin or placebo matching BI 690517 for at least 6 weeks. Participants continue taking ACEi or ARB throughout the study if such treatments are indicated. In the second part, participants are divided into 2 groups by chance. One group takes BI 690517 tablets and the other group takes placebo tablets. Placebo tablets look like BI 690517 tablets but do not contain any medicine. Participants take 1 tablet once a day in addition to empagliflozin for the duration of the study. The doctors document when participants experience worsening of their kidney disease, go to hospital due to heart failure, or die of cardiovascular problems during the study. The time to these events is compared between the 2 treatment groups to see whether the treatment works. The study continues until the required number of events have occurred which is about 3 to 4 years. During this time, participants visit the study site about 4 times within the first 6 months. Then they visit the study site every 6 months. At the visits, doctors regularly check participants' health, take blood and urine samples, measure blood pressure and weight, check kidney function, and take note of any unwanted effects.
