The objective is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of obefazimod compared to placebo as induction and maintenance therapy in subjects with moderately to severely active CD after inadequate response (no response, loss of response, or intolerance) to conventional therapies and/or advanced therapies. The primary objective for the 48-Week Extension Phase is to evaluate the safety and tolerability of obefazimod compared with placebo in subjects who are enrolled in the Extension Phase.
NCT04383743
This pilot study is evaluating how well pembrolizumab and combination chemotherapy before surgery work for the treatment of specific types of muscle-invasive bladder cancer that have unusual appearance (variants). Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as pembrolizumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as methotrexate, vinblastine, adriamycin, and cisplatin work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Giving pembrolizumab and combination chemotherapy before surgery may work better in treating patients with these muscle invasive bladder cancer variants compared to chemotherapy alone.
NCT05409131
Subject will undergo a 14-day outpatient, standard therapy phase during which sensor and insulin data will be collected. This will be followed by a 90-day outpatient phase where subjects will either use the Omnipod 5 system or continue to use their personal insulin pump with the study provided continuous glucose monitoring system. Participants in France will be offered an optional extension of 12 months of Omnipod 5 System use.

NCT03756558
This study evaluates the safety and effectiveness of the Cross-Seal vascular closure device in gaining post procedure hemostasis in subjects undergoing interventional procedures requiring an 8 to 18 french size introducer sheath.
NCT04451161
This research project is a hybrid type 2 effectiveness-implementation trial that simultaneously examines (1) the effectiveness of a trauma-focused intervention for youth in the education sector and (2) the impact of a theory-driven pragmatic implementation strategy designed to increase the adoption, fidelity, and sustainment of evidence-based treatments (EBTs). This trial will include 120 clinicians and 480 students, and it is designed to test the cost effectiveness and impact of Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) in a new setting that increases access to mental health care - schools (Aim 1); test the cost effectiveness, immediate impact, and sustained impact of the Beliefs and Attitudes for Successful Implementation in Schools (BASIS) implementation strategy on proximal mechanisms and implementation outcomes (Aims 2a, 2b, 2d); and conduct sequential mixed-methods data collection to explain residuals (i.e., clinicians whose implementation behavior is unaccounted for by the mediation model) (Aim 2c).
NCT06384261
The goal of this clinical trial is to learn if participants treated with the experimental drug cusatuzumab added to venetoclax and azacitidine works to treat acute myeloid leukemia (AML) compared to venetoclax and azacitidine. Venetoclax and azacitidine are drugs commonly used to treat AML in patients that are unable to receive chemotherapy to treat AML. The main question the clinical trial aims to answer is does cusatuzumab added to venetoclax and azacitidine prolong the length of time participants live compared to venetoclax and azacitidine?
NCT03289780
The purpose of this study is to collect information about how a doctor uses the results of the VeriStrat® blood test to guide treatment for non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) patients. Understanding how VeriStrat test results influence doctors' decisions and patients' outcomes may help doctors to better treat NSCLC in the future. This study will also look to establish whether new investigational tests can help better predict the effectiveness of certain medications for certain patients. These new investigational tests are only for research purposes at this time.
NCT05658510
In this study, an investigational medication named BXCL501 is being tested for the treatment of episodes of agitation associated with bipolar I and bipolar II disorder, schizophrenia, schizoaffective and schizophreniform disorder. This study compares the study drug to a placebo.
NCT04247880
Women are highly underrepresented in the construction skilled trades. In addition to facing the industry's well-known physical risks, women are subjected to discrimination, harassment, and skills under-utilization. As a result, tradeswomen have increased risk for injury, stress-related health effects, and high attrition rates from apprenticeship programs, thus perpetuating their minority status. Mentoring is a well-established technique for learning technical and personal navigation skills in new or challenging social environments. The investigators propose development and dissemination of a mentorship program through local unions of the International Association of Sheet Metal, Air, Rail and Transportation Workers (SMART), and evaluating its success in reducing women's injury and work stress, while improving retention.
NCT04991935
This study is an open-label, uncontrolled study design to evaluate the long-term safety and tolerability of treatment with CC-93538. The study will enroll participants who participated in the CC-93538-EE-001 or CC-93538-DDI-001 studies.
NCT05382286
The primary objective of this study is to compare the progression-free survival (PFS) between sacituzumab govitecan-hziy (SG) and pembrolizumab versus treatment of physician's choice (TPC) and pembrolizumab in participants with previously untreated, locally advanced inoperable or metastatic triple-negative breast cancer, whose tumors express programmed cell death ligand 1 (PD-L1).
NCT03306680
This multi-centre phase I dose-escalation study will use a time-to-event continual reassessment method (TIT-CRM). Accrual will start at level 1 (60 Gy in 8 fractions). Patients will be assigned to treatment doses using the TITE-CRM model. The model will use all available information from previously accrued patients to assign the highest dose with a predicted risk of grade 3 toxicity of 30% or less.
NCT00819208
RATIONALE: Participating in a physical activity program designed to increase free time physical activity and receiving written health education materials may influence the chance of cancer recurring as well as impact on physical fitness, psychological well-being and the quality of life of patients who have undergone surgery and chemotherapy for colon cancer. It is not yet known whether giving a physical activity program together with health education materials is more effective than giving health education materials alone for patients who have undergone colon cancer treatment. PURPOSE: This randomized phase III trial is studying a physical activity program given together with health education materials to see how well it works compared with giving health education materials alone for patients who have undergone treatment for high-risk stage II or stage III colon cancer.
