NCT06449222
This study is a Phase II, multi-site, randomized, open-label clinical study to evaluate the safety, efficacy, and pharmacokinetics (PK) of BNT327 at two dose levels in combination with chemotherapeutic agents in the first- and second-line treatment of participants with locally advanced/metastatic triple-negative breast cancer (mTNBC).
NCT07427394
A study to investigate camizestrant in combination with atirmociclib in participants with estrogen receptor (ER)-positive, human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2)-negative advanced breast cancer previously treated with a cyclin dependent kinase 4/6 (CDK4/6) inhibitor.
NCT06878248
The goal of this clinical trial is to evaluate CLBR001 and ABBV-461 as a treatment for patients with locally advanced or metastatic breast cancer. The goals are to establish the safety and efficacy of the combination therapy while establishing the optimal biologic doses. Patients will be administered a single infusion of CLBR001 cells followed by cycles of ABBV-461 with regular assessments of safety and disease response to treatment.
NCT06064812
A Phase I/II, Open-label study to assess the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetic, and antitumor efficacy of FWD1802 monotherapy in patients with ER+/HER2- unresectable locally advanced or metastatic breast cancer. This clinical trial aims to explore the role of FWD1802 in the ER+/HER2- advanced breast cancer patient population. The primary objectives are to address the following questions: Phase I Study: Determine the Recommended Phase II Dose (RP2D) and/or Maximum Tolerated Dose (MTD) of FWD1802 in patients with ER-positive, HER2-negative locally advanced or metastatic breast cancer. Phase II Study: To evaluate the efficacy of FWD1802 at the RP2D in patients with ESR1-mutated ER-positive/HER2-negative locally advanced or metastatic breast cancer, using objective response rate (ORR) as the efficacy endpoint.
NCT03685331
The main purpose of this research study is to learn whether the investigational combination of olaparib, palbociclib, and fulvestrant is safe in patients with estrogen receptor-positive breast cancer and BRCA1 or BRCA2 mutations.
NCT05286437
This is a phase II study testing the combination of pembrolizumab with lenvatinib, a multi-kinase inhibitor that has activity against vascular endothelial growth factor receptors 1-3 (VEGFR1-3), fibroblast growth factor receptors 1-4 (FGFR1-4), ret protooncogene (RET), platelet-derived growth factor receptor-alpha (PDGFR-alpha) and KIT (a stem cell factor receptor), and letrozole, a non-steroidal aromatase inhibitor, in advanced hormone receptor (HR) positive human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2) negative breast cancer (BC) that has progressed on/after standard endocrine therapy.
NCT07259226
International study that will evaluate the association of prespecified biomarkers with resistance to Antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs), a type of targeted cancer treatment currently used in clinical practice for treating different tumor types.
NCT05867251
This study, the first clinical trial of AVZO-021, aims to determine the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, maximum tolerated dose, and anti-tumor effects of AVZO-021 in patients with advanced solid tumors. AVZO-021 is an oral medication that inhibits cyclin-dependent kinase 2 (CDK 2).
NCT07180082
This is a prospective, randomised, controlled, multicentre study to evaluate the efficacy and safety of continuous versus intermittent pyrotinib therapy in patients with human epidermal growth factor receptor (HER2)-positive advanced breast cancer.
NCT07180160
This is a prospective, randomised, controlled, multicentre study to evaluate the efficacy and safety of Iparomlimab and Tuvonralimab (QL1706) in patients with hormone receptor-positive/human epidermal growth factor receptor 2-negative advanced breast cancer.
NCT06062498
Breast cancer is not only the leading cause of cancer in women, but also the leading cause of cancer deaths in women. Estrogen receptor-positive and HER2-negative breast cancer is the most prevalent breast cancer subtype. Endocrine therapy is the mainstay of treatment; however, due to the varied nature of the disease, development of resistance to this therapeutic approach is very common in the metastatic setting. The purpose of this study is to see whether the effectiveness of elacestrant can be enhanced by combining it with a targeted agent such as a CDK4/6 inhibitor to treat patients with ER+/HER2- or metastatic breast cancer with prior exposure to a CDK4/6 inhibitor.
NCT06507930
The aim of this research study is to better understand the in-home hospice experience for participants, caregivers, hospice nurses, and oncology providers by conducting telehealth check-ins between participants and caregivers and oncology care teams.
NCT05216432
This is an open-label, FIH study designed to evaluate the maximum tolerated dose, recommended Phase 2 dose, safety, tolerability, PK, pharmacodynamics, and preliminary antineoplastic activity of RLY-2608, in advanced solid tumor patients with a Phosphatidylinositol-4,5-bisphosphate-3 kinase, catalytic subunit alpha (PIK3CA) mutation in blood and/or tumor per local assessment. The study will evaluate RLY-2608 as a single agent for patients with unresectable or metastatic solid tumors. It will also evaluate RLY-2608 in combination RLY-2608 + fulvestrant and in triple combination RLY-2608 + fulvestrant + CDK4/6 inhibitor (palbociclib or ribociclib) or CDK4 inhibitor (PF-07220060) for patients with HR+ HER2- locally advanced or metastatic breast cancer. The RLY-2608 single agent arm, RLY-2608 + fulvestrant combination arm, and triple combination arms will have 2 parts: a dose escalation (Part 1) and a dose expansion (Part 2).

The study consists of two stages: a Phase Ib dose-escalation stage and a Phase II dose-expansion stage.
NCT06123988
The purpose of this study is to test if four different programs (prolonged overnighting fasting alone, exercise alone, a combination of prolonged overnight fasting and exercise, or general health education sessions alone) can reduce fatigue in women with advanced or metastatic breast cancer who are receiving a medication called a cyclin-dependent kinases-4 and 6 (CDK4/6) inhibitor (e.g., palbociclib, ribociclib, or abemaciclib), with or without HER2-directed therapy (e.g., trastuzumab ± pertuzumab), or in combination with both a CDK4/6 inhibitor and a PI3K inhibitor, within the past 90 days.
