NCT03944785
This is a Phase IV, prospective, observational, post-marketing study designed to obtain additional data on the effect of XADAGO on motor and non-motor symptoms in Parkinson's Disease patients newly prescribed XADAGO.
NCT00134030
This randomized phase III trial is studying combination chemotherapy followed by surgery and two different combination chemotherapy regimens with or without PEG-interferon alfa-2b to compare how well they work in treating patients with osteosarcoma. Drugs used in chemotherapy work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells or by stopping them from dividing. Giving more than one drug (combination chemotherapy) may kill more tumor cells. Biological therapies, such as PEG-interferon alfa-2b, may interfere with the growth of tumor cells. Giving combination chemotherapy before surgery may shrink the tumor so it can be removed. Giving combination chemotherapy together with PEG-interferon alfa-2b after surgery may kill any remaining tumor cells. It is not yet known whether giving combination therapy together with PEG-interferon alfa-2b is more effective than two different combination chemotherapy regimens alone after surgery in treating osteosarcoma.
NCT00106691
The purpose of this study is to determine if toremifene citrate is effective and safe in the prevention of prostate cancer in men who have been diagnosed with high grade prostatic intraepithelial neoplasia (PIN).
NCT04537832
This is a multicenter, prospective, 2-year observational study in infants and children with developmental and epileptic encephalopathies (DEEs). The DEE currently being investigated is SCN1A-positive Dravet Syndrome.
NCT04048876
This is a Phase 2, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, multicenter, multinational, dose-finding study evaluating the efficacy of three treatment doses of CC-90001 compared with placebo, in Non-alcoholic Steatohepatitis (NASH) participants with Stage 2, Stage 3 liver fibrosis. This study is designed to assess response to treatment on measures of fibrosis and other efficacy parameters. It will also assess dose response and overall safety.
NCT04200248
This is a multicenter, active-controlled, double masked study assessing the safety, efficacy and durability of four monthly intravitreal (IVT) injections of RBM-007 monotherapy, and four monthly RBM-007 injections in combination with Eylea® dosed at every other month, compared to Eylea® monotherapy dosed at every other month in approximately eighty-one subjects with exudative age-related macular degeneration (AMD).
NCT01866930
To evaluate Sustained Virologic Response at post treatment Week 12 (SVR12)following treatment with Lambda/RBV/DCV in chronic HCV GT-1, -2, -3 or -4 subjects co-infected with HIV-1
NCT03397394
The purpose of the ATLAS study is to determine how patients with locally advanced unresectable or metastatic urothelial carcinoma respond to treatment with rucaparib.
NCT03657160
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy of vedolizumab when added to background aGvHD prophylaxis regimen compared to placebo and background aGvHD prophylaxis regimen on intestinal aGvHD-free survival by Day +180 in participants who receive allo-HSCT as treatment for a hematologic malignancy or myeloproliferative disorder.
NCT03904069
Evaluate the safety and tolerability of AMG 553 in adult and adolescent subjects with FLT3-positive R/R AML. Determine the maximum tolerated cell dose (MTCD) or recommended phase 2 cell dose (RP2CD) of AMG 553.
NCT02066181
This randomized phase III trial compares the effects, good and/or bad, of sorafenib tosylate in treating patients with desmoid tumors or aggressive fibromatosis. Sorafenib tosylate may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the proteins needed for cell growth. \[Funding Source - FDA OOPD\]
NCT03074474
The study is designed to demonstrate that the use of OviTex® 1S material for a ventral hernia repair leads to the same or a lower percentage of early post-operative complications and true hernia recurrences when compared to other types of available meshes. 100 subjects will be included from 5-7 participating investigator sites. Within 30 days prior to the hernia repair surgery, a baseline visit will be performed during which the patient's eligibility for the study will be evaluated. The surgical technique used for the repair will be determined by the investigator/surgeon. Additional study data will be collected during the hospital stay, 30 and 90 days post-operatively and 12 and 24 months post-operatively. At the follow up visits, the surgical site will be evaluated by the surgeon, both the surgeon and patient will be asked to rate their satisfaction with the repair and the subject will be asked to complete two Quality of Life questionnaires.
NCT00004860
RATIONALE: Drugs used in chemotherapy use different ways to stop tumor cells from dividing so they stop growing or die. Combining more than one drug may kill more tumor cells. PURPOSE: Phase II trial to study the effectiveness of fluorouracil-uracil and leucovorin in treating elderly patients who have metastatic colorectal cancer.
NCT01164228
RATIONALE: Sunitinib malate may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth or by blocking blood flow to the tumor. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as gemcitabine hydrochloride, work in different ways to stop the growth or tumor cells, either by killing the cells or by stopping them from dividing. It is not yet known whether giving sunitinib malate and gemcitabine hydrochloride together is more effective than sunitinib malate alone in treating patients with kidney cancer. PURPOSE: This randomized phase II clinical trial is studying giving sunitinib malate together with or without gemcitabine hydrochloride to see how well they work in treating patients with advanced kidney cancer that cannot be removed by surgery.
NCT00004125
RATIONALE: Drugs used in chemotherapy use different ways to stop tumor cells from dividing so they stop growing or die. It is not yet known which regimen of chemotherapy is more effective for breast cancer. PURPOSE: Randomized phase III trial to compare the effectiveness of two different regimens of combination chemotherapy in treating women who have stage II or stage IIIA breast cancer that has spread to the lymph nodes.
NCT00002878
RATIONALE: Drugs used in chemotherapy use different ways to stop tumor cells from dividing so they stop growing or die. Some tumors become resistant to chemotherapy drugs. Combining PSC 833 with chemotherapy may reduce resistance to the drug, and allow more tumor cells to be killed. It is not yet known whether combination chemotherapy plus PSC 833 is more effective than combination chemotherapy alone in treating patients with relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma. PURPOSE: Randomized phase III trial to compare the effectiveness of combination chemotherapy with or without PSC 833 in treating patients with relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma.
NCT00002632
RATIONALE: Drugs used in chemotherapy use different ways to stop tumor cells from dividing so they stop growing or die. PURPOSE: Phase II trial to study the effectiveness of paclitaxel in treating patients with metastatic or recurrent salivary gland cancer.
NCT00003206
RATIONALE: Drugs used in chemotherapy use different ways to stop tumor cells from dividing so they stop growing or die. PURPOSE: Phase II trial to study the effectiveness of carboplatin and paclitaxel in treating patients with locally recurrent or metastatic nasopharyngeal cancer.
NCT00003329
RATIONALE: Identification of genes that may be associated with developing certain types of cancer may someday provide important information about a person's risk of getting cancer. PURPOSE: This clinical trial is studying to see if certain genes may be associated with cancer in patients with cancer of the breast, prostate, lung, or colon and siblings of these patients.
NCT04186637
This is a cohort-based, open-label dose escalation and expansion study in adults with advanced solid tumors or lymphoma, refractory or resistant to standard therapy, or without available standard or curative therapy.
