NCT06312475
The purpose of this study is to show that KN057 can prevent bleeds in patients with haemophilia A or B with inhibitors and is safe to use. Successfully screened participants will be randomly assigned to KN057 Prophylaxis (Arm 1) versus No Prophylaxis (Arm 2) at a ratio of 2:1. Participants in KN057 Prophylaxis will receive KN057 prophylaxis for 52 weeks upon enrollment. Participants in No Prophylaxis will first receive on-demand treatment for 26 weeks, then switch to KN057 prophylaxis for 26 weeks. The trial period is 59 weeks, including a 3-week screening period, a 26-week main trial, a 26-week extension period, and a 4-week follow-up period after the last administration.
NCT03619863
This is a real-world study of the safety of the treatments used for people with hemophilia. The study will follow people with hemophilia A or B from across the country for about 4 years as they receive treatment. The hemophilia treatment center (HTC) physician and participant will decide on the FDA-approved treatment to be used which may include non-factor products, bypassing agents, or clotting factor replacement products. The goal of this research is to study the use of hemophilia treatment products and their outcomes.
NCT04723693
This study aims to examine the real-life experience and impact of using emicizumab in a cohort of patients with haemophilia and inhibitors, who were prescribed emicizumab as part of the early access to medicine schema (EAMS),those who have been in clinical trials and those now receiving emicizumab as part of routine haemophilia care. The Investigators also intend to capture the impact of emicizumab use on the lives of close family members (parents/carers/children/partners/siblings). Each participant and his family members will be deemed a study 'dyad'. This is a prospective, observational cohort qualitative research study to be conducted among patients using emicizumab in routine clinical practice. The study is designed to allow English-speaking patients and their families to tell their own life stories through narrative accounts. The narratives represent a true sharing of experiences and therefore offers insight into how these patients and families cope with haemophilia.
NCT04303572
This is a multi-center randomized phase III clinical trial, the Inhibitor Eradication Trial, in which Eloctate ITI plus Emicizumab will be compared with Eloctate ITI alone to eradicate inhibitors in severe hemophilia A.
NCT04548791
The purpose of the trial is to evaluate the PK, bioavailability, PD, efficacy and safety of MarzAA for on demand treatment and control of bleeding episodes in adult subjects with inherited bleeding disorders.
NCT03204539
The primary goal of the INITIATE trial is to compare the clinical outcome of individualized lot selection to random lot selection utilizing one plasma-derived von Willebrand factor (VWF)/coagulation factor (FVIII) complex concentrate for immune tolerance induction (ITI) in subjects with congenital Hemophilia A, FVIII activity ≤2%, and a historical high-titer inhibitor \[≥5 Bethesda Unit (BU)\].
NCT01105546
The study evaluates the efficacy and safety of a prophylactic treatment with recombinant activated FVII in reducing the frequency of joint bleeds and the development of joint damage in children with hemophilia A who develop high-titer inhibitors.
