This study is open to people with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF) or progressive pulmonary fibrosis (PPF). They can only take part if they have completed treatment in a previous study with a medicine called nerandomilast or BI 1015550. The goal of this study is to find out how well people with pulmonary fibrosis tolerate long- term treatment with nerandomilast. The study also tests whether nerandomilast improves lung function and prolongs the time until symptoms get worse, participants need to go to the hospital, or die. Every participant takes nerandomilast as tablets for up to 1 year and 10 months. The participants may also continue their regular treatment for pulmonary fibrosis during the study. Participants visit their doctors regularly. During these visits, the doctors collect information on any health problems of the participants. Participants also regularly do lung function tests.

The purpose of this follow-up study was to describe the safety in subsequent pregnancies in participants who were previously administered the RSVPreF3 maternal vaccine or control during any prior RSV MAT study. The study participants enrolled in this follow-up study received RSVPreF3 maternal vaccination (any dose) or controls during the following prior RSV MAT studies: RSV MAT-001 (NCT03674177), RSV MAT-004 (NCT04126213), RSV MAT-010 (NCT05045144), RSV MAT-011 (NCT04138056), RSV MAT-009 (NCT04605159), RSV MAT-012 (NCT04980391) and RSV MAT-039 (NCT05169905). No intervention was administered in this study. The exposure was the intervention (either RSVPreF3 vaccine or control) received by the study participants in the abovementioned prior RSV MAT studies.

This phase III trial is studying how well combination chemotherapy with or without radiation therapy works in treating young patients with newly diagnosed stage III or stage IV Wilms' tumor. Drugs used in chemotherapy work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells or by stopping them from dividing. Radiation therapy uses high-energy x-rays to kill tumor cells. Giving more than one drug (combination chemotherapy) with or without radiation therapy may kill more tumor cells.

The purpose of this clinical trial is to compare drug combinations to learn which drugs work best to prevent graft-versus-host-disease (GVHD) in people who have received a stem cell transplant. The source of stem cells is from someone who is not related and has a different blood cell type than the study participant. The researchers will compare the new drug combination to a standard drug combination. They will also learn about the safety of each drug combination. Participants will: * Receive the standard or new drug combination after transplant * Visit the doctor's office for check-ups and tests after transplant that are routine for most transplant patients * Take surveys about physical and emotional well-being * Give blood and stool samples.

The main goal of this clinical trial is to learn if the drug eRapa works to slow down the progression of disease in patients diagnosed with Familial Adenomatous Polyposis (FAP). Researchers will compare eRapa to Placebo. The questions to be answered by this trial are: * Does taking eRapa help to slow down the progression of the disease in patients with FAP? * Is eRapa a safe treatment for patients diagnosed with FAP? * What is the effect of eRapa on the number of polyps found in GI tract of patients diagnosed with FAP? * How does treatment with eRapa affect a patient's quality of life? Participants will: * Take eRapa or placebo once per day every other week until disease progresses (gets worse), stops taking part in the trial or dies. * Visit the clinic once every 3 months for check ups and tests. * Have an endoscopy at the start of the trial and then every 6 months to check on whether the disease is getting better or worse.

The goal of this clinical trial is to test the effect of hazard perception and attention maintenance training and testing on driving performance. Participants will be randomized into a treatment group receiving hazard perception or attention maintenance training or a control group receiving either vehicle maintenance training or the status quo ZED training. Randomization will occur by location. Researchers will compare the treatment and control groups to see if there are differences in driving behavior and crash rates.

The purpose of this study is to compare the pharmacokinetic (PK) similarity, safety, tolerability, immunogenicity, and efficacy of HLX15-SC versus US-DARZALEX FASPRO® following single and multiple subcutaneous (SC) injections in newly diagnosed MM patients ineligible for transplant. Participants who meet all inclusion criteria and none of the exclusion criteria will receive either the HLX15-SC-Rd regimen or the D-Rd regimen for 4 cycles (one cycle = 4 weeks). After 4 cycles of treatment, based on clinical benefit and participant preference, participants may continue to receive the locally marketed daratumumab subcutaneous formulation (Dara-SC) in combination with Rd according to clinical practice, up to 32 weeks or until loss of clinical benefit, death, unacceptable toxicity, withdrawal of informed consent, or any other protocol-specified reason, whichever occurs first. After 32 weeks of dosing, participants will continue to receive appropriate standard of care according to local guidelines (including marketed Dara-SC).

Researchers are looking for a new way to treat people with non-segmental vitiligo (NSV). The goal of this study is to learn about the safety of MK-6194 and how well people tolerate it. Researchers also want to learn if people who take MK-6194 have more of a decrease in the amount of vitiligo on their face compared to people who take placebo.

Participants in this study will have diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) that has come back or not gotten better with treatment. The trial will study whether brentuximab vedotin plus two drugs works better to treat this type of cancer than the two drugs alone. Participants will be randomly assigned to get either brentuximab vedotin or placebo. The placebo will look like brentuximab vedotin, but has no medicine in it. Since the study is "blinded," participants and their doctors will not know whether a participant gets brentuximab vedotin or placebo. All participants in the study will get rituximab and lenalidomide. These are drugs that can be used to treat DLBCL.
