NCT04517279
The aim of the study is to pilot a peer-provided, manualized intervention to increase the proportion of young people with first episode psychosis who reduce or stop substance use and improve psychiatric and functional outcomes. Coordinated specialty care teams will be randomly assigned to implement the intervention, Peer Approaches to Substances in Early Psychosis Programs (PAS-EPP), or usual care. The pilot study aims to: (a) determine if peer providers can implement PAS-EPP with adequate fidelity; (b) determine if youth and young adults engage in the intervention with peer providers and find it acceptable; (c) estimate the rates of drop-out for each of the two study arms; (d) estimate both between-participant (within-provider team) and between-team variability on key outcome measures; and (e) identify any changes needed to the intervention approach, manual, or training materials. The pilot study will set the stage for a future comparative cluster randomized trial of the intervention;
NCT03950232
The purpose of this open-label extension (OLE) study is to evaluate the safety and efficacy of etrasimod in participants with moderately to severely active ulcerative colitis (UC) who previously received double-blind treatment (either etrasimod 2 mg per day or placebo) during participation in one of the qualified Phase 3 or Phase 2 double-blind, placebo-controlled parent studies including but not limited to: (APD334-301 \[NCT03945188\] or APD334-302 \[NCT03996369\] or APD334-210 \[NCT04607837\]).
NCT05093933
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of vericiguat in participants with chronic heart failure with reduced ejection fraction (HFrEF), specifically those with symptomatic chronic HFrEF who have not had a recent hospitalization for heart failure or need for outpatient intravenous (IV) diuretics. The primary hypothesis is that vericiguat is superior to placebo in reducing the risk of cardiovascular death or heart failure hospitalization.
NCT06077773
Phase 2, Multicenter, Randomized, Double-Blind, Placebo-Controlled Study to Evaluate the Effects of EP262 in Subjects with Chronic Spontaneous Urticaria
NCT04198766
This is a Phase 1/2, open-label, non-randomized, 4-part trial to determine the safety profile and identify the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) and/or recommended Phase 2 dose (RP2D) of INBRX 106 administered as a single agent or in combination with the anti-PD-1 checkpoint inhibitor (CPI) pembrolizumab (Keytruda®). KEYTRUDA is a registered trademark of Merck Sharp \& Dohme LLC, a subsidiary of Merck \& Co., Inc., Rahway, NJ, USA.
NCT05603832
This is a Phase 3, randomized, double blind, multicenter study to evaluate the analgesic efficacy and safety of a single intra-articular dose of F14 (625 mg sustained release celecoxib) administered concurrent with multimodal analgesia in patients undergoing total knee replacement surgery, compared to multimodal analgesia alone.
NCT04100148
The SyncAV Post-Market Trial is a prospective, randomized, multi-center trial performed to determine if cardiac resynchronization therapy (CRT) devices programmed with SyncAV ON improve long-term CRT response compared to devices programmed with conventional CRT through evaluation of changes in left ventricular (LV) reverse remodeling.
NCT03904693
Combination therapy in pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) has been the subject of active investigation for more than a decade, with the benefit of targeting different pathways known to be involved in the pathogenesis of the disease. Adherence to prescribed therapy has an impact on clinical outcomes. Reducing the pill/tablet count and frequency has a major impact on patients' adherence to therapies and therefore the observed clinical outcomes. One way to simplify treatment is to use fixed-dose combination (FDC) products that combine multiple treatments targeting different pathways into a single tablet. This study aims to demonstrate that the FDC of macitentan and tadalafil is more effective than therapy with 10 mg of macitentan alone or 40 mg of tadalafil alone. This phase 3 study will evaluate the efficacy and safety at 16 weeks of an FDC (macitentan 10 mg and tadalafil 40 mg) against these two PAH-approved therapies given as monotherapy to further confirm the added value of the FDC.
NCT05336409
ELiPSE-1 is a Phase 1, multi-center, dose-finding study to evaluate the safety, pharmacokinetics, and preliminary efficacy of CNTY-101 in participants with relapsed or refractory cluster of differentiation (CD)19-positive B-cell malignancies.
NCT02660645
Registry study to gather more information on the current use of Blue Light Cystoscopy with Cysview (BLCC) in urologists' practices.
NCT05178862
This is a multicenter, randomized, double-blind study of two treatment regimens for invasive candidiasis included candidemia. Subjects will receive intravenous echinocandin followed by oral ibrexafungerp (SCY-078) vs intravenous echinocandin followed by oral fluconazole.
NCT02855476
HDClarity will seek at least 2500 research participants at different stages of Huntington's disease (HD). The primary objective is to collect a high quality CSF sample for evaluation of biomarkers and pathways that will enable the development of novel treatments for HD. The secondary objective is to generate a high quality plasma sample collection matching the CSF collections, which will also be used to evaluate biomarkers and pathways of relevance to HD research and development.
NCT05883748
This is an open-label, long-term extension study to investigate the safety, tolerability and efficacy of DISC-1459 in participants with EPP.
NCT06388967
This study aims to prospective validate an exosome-based miRNA signature for noninvasive and early detection of pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma.
NCT06001177
The study goal is to evaluate the efficacy, safety, and tolerability of KAN-101 in participants with Celiac Disease (CeD)
NCT07010471
A Phase 3, Randomized, Multi-Center, Double-Blind, Placebo-Controlled Clinical Trial to Evaluate the Efficacy, Safety, Tolerability, and Pharmacokinetics of Relutrigine in Participants with Developmental and Epileptic Encephalopathies Followed by an Open-Label Extension
NCT05663034
This study is a prospective two-arm, single blind randomized controlled trial design to compare the clinical effectiveness of telemedicine-delivered, 6-session, standardized cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia (CBT-I) and mindfulness-based treatment for insomnia (MBTI) in treating insomnia symptoms and ameliorating depressive symptoms in persons with mild to moderate TBI and comorbid Post-Traumatic Stress Symptoms (PTSS) and insomnia symptoms in a 360 patients. Participants will undergo assessment (psychosocial questionnaires, neurocognitive testing, sleep monitoring) at baseline, at the end of treatment, and at 2-, 6- and 12-weeks post-treatment. The primary outcome is sleep as measured by the Insomnia Severity Index (ISI).
NCT03069469
This is a multicenter, open-label Phase 1/2 study of vimseltinib in patients with malignant solid tumors and tenosynovial giant cell tumor (TGCT). There will be 2 distinct parts in this study: Dose Escalation (Phase 1) and Expansion (Phase 2). Phase 1 will enroll both malignant solid tumor and TGCT patients. Phase 2 will comprise two cohorts (Cohort A and Cohort B) and will only enroll TGCT patients.
NCT05582187
The primary purpose of this open-label study is to characterize the plasma pharmacokinetics (PK) of manogepix (active moiety of fosmanogepix) in participants with varying degrees of hepatic function following administration of a single oral dose of fosmanogepix. All participants will receive 1 dose of fosmanogepix by mouth before breakfast on the first day at the study clinic. Serial blood samples will be collected to understand how fosmanogepix is changed and eliminated from the body. Participants will also receive physical examination and other tests. This will help to understand if fosmanogepix is safe. Participants will be involved in this study for 4 to 9 weeks (maximum). There will be 2 to 4 study visits at the study clinic.
NCT03079999
