EPS101-10-02 is a Phase Ib open label, multicentre clinical trial comprising of a Dose Escalation phase (Part 1) followed by a Dose Expansion phase (Part 2) of MOv18 IgE in patients with folate receptor alpha-expressing (5% or higher) platinum resistant ovarian cancer The dose escalation part of the study will primarily assess the safety and tolerability of MOv18 IgE in ascending dose cohorts, until the determination of the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) or maximum administered dose (MAD). Part 2 (dose expansion) will further assess the safety, tolerability and anti-tumour activity of MOv18 IgE.

This is a multicenter, observational, retrospective and prospective study conducted within the REMO (Reggio Emilia - Modena) network in the Emilia-Romagna region (Italy), promoted by AUSL-IRCCS of Reggio Emilia. The study aims to evaluate the impact of surgical centralization and treatment strategies adopted during the COVID-19 pandemic on oncologic outcomes in patients diagnosed with the epithelial ovarian cancer (EOC) from 2018 to 2023. The retrospective component includes patients treated between 2018 and 2023, while the prospective component consists of clinical follow-up of those patients over the next five years.

The main purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of Plasmodium immunotherapy in the treatment of advanced ovarian cancer. This study plans to enroll 30 patients with advanced ovarian cancer. Each patient is inoculated with Plasmodium vivax 1-5 × 10\^6, observe the time when the parasite is detected in the peripheral blood of the subjects after the inoculation of Plasmodium, the change of the parasite density in the peripheral blood of the whole treatment cycle and the control effect of the drug on the parasite density, the main clinical symptoms and signs, laboratory test indicators, immunological test indicators and changes in the quality of life. To evaluate the safety and tolerance of the subjects to Plasmodium immunotherapy, as well as the changes of tumor related indicators and immunological indicators.

Given the low Responses Rates and short survival times achieved with conventional cytotoxic agents in resistant ovarian cancer patients, new treatment options are needed in this patient population.Antiangiogenic therapy has an important role in this group of patients and Pazopanib in particular. We are going to study if Pazopanib is able to control disease-related symptoms minimizing the side effects of treatment. This aspect is very important in the treatment of resistant ovarian cancer patient since our treatment is palliative without any impact in overall survival. So our goal is to study the Clinical Benefit Rate (objective responses plus stable disease rates) achieved with Pazopanib and its toxicity profile in this subgroup of patients
