NCT05215574
Study of NGM831 as Monotherapy and in Combination with Pembrolizumab or Pembrolizumab and NGM438 in Advanced or Metastatic Solid Tumors
NCT04773587
This is a parallel group, double blind, vehicle-controlled study to assess the safety and efficacy of roflumilast (ARQ-151) cream vs vehicle applied once daily (qd) for 4 weeks by participants with atopic dermatitis (eczema).
NCT01127178
The purpose of this study is to determine the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) of poly (ADP-Ribose) polymerase inhibitor E7016 when used with temozolomide (TMZ) in patients with advanced solid tumors and gliomas.
NCT03713619
The purpose of this study was to demonstrate superiority of secukinumab at Week 16, based on Hidradenitis Suppurativa Clinical Response (HiSCR) rates versus placebo, along with the maintenance of efficacy of secukinumab at Week 52 in subjects with moderate to severe HS. Moreover, this study also assessed the safety and tolerability of secukinumab.
NCT04573478
The ALIGN Study is a phase 3, double-blind, placebo-controlled study to compare the efficacy and safety of atrasentan to placebo in patients with IgA nephropathy (IgAN) at risk of progressive loss of renal function.
NCT03447769
The primary purpose of the study was to compare the efficacy and safety of canakinumab versus placebo as adjuvant therapy in adult subjects with stages II -IIIA according to the 8th edition of the American Joint Committee on Cancer (AJCC)/Union for International Cancer Control (UICC) and the subset of IIIB (T\>5cm N2 disease) completely resected (R0) non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).
NCT05199090
This was a multi-center, randomized, placebo-controlled, participant-and-investigator-blinded, sponsor open-label study in obese participants with or without Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus.
NCT02582905
Preclinical and clinical data as well as mechanistic justification have been presented suggesting citicoline and pregnenolone are each promising treatments for alcohol use in BPD. Both appear to have favorable side effect profiles and no known drug-drug interactions. Thus, they have the potential to be safely used in a dual diagnosis population already taking other medications. A 12-week, randomized, double-blind, parallel-group, placebo-controlled adaptive design study of citicoline and pregnenolone is proposed in 199 persons with alcohol use disorder and bipolar I or II disorder or schizoaffective disorder (bipolar type). The primary aim will be to assess change in alcohol use. Biomarkers of alcohol use, alcohol craving, mood and cognition will also be assessed. Relationships between neurosteroid and choline levels and the outcome measures will be explored.
NCT03776136
This study will evaluate the safety and efficacy of combination therapy of lenvatinib (E7080/MK-7902) and pembrolizumab following approximately 2 years of pembrolizumab therapy and approximately 2 years or more lenvatinib therapy in adult participants with unresectable or advanced melanoma who have been exposed to anti-programmed cell death ligand 1 (PD-1/L1) agents approved for unresectable or metastatic melanoma. No statistical hypothesis will be tested in this study.
NCT05437419
The study is to evaluate the safety, tolerability, and pharmacokinetic (PK) of multiple orally administered TCK-276 in both males and females with Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA).
NCT02516813
M3814 was an investigational drug that is being evaluated for the treatment of participants with locally advanced tumors. The main purposes of this study was to determine the safety, the tolerability and the efficacy of M3814 in combination with radiotherapy and in combination with chemoradiotherapy (Radiotherapy + cisplatin).
NCT01969058
This phase II study was done in HIV-infected participants on antiretroviral therapy to evaluate the effects of isotretinoin (a drug that is approved for use in the treatment of severe acne) on the immune system. The immune system helps the body fight infections. When the immune system is not working well, one may be at greater risk for diseases that are common in aging, like heart disease, weaker bones, and kidney disease.
NCT05234944
The aims of this pilot study are to evaluate the feasibility, acceptability, preliminary impact, and costs of a brief, behavioral intervention delivered remotely by diabetes educators to people with type 1 diabetes and their family members. The purpose of the intervention is to support health-related quality of life for people with type 1 diabetes of all ages and to support the diabetes health-related quality of life of their parents and partners. This pilot study will explore how this intervention works as a supplement to routine medical care in three clinical care settings: an adult specialty diabetes care setting, a pediatric subspecialty diabetes care setting, and for people who receive diabetes medical care from a primary care provider. To maximize data about feasibility and acceptability of the intervention, all participants in the pilot study will receive the intervention and there will not be randomization to a control condition.
NCT03265288
An International Phase II, double-blind, randomized, placebo-controlled study to evaluate the safety and efficacy of LAU-7b administered once-daily for 6 months for the treatment of CF.
NCT05557942
IMPAHCT-FUL: Inhaled Imatinib Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension Clinical Trial - Follow Up Long Term Extension (LTE) Trial was a follow up study to establish the long-term safety of AV-101. Subjects who successfully completed the 24-week placebo-controlled parent trial (AV-101-002, NCT#05036135) were offered the opportunity to continue into this LTE study. Subjects who enrolled in the study were to receive one of three active AV-101 doses until such time as the optimal dose was selected in the parent study.
NCT04516213
This is a Multicenter, Open-label, Single-arm study evaluating the Tolerance and Safety of a Peptide-based Enteral Formula with Partially Hydrolyzed Guar Gum (PHGG) in the Nutritional Management of Tube-fed Children Aged 1-4 Years over a 7 day period.
NCT04621877
In response to large numbers of senior center clients who suffer untreated depression and the dearth of geriatric mental health providers, the investigators have simplified Behavioral Activation to be delivered by lay volunteers ("Do More, Feel Better"; DMFB). The focus of Behavioral Activation is to guide clients to reengage in daily pleasant and rewarding activities, and reduce depressive symptoms. If the investigators can show that the lay delivery model has positive impact in comparison to MSW-delivered Behavioral Activation, the investigators will have identified an effective intervention that can be used by a large untapped workforce of older adult volunteers across the nation.
NCT05867056
IMC-I109V is an immune-mobilizing monoclonal T cell receptor (TCR) against viruses (ImmTAV®), a new class of bispecific protein therapeutics designed for the treatment of chronic hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection (CHB). This is the first in-human study of IMC-I109V in persons with CHB.
NCT05406401
This study consists of a dose escalation/confirmation phase and an efficacy expansion phase. The dose escalation/confirmation phase is to determine the safety and tolerability and establish a preliminary recommended Phase 2 dose (RP2D) of zilovertamab vedotin when administered in combination with R-CHP in participants with DLBCL who have received no prior treatment for their disease. The efficacy expansion phase is to determine the efficacy of the RP2D of zilovertamab vedotin when administered in combination with R-CHP in participants with DLBCL who have received no prior treatment for their disease.
