NCT03151811
This was a randomized, controlled, open-label, Phase 3 multicenter study which enrolled patients with RRMM following 2-4 lines of prior therapy and who were refractory to lenalidomide in the last line of therapy as demonstrated by disease progression on or within 60 days of completion of the last dose of lenalidomide. Patients received either melflufen+dex or pomalidomide+dex.
NCT04296864
This is a multi-center, double-masked, randomized, placebo-controlled, parallel-group, efficacy, safety, and tolerability study evaluating the efficacy of Dupilumab in the treatment of signs and symptoms of atopic keratoconjunctivitis (AKC).
NCT04214639
This is a multicenter, randomized, double-blind, vehicle-controlled, 12-week study designed to assess the safety, tolerability, and efficacy of IDP-126 Gel in comparison IDP-126 Vehicle Gel at Weeks 2, 4, 8, and 12.
NCT05991960
Retrospective collection of data from medical records, multicenter, post-market clinical follow-up study.
NCT05074472
This study is a first-in-human, Phase 1, open label, multicenter, dose escalation study with expansion at the RP2D, to evaluate the safety, tolerability, and preliminary efficacy of ZB131 in patients with solid tumors where prevalence of CSP expression is high. Approximately 12 to 24 patients will be enrolled in the Dose Escalation Stage; the total number of patients will depend on the dose level at which the RP2D is defined. Patients who meet the eligibility criteria during Screening will enter the treatment period. ZB131 will be given via IV every week. Patients will be treated until disease progression or unacceptable toxicities occur.
NCT04570657
Study D9181C00001 is a Phase II, randomised, double-blind, placebo-controlled, parallel group, proof of concept study to evaluate the efficacy, safety, pharmacokinetics (PK) and immunogenicity of MEDI3506 in adult participants with uncontrolled moderate to severe asthma on standard of care (SOC). Up to approximately 80 sites globally will participate in this study. Approximately 228 participants will be randomized to 3 treatment groups in a 1:1:1 ratio to receive MEDI3506 dose 1, MEDI3506 dose 2, or placebo.
NCT04368117
The objective of the study is to assess the efficacy of STAT, an activity-based therapy protocol compared to standard therapy (ST) to improve functional outcome and reduce disability in patients recovering from burn injury. This randomized multi-center trial is designed with two parallel treatment groups: STAT and ST. Efficacy of the STAT protocol will be determined through comparison to the ST only group. It will be conducted at seven burn centers.
NCT04160091
This is a double-blind study to evaluate the efficacy and safety of FX006 in patients with glenohumeral osteoarthritis (OA) or shoulder adhesive capsulitis (AC).
NCT04989699
Evaluate the safety, tolerability, and efficacy of OTX-TKI for intravitreal use in subjects with Neovascular Age-Related Macular Degeneration
NCT02654587
The aim of this clinical trial was to determine if the therapeutic cancer vaccine OSE2101 (TEDOPI) was more effective than standard chemotherapy (docetaxel or pemetrexed) in treating HLA-A2 positive patients with metastatic NSCLC who progressed after sequential or concurrent chemotherapy and immune checkpoint inhibitor given in first or second-line treatment. The main questions were to compare the survival, the tolerance to treatment and the quality of life of patients between the two arms of treatment (OSE2101 versus standard chemotherapy)
NCT03052127
The primary objective is to assess the safety, immunogenicity and efficacy of one of three dose levels and repeat dose regimens of Light-activated AU-011 and one or two laser applications for the treatment of subjects with primary choroidal melanoma.
NCT01922076
This phase I trial studies the side effects and the best dose of adavosertib when given together with local radiation therapy in treating children with newly diagnosed diffuse intrinsic pontine gliomas. Adavosertib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Radiation therapy uses high energy x-rays, gamma rays, neutrons, protons, or other sources to kill tumor cells and shrink tumors. Giving adavosertib with local radiation therapy may work better than local radiation therapy alone in treating diffuse intrinsic pontine gliomas.
NCT04604015
This study is a multi-center, prospective, single-arm, non-significant risk (NSR) device study in which up to 150 evaluable subjects with suspicion of embolic stroke of undetermined source (ESUS) will be evaluated with NB-IS TCD and standard of care TTE to screen for right to left shunt (RLS) or patent foramen ovale (PFO). Additionally, up to 150 evaluable subjects will be evaluated with NB-IS TCD and standard of care TEE.
NCT04025216
Multi-center, open-label, first in human Phase 1 study of the safety, tolerability, feasibility, and preliminary efficacy of the administration of genetically modified autologous T cells (CART-TnMUC1 cells) engineered to express a chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) capable of recognizing the tumor antigen, TnMUC1 and activating the T cell (CART- TnMUC1 cells).
NCT05333289
The primary objective of this study is to evaluate the safety, reactogenicity, and humoral immunogenicity of mRNA-1020, mRNA-1030, and mRNA-1010 vaccines against vaccine-matched influenza A and B strains.
NCT05276401
A PHASE 2a, MULTI-CENTER, RANDOMIZED, DOUBLE-BLIND, PLACEBO-CONTROLLED DOSE ESCALATING STUDY TO EVALUATE THE SAFETY AND TOLERABILITY OF TOPICALLY APPLIED BISPHOSPHOCIN NU-3 GEL TO CLINICALLY NONINFECTED CHRONIC DIABETIC FOOT ULCERS (cDFU)
NCT04356859
This is a prospective randomized multi-center study which will compare acute fluid resuscitation using a colloid strategy (LR + 5% Albumin) to a crystalloid strategy (LR alone), in adults with an acute burn involving at least 25% of their total body surface area.
NCT03793010
This is a two-part, multi-center, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, parallel-group study in patients with hip OA. Approximately 70 patients will be enrolled in Part I and approximately 440 patients will be enrolled in Part II of the study. In each part, patients will be randomized to one of two treatment groups (1:1) and treated with a single IA injection of either 32 mg FX006 or normal saline.
NCT01186328
An experimental drug called EZN-3042 targets survivin, a protein expressed in leukemia cells at relapse that promotes the leukemia cells to grow. The main goal of this phase I study is to find out the dose of EZN-3042 that can be safely given without serious side effects both alone and in combination with standard chemotherapy drugs during re-induction.
NCT03718884
This study is known as a "drug interaction study." The purpose is to learn how commonly used drugs or substances (midazolam, warfarin, dextromethorphan, omeprazole, and caffeine) and their breakdown products get into the bloodstream after taking a "cocktail" (combination) of them before and after multiple doses of mirikizumab. The study will last about 23 weeks for each participant. Screening must be completed within 4 weeks prior to study start.
